Description

The present invention relates to a slope for getting on and off a train, which can be used at various entrances and exits of various types of trains and has excellent usability.

Conventionally, in order to enhance the convenience of getting on and off the train of a wheelchair user, a portable train entry / exit slope is used between the entrance and exit of the train and the platform.

FIG. 9A shows a partial cross-sectional view of a conventional train entry / exit slope s. The slope s has a plate-like slope body a having one end placed on the train entrance / exit A side and the other end placed on the platform side (not shown), and is fixed to the slope body a and below. A hook member b having a extending hanging piece b1 and a movable slope d connected to the hook member b through a hinge c so as to be tiltable are configured (see, for example, Patent Document 1 below).

Such a slope s eliminates a steep step due to the slope of the movable slope d extending between the train floor Af and the raised portion As provided at the entrance and exit, thereby enabling smooth wheelchair travel. It is possible.

However, in such a slope s, the axis e of the tilt of the hinge c is provided closer to the movable slope d than the hanging piece b1. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 9B, when a downward load F is applied in the vicinity of the axis e of the hinge c, the slope body a is lifted with the contact point X between the hanging piece b1 and the floor surface Af as a fulcrum. There was a drawback that the moment M was generated and the position of the slope body a was not stable.

In addition, as another slope, there is one in which an auxiliary slope for eliminating the step or the like is fixed so as not to be tiltable on the side of the train entrance of the slope body (see Patent Document 2 below). However, with such a slope, there is a problem in that it is difficult to handle smoothly when the step height at the entrance / exit is different and the usability is poor.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above problems, and prevents the lift of the slope body to stabilize its position, and can be used at various train entrances and exits, and is excellent in usability. The main purpose is to provide a ramp for getting on and off.

The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention is a train entry / exit slope used between a train entrance / exit and a platform, wherein one end side is placed on the entrance / exit and the other end side is provided. A plate-like slope body having a length to be placed on the platform and having a width that allows a wheelchair to pass through, and being fixed to the edge of the one end side of the slope body and extending away from the slope body A hook member having a hanging piece that can be engaged with a stepped portion provided at the entrance by bending downward at the distal end portion of the base piece, and an axis line along the width direction of the slope body on the hook member. A flap that is swingably connected and extends away from the base piece, and the axis of the flap is provided closer to the slope body than the drooping piece.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, the flap is connected to the lower surface of the base piece of the hook member via a hinge having the axis, and the hinge cuts out at least a part of the hanging piece of the hook member. The slope for getting on and off a train according to claim 1, wherein the base piece and the flap are connected through a notch.

The invention according to claim 3 is the train entry / exit slope according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the slope body has a width of 600 to 620 mm on the one end side.

The invention according to claim 5 is the slope for getting on and off the train according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the slope body is made of a fiber reinforced resin.

The train entrance / exit slope of the present invention is used by being spanned between a train entrance / exit and a platform, and has a length in which one end side is placed on the entrance / exit and the other end side is placed on the platform. It has a plate-like slope body having a width that allows a wheelchair to pass through. Therefore, a wheelchair user can easily go back and forth between the platform and the train by traveling on the slope body.

Further, in the present invention, the hanging piece that can be engaged with the step portion provided at the entrance / exit by bending downward at the distal end portion of the base piece extending in the direction away from the slope body at the edge portion on one end side of the slope body. A hook member having is attached. Such a hook member is useful for preventing a positional deviation such as the slope main body slipping to the platform side by engaging the hanging piece with the stepped portion provided at the entrance / exit.

Furthermore, the train entry / exit slope of the present invention includes a flap that is swingably connected to the hook member about an axis along the width direction of the slope body and extends away from the base piece. Such a flap can tilt according to the difference in height between one end of the slope body and the floor of the train, eliminates a steep step near the entrance and exit, and facilitates running of a wheelchair, etc. Make it possible. In addition, the train entrance / exit slope of the present invention can be used in various trains by freely changing the inclination angle of the flap even when the step height of the entrance / exit is different, and is highly versatile.

Further, in the train getting-on / off slope of the present invention, the axis of the flap is provided on the side of the slope body with respect to the hanging piece of the hook member. For this reason, even if a large downward force is applied in the vicinity of the axis, there is no moment for lifting the slope body with the hanging piece as a fulcrum. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the slope body from being lifted up unexpectedly, and the position thereof is stabilized, so that the usability is improved.

