Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a pipe joint connection / disassembly device used for water pipes and the like, and more particularly, to a pipe joint connection / disassembly device in which insertion of one pipe body into the other pipe body is performed by a so-called push-on type. .

A pipe joint such as a ductile cast iron pipe used for a water pipe or the like forms a receiving port in one pipe body (hereinafter referred to as a receiving side pipe body) and the other pipe body (hereinafter referred to as an insertion side pipe body). The connection is made by forming an insertion opening in the two and inserting them into each other. In this pipe joint, in order to prevent the inserted pipes from coming off due to shaking such as an earthquake, a retaining mechanism may be provided.

As an example of this retaining mechanism, as shown in FIG. 15, the lock ring 2 is provided on the inner periphery of the receiving tube 1 so that the diameter of the lock ring 2 can be increased, and at the insertion port of the inserting tube 3 in the outer diameter direction. A protrusion 4 that protrudes and has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the lock ring 2 is formed, and the lock ring 2 is locked by the protrusion 4, thereby inserting the insertion-side tube 3 from the receiving-side tube 1. There is a type (push-on type) that is designed to prevent slipping out.

The protrusion 4 is formed with a taper 4a having a diameter that decreases toward the distal end side of the insertion opening, and a wall surface 4b that rises in the outer diameter direction is formed on the opposite side of the insertion opening of the protrusion 4. ing. On the other hand, the lock ring 2 is formed with a taper 2a that increases in diameter toward the receiving end of the receiving tube 1, and a wall 2b that stands in the inner diameter direction is formed on the back side of the receiving port. Yes.

The lock ring 2 has a cut (not shown) in its circumferential direction, and when the lock ring 2 and the tapers 2a and 4a of the protrusion 4 are brought into contact with each other when inserted, the contact is made. The width of the cut increases due to the contact force, and the inner diameter of the lock ring 2 increases. When the inner diameter of the lock ring 2 becomes equal to the outer diameter of the protrusion 4 (see FIG. 5B), the protrusion 4 passes through the inner diameter side of the lock ring 2 and Connections can be made (see (c) in the figure). The lock ring 2 is provided with an elastic member 33 so as to be circumscribed, and the lock ring 2 is evenly supported from the outer periphery so as to be aligned.

On the other hand, when the connection is completed and the diameter of the lock ring 2 is released, the wall surface formed on each of the lock ring 2 and the protrusion 4 when a pulling force is applied to the insertion tube 3. 2b and 4b come into contact with each other, and the withdrawal is reliably prevented. The receiving-side tube 1 is provided with a water-tight rubber ring 34, and when the pipes 1 and 3 are connected, the water-tight rubber ring 34 is inserted into contact with the outer periphery of the side-tube 3. To ensure watertightness.

For example, in the case of reconnection due to the watertight rubber ring 34 provided on the receiving pipe 1 being displaced at the time of the above connection, or when updating an existing pipe, the retaining mechanism is temporarily released. Therefore, it is necessary to disassemble the pipe joint.

In this dismantling operation, first, a dismantling arrow 24 (see FIG. 7 described later) having a taper 27 formed at the tip is inserted into the gap between the pipes 1 and 3 to expand the diameter of the lock ring 2. As shown in FIG. 16, this insertion work can be performed by hitting with a hammer. However, it is necessary to insert about 8 to 12 dismantling arrows 24, and the work efficiency is low. Moreover, in that case, the tubular bodies 1 and 3 and the operator's own fingers may be hit by mistake, which causes a problem in terms of safety. In order to solve this problem, for example, in Patent Document 1 below, the disassembly arrow 24 is inserted by the expansion and contraction of the cylinder rod 36 of the hydraulic cylinder 35, and then the insertion side tube 3 is pulled out from the reception side tube 1. An apparatus for disassembling a pipe joint is disclosed.

