Description

The present invention relates to a paper sheet dispenser capable of sequentially pulling out paper sheets such as paper towels.

2. Description of the Related Art A dispenser that accommodates a stacked body in which paper sheets such as paper towels are superposed on each other and sequentially draws out the paper sheets is widely used. As such a dispenser, a technique has been proposed in which a paper towel outlet is provided at the center of the bottom wall, and an inclined surface that is inclined from the front and rear surfaces of the dispenser toward the outlet is formed (Patent Documents 1 and 2). .
In addition, a technique has been proposed in which a paper towel outlet is provided at the center of the bottom wall and the bottom wall is further inclined toward the rear surface (Patent Document 3).

実公平1-130992号公報No. 1-130992 特開平5-269051号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-269051 実公平和6-9995号公報No. 6-9995

However, the above-mentioned dispenser is attached to a wall surface of a store or the like by screwing or the like, and is made of plastic and is strong but relatively heavy, and it is necessary to appropriately replenish a stack of paper sheets. Therefore, the dispenser is difficult to use at home, is not easy to carry, and is not suitable for mass production and mass sale by packing paper sheets like a tissue box. In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for disposable hand towel dispensers due to an increase in hygiene awareness due to the influenza epidemic.
That is, the present invention is relatively lightweight, easy to use at home, easy to carry, hygienic regardless of installation location, and can be packed and mass-produced and sold in large quantities. The purpose is to provide dispensers.

In order to solve the above-described problem, the paper sheet dispenser of the present invention stores a stacked body that is vertically stacked so that the paper sheets folded in two or more are engaged with each other. A dispenser capable of sequentially pulling out paper sheets, the laminate, a front surface and a rear surface parallel to a long side of the laminate, and a parallel to a short side of the laminate and perpendicular to the front surface and the rear surface Two side surfaces, a front surface, a rear surface, a lid surface that is perpendicular to the side surfaces and faces the laminated surface of the laminate, and a drawer surface that has a slit that pulls out the paper sheet while facing the lid surface And the drawer surface falls from the rear surface toward the front surface, is inclined at an angle of 45 ± 10 degrees with respect to the front surface, and the width of the side surface is 100 mm or less. It is.
In this way, since the drawer surface is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the front surface, when the drawer surface of the paper sheet dispenser is inserted between the towel rack and the wall surface, the drawer surface makes a suitable bar for the towel rack. It is pressed with force and can be securely locked to the towel rack by the weight of the paper sheet dispenser. Further, the drawer surface does not become an acute angle with respect to the front surface, and the height of the paper sheet dispenser is prevented from becoming too high. Further, by setting the width of the side surface to 100 mm or less, the paper sheet dispenser is locked without falling between the wall surface and the towel rack, and the paper sheet dispenser is slim and does not choose an installation place. Moreover, the display space at the time of sale is reduced, and it is easy to carry.

The paper sheet dispenser is preferably made of paper.
In this way, the paper sheets can be packed together, mass-produced and sold in a low price, and the paper sheet dispenser is lightweight and easy to carry.

In the direction along the side surface, the slit is preferably located on the rear surface side from the center of the drawing surface.
In this case, when the paper sheet dispenser is used while being locked to the towel rack, the slit is located behind the bar, so the slit interferes with the towel rack (bar) and it is difficult to pull out the paper sheet. To prevent becoming.

In the direction along the side surface, the drawer surface may be a curved surface.
If it does in this way, design nature will improve.

The slit is formed on a resin film, the resin film is disposed so as to cover a cutout portion in the vicinity of the center portion of the drawer surface, and the resin film is drawn from both ends of the drawer surface in the direction along the side surface. It is preferable that they are arranged with an interval of 20 to 33% of the width of the surface.
In this way, when the paper sheet dispenser is locked to the towel rack, the soft resin film is not provided on the portion in contact with the towel rack (bar), and the strength of the drawer surface itself is obtained. Can be stably locked to the towel rack. Moreover, since the slit is disposed at an appropriate position on the drawer surface, the sheet can be smoothly pulled out without the slit being hidden by the towel rack.

According to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a paper sheet dispenser that is relatively lightweight, easy to use at home, easy to carry, can be installed anywhere, and can be packed and mass-produced and sold in large quantities. .

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 1 shows a perspective view of a paper sheet dispenser 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. The paper sheet dispenser 100 is assembled in a box shape by folding a single paper board, and a laminated body 50 in which a plurality of paper sheets are stacked is accommodated therein. The paper sheet dispenser 100 includes a rectangular front surface 11 and a rear surface 12 parallel to the long side L of the laminated body 50, and two side surfaces 13 parallel to the short side T of the laminated body 50 and perpendicular to the front surface 11 and the rear surface 12. 14, a lid surface 15 that is perpendicular to the front surface 11, the rear surface 12, and the side surfaces 13 and 14 and faces the laminated surface 50 b of the laminated body 50, and a slit S that pulls out the paper sheet 51 while facing the lid surface 16. And a rectangular pull-out surface 16 provided. The side surfaces 13 and 14 are trapezoidal.
The front surface 11 and the rear surface 12 face each other, and side surfaces 13 and 14 are connected to both sides of the front surface 11, respectively. The lid surface 15 is connected to the front surface 11, the rear surface 12, and the side surfaces 13 and 14, respectively. Similarly, the drawer surface 16 is connected to the front surface 11, the rear surface 12, and the side surfaces 13 and 14, respectively.
As the paper sheet dispenser 100, general-purpose plastics such as polyethylene and polypropylene can be used in addition to paper. When using paper, the basis weight is preferably 300 to 500 g / m 2 .