It is a whole perspective view of the slope for train getting on and off which shows embodiment of this invention. It is a top view of FIG. It is a side view of FIG. It is an enlarged view of the connection part of a flap and a hook member. FIG. 5 is a partial perspective view of FIG. 4. It is a partial side view explaining the effect | action of this invention. It is a side view which shows the use condition of the slope for train getting on / off of this embodiment. It is a side view which shows the use condition of the slope for train getting on / off of other embodiment. (A) And (b) is the elements on larger scale of the conventional slope.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 (particularly FIG. 3), the train entrance / exit slope (hereinafter sometimes simply referred to as “slope”) 1 of the present embodiment is located between the train entrance / exit A and the platform B. And is used by including a slope body 2, a hook member 3, and a flap 4.

As shown in FIG. 2, the slope main body 2 has a length L in which one end S1 side is placed on the entrance / exit A and the other end S2 side is placed on the platform B, and a width W through which the wheelchair can pass. It has a substantially rectangular plate-like body.

The length L of the slope body 2 is not particularly limited, but if it is too small, the slope when it crosses over the entrance / exit A and the platform B tends to be steep, and conversely if the length L is too large, it is portable. There is a risk that the storage performance will deteriorate. From this point of view, the length L of the slope body 2 is preferably 1000 mm or more, and preferably 1500 mm or less.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the slope main body 2 of the present embodiment has a cut-out corner portion C on the one end S1 side (train entrance / exit side) in a plan view in the unfolded state. Accordingly, the slope body 2 of the present embodiment is formed such that the width W1 on the one end S1 side is as small as 600 to 620 mm, for example, while the width W2 on the other end S2 side on the platform side is 810 mm, for example. The Such a slope main body 2 can be used not only for a “wheelchair exclusive entrance / exit” having a width of 1200 mm but also for a “normal entrance / exit” having a width of about 620 to 700 mm. Therefore, the slope 1 of this embodiment increases versatility and improves usability. However, the slope 1 of the present invention is not limited to the above dimensions.

In addition, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the slope main body 2 of the present embodiment has a plurality of (two in this example) slope pieces 2a and 2a arranged in the width direction with side edges bent through a small gap. A flexible tape-like elastic sheet material j is connected so as to be foldable. Therefore, the slope main body 2 can be made compact by folding the slope pieces 2a and 2a during use to obtain a substantially continuous plane (running surface) on which the wheelchair can travel, and can be folded in two when not in use. Can be stored in a narrow space. In addition, it is desirable that the slope piece 2a is provided with, for example, a fastener (not shown) such as a hook-and-loop fastener for maintaining a folded state, a handle H for folding and carrying, and the like.

Further, the slope main body 2 needs to have enough strength to be able to withstand even when a wheelchair or the like passes over the platform B and the train entrance A. Specifically, it is necessary to pass at least a load bearing test, a deflection amount and an endurance test based on JIS T9207 “Portable Slope for Wheelchairs”. As such a material, for example, a wood material, a metal plate, or a resin material can be employed, but in this embodiment, a fiber reinforced resin is employed. The fiber reinforced resin is particularly preferable as a material for the slope body 2 because it is lightweight and has high strength.

Furthermore, the slope main body 2 of the present embodiment is provided with protective walls 10 having a small height on both side edges in the width direction. Such a protective wall 10 helps to prevent the wheelchair from slipping outward.

In addition, the slope body 2 of the present embodiment is formed such that both ends in the length direction are tapered, and the contact position with the entrance / exit A of the slope body 2 and / or the contact position with the platform B are A non-slip rubber member R is fixed as appropriate. As shown in FIG. 3, the one end S1 side of the slope body 2 can be bent slightly downward, for example. By bending in this way, the lower surface on the one end S1 side of the slope body 2 can be brought into wide contact with the entrance / exit A to obtain a stable frictional force.

4 and 5, the hook member 3 is fixed to the edge portion 2e on the one end S1 side of the slope body 2 and extends in a direction away from the slope body 2, and the base piece 3a. It consists of a drooping piece 3b that bends downward at the tip of the piece 3a. In this embodiment, the cross section is formed of a horizontally-shaped L-shaped metal piece.

In the present embodiment, as is apparent from FIGS. 1 and 2, the hook member 3 has an elongated shape extending in the width direction, and is divided into two parts in the same manner as the slope body 2 so that the edge of each slope piece 2a. It is fixed to each. Thereby, according to folding of the slope main body 2, the hook member 3 can also be folded in two.

In this embodiment, the said base piece 3a consists of a substantially straight flat plate part, and is fixed to the upper surface of the said edge part 2e of the slope main body 2 using a screw and a nut. Thereby, the base piece 3a extends substantially parallel to the upper surface of the slope body 2. Moreover, the base piece 3a of this embodiment provides the backing material 11 which consists of metal materials in the lower surface of the slope main body 2, and adheres to this. That is, the base piece 3 a is fixed so as to sandwich the slope body 2 with the backing material 11. Such an attachment structure is useful for preventing cracks and the like around the screw holes of the slope body 2 made of fiber reinforced resin.