As shown in FIG. 17, in this dismantling device, the main body side of the hydraulic cylinder 35 is fixed to the receiving-side tube 1 via a receiving-side ring-shaped member 37, while the cylinder rod 36 of the hydraulic cylinder 35 is inserted on the insertion side. It is fixed to an insertion-side ring-shaped member 38 provided on the tube body 3 so as to be slidable on the outer peripheral surface of the tube body in the tube axis direction or to be fixed (see FIG. 5A). . When the insertion side ring-shaped member 38 is slidable with respect to the insertion side tube 3 and the cylinder rod 36 is housed in the main body of the hydraulic cylinder 35, the disassembly arrow 24 is inserted into the gap between the tubes 1, 3. (Refer to (b) in the figure). When the disassembly arrow 24 is sufficiently inserted into the gap and the locked state by the lock ring 2 is released, a fixing bolt (not shown) provided on the insertion-side ring-shaped member 38 is tightened and the insertion-side ring shape is tightened. The member 38 is inserted and fixed to the side tube 3, and the cylinder rod 36 is protruded from the main body of the hydraulic cylinder 35 (see FIG. 10C). Then, the insertion side tubular body 3 is pulled out from the receiving side tubular body 1 together with the dismantling arrow 24, and the both tubular bodies 1 and 3 are disassembled.

If this dismantling apparatus is used, a plurality of dismantling arrows 24 are inserted at a time, and a pulling operation can be performed following the insertion, so that the working efficiency is high. Moreover, since the blow of the demolition arrow 24 is not required, the safety of the work is ensured.

The dismantling apparatus described in Patent Document 1 uses a telescopic member such as a hydraulic cylinder 35 for insertion of the dismantling arrow 24 and extraction of the tubes 1 and 3 (see claim 1 of the same document). Taking this hydraulic cylinder 35 as an example, the cylinder rod 36 is housed in the hydraulic cylinder 35 main body or protruded from the main body of the hydraulic cylinder 35 to expand and contract, and both ring-shaped members 37 and 38 are longer than the entire length of the hydraulic cylinder 35 main body. Cannot be placed close together. For this reason, in a narrow work site, it may be impossible to attach both ring-shaped members 37, 38 to both pipes 1, 3. This is not limited to the hydraulic cylinder 35, but the same can be said for other elastic members.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to enable smooth connection and disassembly work between tubular bodies even in a narrow work space.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a lock ring on the inner periphery of the receiving port of the receiving side tube so that the diameter of the lock ring can be increased, and a protrusion is formed on the outer periphery of the inserting port of the inserting side tube. By enlarging the diameter against the elastic force, the protrusion can be locked with the lock ring while allowing the insertion-side tube to be freely inserted into and removed from the receiving-side tube. In the connection dismantling device of the push-on type pipe joint that prevents the insertion-side tube from coming off from the receiving-side tube, the receiving-side fixing member provided on the outer peripheral surface of the receiving-side tube, An insertion-side fixing member provided on the outer peripheral surface of the insertion-side tubular body; and a feeding member interposed between the receiving-side fixing member and the insertion-side fixing member, wherein the receiving-side fixing member is disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the receiving-side tubular body. While being fixed, the insertion side fixing portion Is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the insertion side tube by the screwing amount of a fixing bolt provided on the insertion side fixing member, or is slidable in the tube axis direction of the insertion side tube, and the feed member is A rod-shaped member having a circular cross section provided in parallel with the tube axis of both tube bodies, and a male screw is formed on the peripheral surface thereof, and the receiving side tube side of the feeding member is a feeding hole formed in the receiving side fixing member The insertion side tube body side of the feed member is screwed into a feed screw hole formed in the insertion side fixing member, and is rotated around the axis of the feed member. The insertion-side fixing member is moved in the tube axis direction of the insertion-side tube body by rotation, so that both the fixing members can be contacted and separated, and the insertion-side fixing member is inserted into the inner periphery of the receiving-side tube body. Insert into the gap between the outer periphery of the side tube And it employs a configuration in which a dismantling arrows whose diameter increases the locking ring in the connected state.

