Claims (6)
- 固定プロセス液供給パイプが延出されるコアと、
前記コアと前記コアの周囲を回転する外殻との間に規定された環状流体供給チャンバと、
前記外殻と共に回転する回転パイプであって、指定の供給チャンバと、静止割出しディスクに対して前記外殻と共に回転する回転割出しディスク内の指定ポートとに接続される回転パイプとを備え、
前記回転割出しディスクが回転すると、前記回転パイプを介して前記回転割出しディスクに送られた各プロセス液流は、前記プロセス液流を指定先に選択的に送るよう配置された前記静止割出しディスク内の各固定ポートに導入され、
前記プロセス液を送出するための中間ポンプが前記回転パイプ及び前記回転割出しディスクと共に前記コアの周囲を回転するように載置される
ことを特徴とする、プロセス液分配用の回転分配装置。 - 前記中間ポンプは、前記回転パイプを介してプロセス液を送出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転分配装置。
- 前記中間ポンプは、電気モーターにより駆動され、該電気モーターは回転スリップリングにより接触ブラシを介して電流源から電流を受けることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の回転分配装置。
- 回転可変周波数駆動ユニットを備え、該可変周波数駆動ユニットは各電気モーターと関連づけられて、対応するポンプの速度を制御することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の回転分配装置。
- 前記可変周波数駆動ユニットは、共通の電子制御ユニットにより制御されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の回転分配装置。
- 砂糖抽出プラントにおける糖汁加工においてイオン交換またはクロマトグラフ分離に用いられるプロセス液分配方法であり、
固定プロセス液供給パイプが延出されるコアと、前記コアと前記コアの周囲を回転する外殻との間に規定された環状流体供給チャンバと、前記外殻と共に回転する回転パイプであって、指定の供給チャンバと、静止割出しディスクに対して前記外殻と共に回転する回転割出しディスク内の指定ポートとに接続される回転パイプとを備え、前記回転割出しディスクが回転すると、前記回転パイプを介して前記回転割出しディスクに送られた各プロセス液流は、前記プロセス液流を指定先に選択的に送るよう配置された前記静止割出しディスク内の各固定ポートに導入される回転分配装置を用いて前記プロセス液を分配する工程を備え、
前記回転パイプ及び前記回転割出しディスクと共に回転するように中間ポンプを載置し、該中間ポンプが前記回転ポンプを介して前記プロセス液を送出するように動作させる工程を備えることを特徴とするプロセス液分配方法。
