Description

The present invention relates to a luminaire that is applied for outdoor landscape illumination that illuminates, for example, the periphery of a building, a park, and a passage.

As a lighting fixture applied for outdoor landscape lighting, at the upper end of the light guide unit, a light emitting unit provided below the ground, a light guide unit having translucency to guide light from the light emitting unit upward There has been known a lighting fixture including a reflection unit that reflects light guided by a light guide unit (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Moreover, as a lighting fixture applied for outdoor landscape illumination, an LED light source, a lens that controls light emitted from the LED light source in a predetermined direction, a cover in which the lens is disposed, an LED light source, a lens, And a lighting fixture including a casing that holds the cover at a predetermined height is known (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

特開2009−104868号公報(図1、請求項1)JP 2009-104868 A (FIG. 1, claim 1) 特開2007−134142号公報(図1、段落番号0010)JP 2007-134142 A (FIG. 1, paragraph number 0010)

The lighting fixture described in Patent Document 1 described above can produce an effect that does not impair the landscape when the light is turned off by the light-transmitting light guide.
The lighting fixture described in Patent Document 2 described above can efficiently distribute light from an LED light source by a lens.

In general, there are the following three demands for lighting fixtures applied for outdoor landscape lighting. The first requirement is to be able to save energy and secure the light of the feet. The second requirement is robustness. The third requirement is to be compact so that it can be installed even in a small space.
Among the above demands, the first energy saving can be realized by using an LED light source. However, since the LED light source mounted on the LED substrate irradiates light only on the mounting surface side, the LED is placed on the upper part of the lighting fixture and the mounting surface of the LED light source faces downward to efficiently irradiate the feet. It is effective to arrange.
Of the above requirements, for the second robustness, it is desirable to protect the cover that covers the LED light source from external force by preventing the cover from appearing as much as possible and using a member that is not easily broken.

Then, as shown in FIG. 11, the lighting fixture 100 for solving said request is proposed. This conventional lighting device 100 includes a top plate portion 101, a support column portion 102, and a main body portion 103, and the main body portion 103 is attached to a pole 104. A plurality of LED light sources 106 are housed in a ring-shaped top plate 105 in the top plate portion 101, and the top plate 105 projects larger than the pole 104, so that light reaches the base of the pole 104. The top plate 105 of the top plate portion 101 is made of aluminum die casting. The LED light source 106 is screwed to the top plate 105 from the bottom surface with the mounting surface down.

As shown in FIG. 12, the lower surface of the LED light source 106 is protected by an acrylic cover 107. The cover 107 has an elongated plate shape similar to the lower opening of the top plate 105, and both ends are held by cover mounting brackets 109 screwed to the top plate 105 with screws 108.
Since the cover 107 is attached at a position deeper inside than the lowermost surface of the top plate 105, the cover 107 is protected by the top plate 105 against an external force from above the horizontal and has a structure that is not easily broken.

As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the column 110 of the column 102 has a role of connecting the top plate 105 and the main body 103 and hiding the lead wire 111 therebetween. The support 110 is made of a steel pipe, and a lead wire 111 is inserted through the support 110. A steel plate portion 112 is welded to the top end of the support 110 on the top plate 105 side, and the steel plate portion 112 and the top plate 105 are screwed to support the top plate 105 portion.
The main body portion 103 has a role of supporting the column portion 102 and the top plate portion 101 and a role of housing the power source portion 113 of the LED light source 106. The main body portion 103 is integrally formed with the top plate portion 101, the column portion 102, and the main body portion 103 by fixing the base of the column 110 with the nut 114.

However, in the conventional lighting fixture 100 as described above, it is possible to realize that the first energy saving and the light of the foot can be secured and the second robustness among the above three demands. However, the cover 107 is held by the cover mounting bracket 109 and further connected to the top plate 105 by a steel plate portion 112 welded to the support 110.
Therefore, in such a conventional lighting fixture 100, in order to reduce the size, the area of the steel plate portion 112 must be considered.
Therefore, in such a conventional lighting fixture 100, the top plate 105 must be enlarged and cannot be reduced in size so that it can be installed even in a space-saving manner.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lighting apparatus that can be reduced in size so that it can be installed even in a space-saving manner.

A lighting fixture according to the present invention is arranged on a top plate, a lower surface of the top plate, an LED cover that houses an LED unit therein, and supports the outer periphery of the lower surface of the LED cover, and has a plurality of lead wire insertion holes therein. A main body formed integrally with the lower end of the post, one end connected to the charging portion inside the main body via the lead wire insertion hole of the post, and the other end connected to the LED unit Is provided.

