Description
Claims (21)
- 回転弁レバーとともに使用するための挿入部材であって、
スプライン付き外面を有する本体と、
弁のシャフトを受容するように成形される開口部と、を含む、挿入部材。 - 前記弁の前記シャフトは、実質的に締りばめまたは隙間ばめを有する前記回転弁レバーに受容される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- クランプ手段は、前記弁シャフトと前記回転弁レバーとの間に前記実質的に締りばめまたは隙間ばめを提供する、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入部材の少なくとも一部は、前記回転弁レバーに挿入可能に連結される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記開口部は、角形のシャフト、二重Dタイプのシャフト、またはキー溝付き接続タイプのシャフトを受容するように成形される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記弁の前記シャフトは、角形のスタブシャフトである、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 回転制御弁とともに使用するためのレバー装置であって、
アクチュエータのステムに回転自在に取り付けるレバーアームと、
スプライン付き弁シャフトを受容する第1のスプライン付き内面を有する第1の開口部と、
前記第1の開口部に隣接し、かつ、スプライン付き外面を有する挿入部材の少なくとも一部を受容する第2のスプライン付き内面を有する第2の開口部と、を含むレバー装置。 - 前記第2の開口部は、前記第1の開口部よりも大きい直径を有する、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記弁の前記シャフトは、実質的に締りばめまたは隙間ばめを有する前記回転弁レバーに受容される、請求項7に記載の装置。
- クランプ手段は、前記弁シャフトと前記回転弁レバーとの間に前記実質的に締りばめまたは隙間ばめを提供する、請求項9に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入部材は、第3の開口部を有する、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入部材の前記第3の開口部は、角形のシャフトを受容するためのものである、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入部材は、円筒形状の本体を有する、請求項11に記載の装置。
- 第3のスプライン付き内面を有する第4の開口部をさらに含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記レバー装置は、停止アームをさらに含む、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 回転制御弁装置であって、
筐体と、
前記筐体に取り付けられ、かつシャフトを有する弁と、
前記筐体内に配置されるアクチュエータ部材と、
前記アクチュエータ部材に回転自在に連結され、かつ、第1のスプライン付き内面を備える第1の開口部を有するレバーであって、第3の開口部およびスプライン付き外面を有する挿入部材の少なくとも一部を受容する第2のスプライン付き内面を備える第2の開口部を有する第1の終端部を含む、レバーと、を含む、装置。 - 前記第1の開口部は、前記弁のスプライン付きシャフトを受容するためのものである、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入部材の前記第3の開口部は、角形のスタブシャフトを受容するためのものである、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記挿入部材は、円錐形状の本体を有する、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記シャフトに動作可能に連結される流量制御部材をさらに含む、請求項16に記載の装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ部材は、アクチュエータステムである、請求項16に記載の装置。
