Description

The present invention relates to an indoor unit of an air conditioner having a heat exchanger, and particularly relates to a dew condensation water treatment.

Conventionally, in an indoor unit of an air conditioner, condensed water condensed on the surface of a refracted heat exchanger is not drawn into the heat exchanger, and dew pops out from the front frame. Therefore, a dew condensation water treatment shape is provided for the purpose of inducing the dew condensation water jumping out from the heat exchanger to the air filter frame or the front frame into the heat exchanger (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a conventional air conditioner indoor unit. As shown in FIG. 6, the air filter frame 5 is provided with a condensed water treatment unit 8 so as to guide the condensed water to the water receiving unit 12.

However, in the conventional configuration, since the condensed water treatment unit 8 is established on the front surface of the heat exchanger, the wind circuit, which is a passage for air, is cut off, and the ventilation resistance increases, thereby reducing the performance. It had the problem of end.

This invention solves the said conventional subject, and can provide the indoor unit of the air conditioner which can suppress the performance fall by the ventilation resistance increasing.

In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention includes a heat exchanger, an air filter frame for attaching an air filter for collecting dust on the front side of the heat exchanger, and a heat exchanger. Condensed water that is an indoor unit of an air conditioner having an indoor fan that blows air to the inside and that extends inward from the air filter frame and guides condensed water to a water receiving portion provided below the heat exchanger Since the treatment unit is provided and the extended line in the extending direction of the dew condensation water treatment unit is the center of the indoor fan, an effect that the dew condensation water treatment unit is less likely to become a ventilation resistance is obtained.

The indoor unit of the air conditioner according to the present invention can suppress performance degradation due to increase in ventilation resistance.

An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to a first aspect of the invention includes a heat exchanger, an air filter frame on which an air filter that collects dust is attached to the front side of the heat exchanger, and an indoor fan that blows air to the heat exchanger. An indoor unit of an air conditioner having a dew condensation water treatment unit that extends inward from the air filter frame and that guides dew condensation water to a water receiver provided below the heat exchanger, Since the extension line in the extending direction of the portion becomes the center of the indoor fan, an effect that the dew condensation water treatment portion that extends is less likely to become a ventilation resistance is obtained.

In the indoor unit of the air conditioner of the second invention, particularly in the first invention, by providing a slit in the dew condensation water treatment part, the effect that the further dew condensation water treatment part is less likely to become a draft resistance is obtained. It is done.

The indoor unit of the air conditioner according to the third aspect of the present invention, particularly in the first or second aspect of the present invention, is provided with a nonwoven fabric for preventing water splashing at the tip of the dew condensation water treatment shape, so that the dew condensation water is surely supplied to the water receiving part. The effect of preventing water splash can be obtained.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Note that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments.

(Embodiment 1)
1 is a front view of an indoor unit of an air conditioner according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along AA. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a main part of the air filter frame 5 in the first embodiment.

First, inside the indoor unit 1 of the air conditioner, there are arranged a heat exchanger 2 that exchanges heat between the refrigerant and room air, an indoor fan 3 that blows air into the room, and a blowout grill 4 that forms a wind circuit. It is installed.

An air filter frame 5 and an air filter 6 are disposed on the front side of the heat exchanger 2. Moreover, the indoor unit 1 is comprised from the front frame 7 which comprises an outer shell.

The air-conditioned indoor unit configured as described above will be described. The dew condensation water treatment unit 8 extended from the air filter frame 5 to the front surface side of the heat exchanger 2 becomes the ventilation resistance of the heat exchanger 2 and the flow of wind is cut off, leading to performance degradation.

Here, by providing an angle toward the center of the indoor fan 3 for the dew condensation water treatment unit 8 extended from the air filter frame 5 constituting the outer shell, the flow of wind is improved and the performance is improved. An effect is obtained.

In the present embodiment, the dew condensation water treatment unit 8 is extended from the air filter frame 5. However, the present invention is not limited to this and may be configured to extend from the front frame 7.

Further, FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the B part. As shown in FIG. 4, the flow of wind is improved and the performance is improved by providing the slit 9 for reducing the ventilation resistance in the dew condensation water treatment unit 8 extended from the air filter frame 5 constituting the outer shell. The effect is obtained.

Further, FIG. 5 is a CC cross-sectional view. As shown in FIG. 5, the dew condensation water 11 received by the dew condensation water treatment unit 8 is affixed to the tip of the dew condensation water treatment unit 8 extended from the air filter frame 5 by sticking a nonwoven fabric 10 for preventing water splashing. Thus, it is possible to reliably lead to the water receiving portion 12 of the blowout grill 4 forming the wind circuit, and an effect of preventing water splash is obtained.

Since the air conditioner according to the present invention can be arranged not only on the front side but also on the side of the heat exchanger, it can also be applied to uses such as outdoor units.