This configuration is the same as the configuration of Patent Document 1 above in that a receiving side fixing member and an insertion side fixing member are provided on the receiving side tube and the insertion side tube, respectively. This is different in that it is connected by a rod-shaped feed member having a circular cross section in which a male screw is formed on the peripheral surface, instead of the elastic member. This feed member can bring both the fixing members into close proximity by forming the male screw over its entire length. For this reason, even if it is difficult to secure the work space, both the fixing members can be attached to both the pipes in the proximity of each other, and the connection and disassembly work between the pipes can be performed smoothly.

Moreover, the amount of insertion of the dismantling arrow can be finely adjusted by finely adjusting the amount of rotation around the axis of the feed member. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 18, the lock ring is not unlocked due to insufficient insertion of the disassembly arrow (see FIG. 18A), and on the contrary, the disassembly arrow is inserted. It is possible to avoid the trouble that the distal end portion is bent too much and the curved distal end portion is caught on the lock ring, and the dismantling operation cannot be performed smoothly (see FIG. 5B).

The disassembly arrow may be configured to be fixed to the insertion side fixing member so as not to be removable, or may be configured to be freely detachable. In the former case, when connecting both pipes with this connection dismantling device, the insertion side fixing member is reversed (the tip of the dismantling arrow is the receiving pipe body so that this disassembly arrow does not interfere with the connection work) On the other hand, when disassembling both pipes, it is preferable to perform the disassembly work by changing the front and back of the insertion side fixing member in the reverse direction.

In the above-described configuration, at least one of the receiving side fixing member and the insertion side fixing member is parallel to the fixing member main body, a fastener that extends along the outer peripheral surface of the tube, and a tube axis of the receiving side tube. A fastener shaft that rotatably supports one end side of the fastener, and a fastener lock portion that fixes the other end side of the fastener, the fastener lock portion comprising: A lock portion main body having a fastener groove for passing the fastener, and rotating around a lever shaft formed in the lock portion main body, and pressing the fastener against the lock portion main body in a locked state. It is preferable to provide a lock lever formed with a locking tongue piece for preventing it from coming off.

The fastener can be freely deformed along the outer peripheral surface. For example, the material itself can be a metal wire or a rubber member that can be freely deformed, or the material itself is not deformed, but a plurality of members constituting the fastener. By shifting the relative positions of these parts little by little, it is possible to employ a chain or the like adapted to follow the outer peripheral surface as the entire fastener.

Moreover, in each said structure, it is preferable to form the pocket which inserts the tail part of the said demolition arrow in the said insertion side fixing member.

When a pocket is formed in this way, the demolition arrow can be stably supported by this pocket. The trouble of coming can be avoided.

Furthermore, in each said structure, it is more preferable to fix the said demolition arrow to the said fastener using a magnet.
In this case, if the fastener itself is a metal wire or metal chain made of a magnetic material, a magnet may be provided at the tail of the dismantling arrow, but the fastener is made of a non-magnetic material such as a rubber member. In this case, it is necessary to stick a magnetic material in advance at a predetermined position (predetermined interval) of the fastener. If the magnetic material is fixed in this way, the dismantling arrow can be more reliably fixed, and troubles such as dropping of the dismantling arrow during the dismantling operation can be prevented.

In this invention, the receiving side fixing member and the insertion side fixing member provided on the receiving side tubular body and the insertion side tubular body are connected by a feeding member in which an external thread is formed on the outer peripheral surface, and the feeding member is rotated around the axis. The two fixing members are brought into contact with and separated from each other. When this feed member is a male screw, unlike the case where an expansion / contraction member is used, both the fixing members can be brought close to each other, so that connection and disassembly of the tubular bodies can be performed smoothly even in a narrow work space.