As for the lighting fixture which concerns on this invention, the cross section of the support | pillar is formed in the direction of the outer side rather than the center side of the main body.

As for the lighting fixture which concerns on this invention, the surface where a support | pillar and a main body cross is inclined in the direction away from an LED unit as it goes to the outward side from the center side of a main body.

According to the lighting fixture of the present invention, there is an effect that it can be downsized so that it can be installed even in a space-saving manner.

Hereinafter, the lighting fixture which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated with reference to drawings.
A lighting fixture 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a top plate portion 11 having a top plate 12, a light source portion 13 having an LED unit 14 and an LED cover 15 attached to the lower surface of the top plate 12, and a plurality of support columns. The main body 18 is attached to the pole 19. The main body 18 is composed of a support 16 having a support 17 and a main body 18 integrally formed with the support 16.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the top plate portion 11 has a top plate 12 formed in a circular plate shape, and has a flange 20 projecting downward at the outer peripheral edge portion. In the light source unit 13, the LED unit 14 has a plurality of LED light sources 22 mounted on a single LED substrate 21, and the LED substrate 21 is positioned toward the lower surface of the top plate 12. The LED cover 15 is formed in a bottomed annular shape using a transparent or milky white resin material, and the LED unit 14 is mounted on the bottom plate 23 and attached to the lower surface of the top plate 12.

The support column 16 includes four support columns 17 between the top plate 12 and the main body 18 with the opening 24 interposed in the circumferential direction of the top plate 12. The main body portion 18 is integrally formed at the lower end of the support column 17, and an LED power supply unit (charging portion) 25 is accommodated therein. The LED power supply unit 25 has attachment portions 26 at both ends, and these attachment portions 26 are screwed inside the main body portion 18. The LED power supply unit 25 is replaced with a charging unit when, for example, electric power generated by solar power generation is used. The main body 18 has a boss 28 in an opening 27 at its lower end, and the opening 27 is closed by a steel back plate 30 by screwing a screw 29 into the boss 28. The back plate 30 has a function of blocking moisture inside the pole 19. A fixing metal 31 is attached to the back plate 30 with a screw 32 inside the pole 19, and a plurality of resin power line retainers 33 made of resin are attached to the fixing metal 31.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the column 17 has a horizontal cross-sectional shape that is narrower on the outer side than the center side of the main body 18, and has a pair of curved side surfaces 34. Have. In the state in which the lighting fixture 10 is applied to the support column 17, it becomes difficult for an observer to see the thick end surface on the central portion side of the main body 18. In addition, it is very rare for the observer to see both side surfaces 34 of one support column 17 at the same time, so that the thickness of the support column 17 cannot be accurately recognized. In addition, as an element for recognizing the thickness, since the outer end face of the support column 17 is thin, when only the end face and the side surface 34 are viewed, the thickness of the support column 17 cannot be accurately determined, There is an illusion effect that makes you feel finer. By these, a compact feeling can be given aiming at an observer's visual effect.

As shown in FIG. 5, an inclined surface 35 is formed on the lower surface of the opening 24 where the support column 17 and the main body 18 intersect. The inclined surface 35 is formed so as to go away from the LED light source 22 of the LED unit 14 as it goes outward from the center of the main body 18. Since the LED light source 22 is disposed obliquely above the opening 24 between the plurality of support columns 17, the light from the LED light source 22 is efficiently directed to the feet via the inclined surface 35, so that the LED light source 22 is directed. Can be used effectively.

As shown in FIG. 6, the support column 17 has through holes 36 that penetrate from the upper end portion to the inside of the main body portion 18. The wire rod 37 is inserted into the two through holes 36 facing each other among the four columns 17, and the lead wires are inserted into the remaining two through holes 36 facing each other among the four columns 17 (see FIG. 7). ) 38 is inserted one by one. The wire rod 37 is a stud bolt having screw portions (not shown) at the upper end portion and the lower end portion.

As shown in FIG. 7, the LED cover 15 has the wire support grooves 40 at two opposing positions of the side plate 39 around the bottom plate 23, and the two opposing positions between the circumferential directions of the wire support grooves 40. Has a lead wire support surface 41. The wire rod support groove 40 supports the wire rod 37 with respect to the top plate 12 when the wire rod 37 protruding from the support column 17 is screwed into the top plate 12. The lead wire support surface 41 supports one of the two lead wires 38 drawn upward from the LED substrate 21 when the LED cover 15 is attached to the top plate 12. On the upper surface of the LED substrate 21, a rubber sheet 42 having high electrothermal properties is attached at a position corresponding to the LED light source 22. The rubber sheet 42 controls heat dissipation of the LED unit 14.

