Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a high voltage circuit breaker for a vehicle, and in particular to prevent unintentional switching of a switch, while increasing the visibility by arranging the switch to be easily accessible and improving the layout by reducing the size of the vehicle. The present invention relates to a voltage circuit breaker.
Electric vehicles and hybrid vehicles have a high-voltage circuit, and there is a risk of electric shock to workers when assembling or servicing the vehicle. Therefore, a high-voltage circuit breaker is generally set to prevent electric shock. .
In the case of a plug-type shut-off device (also referred to as “safety plug”), since the size required for installation is large, according to Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-214544, a handle type is proposed. A large space of at least several liters is required for mounting on the vehicle.
For this reason, there is a switch lever type safety device that requires a small mounting space (also referred to as a “safety switch”).
In addition to assembling and service, this safety plug is also used to prevent an electric shock of a rescuer by removing the safety plug as a response to a rescue in a vehicle accident.
Further, when the safety plug is pulled out, there is a possibility of electric leakage in the plug portion, so the operator needs to wear insulating gloves.
By the way, in the conventional high voltage circuit breaker for a vehicle, the user is not allowed to operate the breaker in the first place, and a warning label alerts the user not to touch.
In general, the switch is not limited to a vehicle, and a switch that mechanically switches the contact state (conduction / cutoff) by human operation may cause an electric shock when the switch lever is operated due to electric leakage or the like.
At this time, it is important not to cause electric leakage, but it is also important to prevent the switch from being inadvertently operated.
Many battery packs are made into a single unit, and the unit is provided with a safety plug or a safety switch as a single shut-off device.
Although what is disclosed by the above-mentioned
In order to prevent the user of the vehicle from touching the safety plug by mistake, the safety plug is generally laid out so that the safety plug cannot be accessed unless various parts are removed.
However, in the case of a layout in which various parts need to be removed for access to the safety plug (also referred to as “barrier structure”), it is inconvenient that it cannot be operated quickly when urgent operation is required. There is.
On the other hand, when the safety plug is laid out in an easily accessible place, a general user such as a driver has a structure with few barriers, which causes an inconvenience that undesired user access occurs.
In addition, in order to solve these inconveniences, when a cover is provided by a general shielding member, there is an inconvenience that the state of the safety switch cannot be confirmed as it is.
Further, when a plurality of battery packs are mounted, there are a considerable number of safety plugs or safety switches, and it is necessary to reduce the occupied space and to ensure the ease of checking the state and operating.
Furthermore, it is conceivable that a large sudden acceleration is applied to the vehicle during traveling due to an external force applied to the vehicle, or due to a composite factor that combines vibration and inertial force accompanying the traveling. When replacing a large safety plug with a relatively small safety switch to improve ease of installation, there is a possibility that a safety switch with high operability may unintentionally switch due to acceleration applied to the safety switch. It is done.
Therefore, it is necessary to consider measures to prevent such switching or to make it easy to confirm the presence or absence of switching.
This invention makes it possible to prevent unintentional switching of the switch or to confirm the switching state of the switch, to enhance visibility with an easy-to-access arrangement, to prevent inadvertent human operation and to prevent electric shock, It is an object of the present invention to enable an easily accessible arrangement by making it compact and improving layout.
Accordingly, in order to eliminate the above-described disadvantages, the present invention provides a vehicle high-voltage circuit cutoff device including a safety switch that switches a supply cutoff state of high-voltage power supplied from a power supply. A cover provided with a visual recognition part for confirming the switching selection state of the switches at the respective positions is provided.
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, in the vehicle high-voltage circuit interrupting device having the safety switch for switching the supply cutoff state of the high-voltage power supplied from the power source, each position of the safety switch ON / OFF A cover provided with a visual recognition part for confirming the switching selection state of the switch is provided.
Therefore, it is possible to ensure visibility for checking the state without removing the cover.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various application modifications are possible.
For example, in the embodiment of the present invention, the entire cover is formed to be colorless and transparent with a uniform material, but it may be translucent or colored.
That is, since it is not necessary for the entire cover to be a visual recognition part, a part that is considered unnecessary is formed by being translucent or colored.
If so, the cover can ensure both prevention of malfunction and ensuring visibility.
Moreover, when providing a small window in a cover, what is necessary is just a small window which permeate | transmits visible light, and it can implement | achieve by making a window part the material different from a remaining part, or making a window part missing.
At this time, in the case of the missing small window, a distance is secured so that the finger is not directly touched, or a small hole is formed so that the finger does not enter. Alternatively, a large number of small holes may be provided in a concentrated or dispersed manner to improve visibility.
Furthermore, it is also possible to employ a configuration in which the switch lever is colored or painted to improve visibility.
Furthermore, although the upper surface of the cover has a stepped step shape, it may be a curved surface or a complicated three-dimensional shape combined.
