Abstract
Description
a.インピーダンス信号の平均振幅の測度である信号S1を導出するステップ。
b.所定周波数帯内の複数の異なる波長でインピーダンス信号をフィルタリングするステップ。
c.各フィルタに対して、各フィルタ出力の平均振幅の測度である信号S2を導出するステップ。
d.ステップaで導出した信号S1に対する、ステップcで導出した信号S2のうちで最大の信号の比率を算出するステップ。
e.ステップdで導出した比率を用いて、心拍出力の有無を示す信号を提供するステップ。
Claims (11)
- 患者の経胸腔インピーダンスをモニタして、対応するインピーダンス信号を生成する手段と、信号処理手段とを備えている心拍出力指示装置であって、
前記信号処理手段は、
a.前記インピーダンス信号の平均振幅の測度である信号S1を導出するステップと、
b.所定周波数帯内の複数の異なる波長で前記インピーダンス信号をフィルタリングするステップと、
c.各フィルタに対して、各フィルタ出力の平均振幅の測度である信号S2を導出するステップと、
d.前記ステップaで導出した信号S1に対する、前記ステップcで導出した信号S2のうちで最大の信号の比率を算出するステップと、
e.前記ステップdで導出した比率を用いて、心拍出力の有無を示す信号を提供するステップと、
を実行する心拍出力指示装置。 - 前記ステップeは、前記比率を第1の閾値と比較し、前記比率が前記第1の閾値を超える場合には、心拍出力があることを示す信号を生成する、請求項1に記載の心拍出力指示装置。
- 前記ステップeは更に、前記比率が前記第1の閾値を超えない場合には、前記比率を前記第1の閾値よりも小さい第2の閾値と比較し、前記比率が前記第2の閾値を超えない場合には、心拍出力がないことを示す信号を生成することを含む、請求項2に記載の心拍出力指示装置。
- 前記ステップeは更に、前記比率が前記第1の閾値と前記第2の閾値の間である場合には、前記信号S1を第3の閾値と比較し、前記信号S1が前記第3の閾値を超える場合には心拍出力があることを示す信号を生成するも、前記信号S1が前記第3の閾値以下である場合には心拍出力がないことを示す信号を生成することを含む、請求項3に記載の心拍出力指示装置。
- 前記信号S1は、前記インピーダンス信号のRMSを算出することによって導出される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の心拍出力指示装置。
- 前記信号S2の各々は、前記各フィルタ出力のRMSを算出することによって導出される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の心拍出力指示装置。
- 前記心拍出力指示装置は、前記患者にショックを与えること、及び前記患者の経胸腔インピーダンスを得ることの双方に対する患者電極を備えている自動体外式除細動器の一部を形成する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の心拍出力指示装置。
- 前記インピーダンス信号は、前記患者のICGである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の心拍出力指示装置。
- 患者の経胸腔インピーダンスをモニタして、対応するインピーダンス信号を生成し、該インピーダンス信号を下記のステップに従って処理する心拍出力指示方法であって、
前記インピーダンス信号を処理するステップは、
a.前記インピーダンス信号の平均振幅の測度である信号S1を導出するステップと、
b.所定周波数帯内の複数の異なる波長で前記インピーダンス信号をフィルタリングするステップと、
c.各フィルタに対して、各フィルタ出力の平均振幅の測度である信号S2を導出するステップと、
d.前記ステップaで導出した信号S1に対する、前記ステップcで導出した信号S2のうちで最大の信号の比率を算出するステップと、
e.前記ステップdで導出した比率を用いて、心拍出力の有無を示す信号を提供するステップと、
を含む、心拍出力指示方法。 - 実質的に、添付図面を参照して前述し、かつ、添付図に例示したような、心拍出力指示装置。