As shown in FIG. 8, the top plate 12 has a convex portion 43 formed on the lower surface thereof at the same position as the rubber sheet 42 of the LED cover 15. The convex portion 43 has a function of a heat sink that intensively absorbs heat generated by the LED light source 22 in the LED unit 14. The top plate 12 has a wire support portion 44 corresponding to the wire support groove 40 of the LED cover 15 and a lead wire support portion 45 corresponding to the lead wire support surface 41 on the inner surface of the basket 20. The LED cover 15 is filled with a transparent silicon rubber material inside the side plate 39 after the LED unit 14 is accommodated. The silicon rubber material prevents the LED unit 14 from being corroded by moisture.

And while supporting each one of the two lead wires 38 by the pair of lead wire support surfaces 41 and supporting the pair of wire rods 37 by the pair of wire rod support grooves 40, the upper ends of the pair of wire rods 37 are The LED cover 15 is screwed into a female screw hole (not shown) provided on the lower surface of the top plate 12, and the LED cover 15 is concentric with the top plate 12 and joined to the lower surface of the top plate 12 with an adhesive. At this time, each of the two lead wires 38 is supported by the lead wire support portion 45, and the pair of wire rods 37 is supported by the pair of wire rod support portions 44, respectively. Since the LED cover 15 has a foaming rubber material attached to the upper end surface of the side plate 39, moisture can be prevented from entering inside.

As shown in FIG. 9, the lower ends of the wires 37 are penetrated to the inside in the axial direction of the main body 18, and nuts 46 are screwed into the lower ends. Thereby, the top plate 12 is assembled integrally with the main body 18 via the support column 17. At this time, since a foaming rubber material is attached to the upper end surface of the support column 17, rainwater can be prevented from entering the main body 18 from the through hole 36 of the support column 17. Further, the upper end surface of the support column 17 is brought into contact with the lower end surface of the wire rod support portion 44 and the lower end surface of the lead wire support portion 45 of the top plate 12 by sandwiching the bottom plate 23 of the LED cover 15 with the lower surface of the top plate 12. Since the rubber material serves as a buffer material, the top plate 12 and the support column 17 can be fixed without rattling. Each lead wire 38 is pulled out into the main body 18 and is electrically connected to the LED power supply unit 25 within the main body 18.

As shown in FIG. 10, the lead wire 38 drawn into the main body 18 is tensioned by the power line retainer 33 in the pole 19. The power line retainer 33 has a function of stopping tension so that a power line (not shown) arranged from the ground where the pole 19 is buried is not loosened. The lead wire 38 is electrically connected to the power supply line in the pole 19.

Therefore, in the lighting fixture 10 of this embodiment, a single lead wire 38 is inserted into the through holes 36 of the pair of support columns 17 and is inserted into the through holes 36 of the other pair of support columns 17. The top plate 12 and the main body 18 are coupled by the wire 37.
Thereby, in the lighting fixture 10 of this one embodiment, as in the conventional case, the cover is held by the cover mounting bracket, and further downsized when the structure in which the steel plate portion welded to the support is connected to the top plate is adopted. In this case, since it is not necessary to enlarge the top plate in consideration of the area of the steel plate portion, the size can be reduced so that it can be installed even in a space-saving manner.

Moreover, in the lighting fixture 10 of this one embodiment, the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the support column 17 is formed to be narrower on the outer side than the center side of the main body 18.
Thereby, in the lighting fixture 10 of this one embodiment, the thick end surface on the central portion side of the main body portion 18 becomes difficult to be seen from the observer, and the thickness of the support column 17 cannot be accurately recognized, making it feel thinner than the actual one. The visual effect can provide a compact feeling.

And in the lighting fixture 10 of this one embodiment, the inclination formed by descending in the direction away from the LED light source 22 toward the outward side from the center part of the main body part 18 at the opening 24 between the columns 17. It has a surface 35.
Thereby, in the lighting fixture 10 of this one embodiment, the light from the LED light source 22 is efficiently transmitted through the inclined surface 35 without causing the top plate to largely protrude from the pole as in the conventional case. Further, the light from the LED light source 22 can be effectively utilized by directing it toward the feet.

Note that the LED unit 14, the main body 18, the pole 19 and the like used in the embodiment are not limited to those illustrated, and can be appropriately changed.