Here, the height of the rear surface 12 is higher than that of the front surface 11, and the lead-out surface 16 connected to each of the front surface 11 and the rear surface 12 is inclined so as to fall from the rear surface 12 toward the front surface 11. At this time, as shown in FIG. 2, the angle (inclination angle) θ formed by the drawing surface 16 with respect to the front surface 11 is defined as 45 ± 10 degrees.
Further, a substantially oval opening (cutout portion) is provided at the center of the drawing surface 16, and a resin film 20 such as a polyethylene film is attached to cover the opening. One slit S extending in the long side L direction is formed at the center of the resin film 20, and the paper sheet 51 is drawn out from the slit S in a pop-up manner.

In parallel (along the sides 13, 14) the direction to the short side T, (the end of the rear surface 12 side) trailing edge (the edge of the cut-out portion) and the drawer face 16 of the resin film 20 and the perforated intervals D 2 is doing. Similarly, the front end of the front edge (edge of the cut-out portion) and the lead-out surface 16 of the resin film 20 and the (end of the front 11 side) has a distance D 1.
Here, it is preferable that the lengths of D 1 and D 2 satisfy the relationship of 0.2 to 0.33 × M with respect to the width M of the drawing surface 16 along the short side T. In this way, when locking the Kamihatai dispenser 100 as shown in FIG. 3 the towel 200, a soft resin film 20 is not provided in a portion of the D 1, the strength of the drawer face 16 itself paperboard Thus, the paper sheet dispenser 100 can be stably locked to the towel rack 200. Moreover, when the lengths of D 1 and D 2 have the above relationship, when the slit S is disposed at an appropriate position on the drawer surface 16 and the paper sheet dispenser 100 is locked to the towel rack 200, the slit S Can be smoothly pulled out without being hidden by the towel rack 200.
When the length of D 1 is less than 0.2 × M, the resin film 20 may come into contact with the towel rack 200 when the paper sheet dispenser 100 is locked to the towel rack 200.
When the length of D 1 or D 2 exceeds 0.33 × M, the slit S becomes too close to the front surface 11 side or the rear surface 12 side, and when the paper sheet dispenser 100 is locked to the towel rack 200, the slit S May interfere with the towel rack 200 or be positioned too far on the rear side, making it difficult to pull out the paper sheet.

FIG. 2 is a side sectional view of the paper sheet dispenser 100. The laminated body 50 is formed by stacking a plurality of paper sheets 51, 52, 53,. In this example, each paper sheet is folded in three (Z-fold), and the paper sheets 51, 52, 53... Can be sequentially pulled out from the slit S in a pop-up manner or continuously.
Examples of the paper sheet include, but are not limited to, disposable thin paper such as tissue paper, paper towel, and toilet paper made of papermaking or non-woven fabric.
Further, the paper sheet may be folded in two or more, for example, may be folded in five. However, when the sheet is folded in half, the engagement area between the sheets is increased, and the sheet take-out property may be impaired. By folding the paper sheet into three or more folds, the short side of the paper sheet body is shortened and the thickness of the paper sheet dispenser 100 can be reduced. The paper sheet dispenser 100 can be locked and installed on a towel rack or the like.

When the take-out sheet is odd-folded (tri-fold, etc.), the front-end folding direction of the take-out sheet (paper sheet) is in the inclined direction (in the case of FIG. 1, the rear surface 12 side) or in the direction opposite to the inclined direction. The sheet is stored so as to face either direction. However, if the sheet is stored so that the direction of the front end folding is opposite to the inclined direction, the sheet can be easily pulled out toward the front side (front side 11 side).
For example, in the case of FIG. 2, the folding direction (the direction of the leading edge of the paper sheet 51 popped up) of the paper sheet 51 that is the take-out sheet is from the rear surface 12 to the front surface 11 (inclined reverse direction). For this reason, the paper sheet 51 protrudes to the front surface 11 side on which the pull-out surface 16 falls and is easy to pinch, and can be easily pulled out as it is (toward the front surface 11).

FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state in which the paper sheet dispenser 100 is locked to the towel rack 200. When the inclined drawer surface 16 of the paper sheet dispenser 100 is inserted between the bar 200a and the wall surface of the towel rack 200, the drawer surface 16 comes into contact with the bar 200a, and the weight of the paper sheet dispenser 100 causes the towel rack 200 to touch the towel rack 200. Locked. Since the leading end of the drawer surface 16 enters below the bar 200a, the drawer surface 16 is always pressed against the bar 200a even when the paper sheet dispenser 100 moves away from the wall surface, and the paper sheet dispenser 100 is moved to the towel rack 200. It is hard to detach from.
When the inclination angle θ exceeds 55 degrees, the inclination angle θ becomes an obtuse angle, and the component force (Gh1 in FIG. 4 to be described later) with which the drawer surface 16 is pressed against the bar 200a becomes small, so the paper sheet dispenser 100 moves away from the wall surface. Thus, the paper sheet dispenser 100 is easily detached from the towel rack 200.
When the inclination angle θ is less than 35 degrees, the inclination angle θ becomes too acute, the height of the paper sheet dispenser 100 becomes too high, and the slit S faces sideways, making it difficult to take out the paper sheet. Furthermore, when the paper sheet dispenser 100 is locked to the towel rack 200, the drawer surface 16 becomes too oblique to the bar 200a, and the holding of the paper sheet dispenser 100 becomes unstable.

FIG. 4 shows the force acting when the paper sheet dispenser 100 is locked to the towel rack. When the inclination angle θ exceeds 55 degrees (60 degrees in FIG. 4A), the component force Gh1 along the pull-out surface 16 of the gravity G applied to the paper sheet dispenser 100 is reduced to about ½ of G. For this reason, when the force F is applied so that the paper sheet dispenser 100 is separated from the wall surface, the paper sheet dispenser 100 is easily detached from the towel rack 200.
On the other hand, when the inclination angle θ is less than 35 degrees (30 degrees in FIG. 4B), the component force Gh2 along the pulling surface 16 of the gravity G applied to the paper sheet dispenser 100 is about 0.8 of G. For this reason, even if force F works so that the paper sheet dispenser 100 may leave | separate from a wall surface, the paper sheet dispenser 100 is hard to detach | leave from the towel rack 200. FIG. However, in the case of FIG. 4B, the height of the drawer surface 16 is increased to about 1.7 W with respect to the width W of the paper sheet dispenser 100, so that there is a problem that the paper sheet dispenser 100 is not compact. .
Therefore, by setting the inclination angle θ to 45 ± 10 degrees, even if the force F acts so that the paper sheet dispenser 100 is separated from the wall surface, the paper sheet dispenser 100 is not easily detached from the towel rack 200 and the drawer surface The height of 16 does not become too high, and compactness is achieved.

FIG. 5 is a side view showing a state in which the paper sheet dispenser 100 is locked to the towel rack 200. Since the interval Wx between the bar 200a of the towel rack 200 and the wall surface 300 is usually about 30 to 70 mm, by setting the width W of the paper sheet dispenser 100 in the short side T direction of the paper sheet to 100 mm or less, The paper sheet dispenser 100 is locked between the wall surface 300 and the bar 200a without dropping. In addition, by setting the width W to 100 mm or less, the paper sheet dispenser 100 is slim and does not choose an installation place, and the display space at the time of sale is reduced, so that it is easy to carry. The width W is preferably 50 mm or more.
Further, in the direction parallel to the short side T (along the side surfaces 13 and 14), the slit S is located on the rear surface 12 side from the center Ce of the drawing surface 16. Here, Ce is the midpoint of the width M (see FIG. 1) of the drawer surface 16. In this way, when the paper sheet dispenser 100 is used while being locked to the towel rack 200, the slit S is located behind the bar 200a, so that the slit S interferes with the towel rack 200 (bar 200a). This prevents the paper sheet from becoming difficult to pull out.

Note that the paper sheet dispenser 100 can be used not only by being locked to the towel rack 200 but also placed on a washstand or a table with the lid surface 15 as a bottom and can be used with the drawer surface 160 facing upward. .

Next, a paper sheet dispenser 101 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 6, the paper sheet dispenser 101 is the same as the first embodiment except that the drawer surface 160 is curved outwardly and the shapes of the side surfaces 130 and 140 are different accordingly. The same parts as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
Here, the lead-out surface 160 is curved in an arc shape along the short side T, and the upper sides of the side surfaces 130 and 140 are in the same arc shape as the lead-out surface 160. In the case of the second embodiment, a surface 180 passing through the edge of the rear surface 12 and the edge of the front surface 11 is drawn, and an angle formed by the surface 180 with respect to the front surface 11 is an inclination angle θ.
In 2nd Embodiment, since the drawer | drawing-out surface 160 is curving, it is excellent in design property. The curvature radius r indicating the curved state of the drawing surface is preferably W <r <2W (W: width of the side surface of the dispenser). If W ≧ r, the drawer surface 160 may be too curved, and the paper sheet dispenser may be difficult to lock on the towel rack 200. If r ≧ 2W, the drawing surface 160 may be less curved and the designability may be difficult to improve.

It goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, but extends to various modifications and equivalents included in the spirit and scope of the present invention.