In addition, if a nut and a screw protrude from the lower surface of the slope main body 2, they may come into contact with the entrance / exit A of the train, and the state may become unstable. Therefore, preferably, a recess 2f extending in the width direction, for example, is provided on the lower surface of the edge 2e of the slope body 2, and the backing material 11, the nut and the screw are completely accommodated in the recess 2f. It is preferable to make it.

The length La of the base piece 3a is not particularly limited. For example, it is desirable that the base piece 3a be separated from the end surface E on the one end S1 side of the slope body 2 by about 30 mm. Thereby, a space can be formed between the hanging piece 3b and the end surface E of the slope body 2, and a mounting space for the hinge 5 described later can be secured.

In the present embodiment, the drooping piece 3b is bent downward at a substantially right angle from the base piece 3a, and is below the ground surface 2b of the slope body 2 (in this example, the lower surface of the non-slip rubber member R attached). It stretches. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, the slope 1 of the present embodiment has the lower surface of the slope body 2 placed on the raised object As raised from the floor Af in the train, and the hanging piece 3 b at the step. Can be hooked and engaged. Thereby, the slope main body 2 is prevented from slipping down to the platform B side. In addition, as shown by the phantom line in FIG. 6, the drooping piece 3 b may be engaged with a door opening / closing groove g.

The flap 4 is formed of, for example, a metal plate and is connected to the hook member 3 so as to be swingable around an axis line e along the width direction of the slope body 2. The flap 4 is also divided into two in the width direction, like the slope main body 2 and the hook member 3, and is pivotally attached to each hook member 3 so as to be tiltable.

Further, the flap 4 of the present embodiment is connected to the hook member 3 using a hinge 5. In the present embodiment, two flaps 5 spaced apart in the width direction are used for one flap 4.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, each hinge 5 has a known structure in which a first blade 5 a and a second blade 5 b are rotatably connected by a pivot shaft 5 c extending in the width direction. Two-blade hinges are used. The first blade 5a is fixed to the lower surface 3i of the base piece 3a, and the second blade 5b is fixed to the lower surface 4i of the flap 4 with screws and nuts, respectively.

Further, in order to enable the attachment of the hinge 5 as described above, a notch (opening) 6 is provided at each hinge attachment position of the hook member 3. Specifically, the notch 6 has a width larger than the width of the hinge 5 and a part of each of the base piece 3a and the hanging piece 3b is cut out. Thereby, as indicated by a virtual line in FIG. 4, the flap 4 can tilt at a predetermined angle θ without interfering with the hook member 3. However, the cutout portion 6 is not limited to the opening shape as in the present embodiment, and for example, the cutout portion 6 may be cut out continuously to the lower end of the hanging piece 3b.

The flap 4 attached in this way can be tilted variously according to the level difference of the entrance / exit A. For example, as shown in FIG. 7, when there is almost no step at the entrance / exit A, a state is obtained in which the upper surface of the flap 4 and the upper surface of the base piece 3 a of the hook member 3 are substantially flush with each other.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 8, when the entrance / exit A has a relatively large level difference h, the flap 4 tilts in a downward direction with respect to the upper surface of the base piece 3 a, and abruptly occurs at the entrance / exit A. The step can be covered and relaxed. Therefore, going and going by wheelchair is smooth. As described above, the train entrance / exit slope 1 of the present embodiment can be used by variously changing the tilt angle of the flap 4 even when the step height of the entrance / exit is different, and can be used in various trains. And versatility.

Furthermore, in the slope 1 of the present invention, the axis e on which the flap 4 tilts is provided closer to the slope body 2 than the hanging piece 3 b of the hook member 3. In the present embodiment, the pivot 5c of the hinge 5 is provided below the base piece 3a, so that the axis e is provided closer to the slope body 2 than the hanging piece 3b of the hook member 3. It should be noted that the axis e is also received on the slope body 2 side from the drooping piece 3b, as shown in FIG. 4, the axis e is sloped more than the end point 3bi on the slope body 2 side at the lower end of the drooping piece 3b. What is necessary is just to be located in the main body 2 side.

In such a slope 1, even if a large downward force is applied in the vicinity of the axis e of the hinge 5, a moment (FIG. 9) that lifts the slope body 2 around the lower end of the hanging piece 3 b does not occur. Therefore, when the user moves from the train side to the platform side, it is possible to prevent a problem that the slope main body 2 is unexpectedly lifted. Therefore, when the wheelchair is run from the train to the platform side, it is possible to prevent a situation where the slope main body 2 is unexpectedly lifted, and the usability can be improved.

While various embodiments of the present invention have been described above, it is needless to say that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be implemented in various forms.