1 and 2 show a first embodiment of a pipe joint connection dismantling apparatus according to the present invention. In this connection dismantling device, the lock ring 2 is provided on the inner periphery of the receiving port 1 so that the diameter of the lock ring 2 can be increased, and the protrusion 4 is formed on the outer periphery of the insertion port of the insertion side tube 3. By enlarging the diameter against the elastic force, the insertion side tube 3 can be freely inserted into and removed from the reception side tube 1 while the projection 4 is locked by the lock ring 2 to receive the tube. It is used for connection and disassembly work of a so-called push-on type pipe joint in which the insertion side pipe body 3 is prevented from coming off from the side pipe body 1.

A receiving side fixing member 5 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the receiving side tubular body 1, and an insertion side fixing member 6 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inserting side tubular body 3. A feeding member 7 is provided between the receiving side fixing member 5 and the insertion side fixing member 6.

The feed member 7 is a rod-shaped member having a circular cross section, and a male screw portion 7a is formed on the peripheral surface thereof except for the end portion on the receiving tube 1 side. As shown in FIG. 3, the receiving-side tube-side end portion of the feeding member 7 is immovable in the feeding axis 8 formed in the receiving-side fixing member main body 9 in the tube axis direction. It is provided so as to be rotatable around the axis.

The receiving-side fixing member main body 9 is provided with a fastener shaft 10 having a rotation axis parallel to the tube axis. As shown in FIG. 4, one end side of the fastener 11 is arranged around the shaft center on the fastener shaft 10. It is provided rotatably. The fastener 11 is a steel wire and has a length that can be passed along the outer peripheral surface of the receiving tube 1 through the lower side of the tube 1. The other end side of the fastener 11 is fixed by a fastener lock portion 12 provided in the receiving side fixing member main body 9. As shown in FIG. 5, the fastener lock portion 12 includes a lock portion main body 13 and a lock lever 15 that rotates around a lever shaft 14 provided on the lock portion main body 13. A locking tongue 16 is formed. Further, a fastener groove 17 is formed in the lock portion main body 13, and the fastener 11 is passed through the fastener groove 17. When the lock lever 15 is turned in the locked state while the fastener 11 is passed through, the locking tongue piece 16 bites into the fastener 11 to prevent the fastener 11 from coming off. When the lock lever 15 is rotated to be in the unlocked state, the biting is eliminated and the fastener 11 can be pulled out.

On the other hand, a hook portion 21 of the operating jig 20 shown in FIG. 6 is hooked on a hook portion 19 (see FIG. 12 described later) of the insertion-side fixing member main body 18, and the operating jig 20 is formed. The male screw portion 7 a of the feed member 7 is screwed into the feed screw hole 22. When the feed member 7 is rotated around the axis, the operating jig 20 and the insertion side fixing member 6 are moved in the tube axis direction. Further, a fixing bolt 23 is provided on the opposite side of the insertion-side fixing member main body 18 to the receiving-side tube 1. When the fixing bolt 23 is screwed, the insertion-side fixing member main body 18 is inserted into the insertion-side tube 3. Fixed. Thereby, when the feed member 7 is rotated around the axis, the insertion side tube body 3 can be moved in the tube axis direction along with the rotation. On the other hand, when the fixing bolt 23 is loosened, the insertion side fixing member 6 can be moved (slid) relative to the insertion side tube body 3 in the tube axis direction. The movable range of the insertion-side fixing member 6 is determined by the area where the male screw portion 7a of the feed member 7 is formed. If the male screw portion 7a is formed close to the receiving-side fixing member 5, the insertion-side fixing member 6 receives the receiving side. It can also be in a state of being close to the fixing member 5.

In addition, the insertion side fixing member main body 18 is formed with two pockets 26 for inserting the tail portions 25 of the dismantling arrow 24 as shown in FIG. If the disassembly arrow 24 is inserted into the pocket 26, the possibility of the disassembly arrow 24 falling off or tilting during the operation is reduced, so that the disassembly operation can be performed more smoothly. In addition, since the cancellation | release mechanism of the lock state of the lock ring 2 by the demolition arrow 24 is the same as a prior art, description about this point is abbreviate | omitted.

Further, similarly to the receiving side fixing member 5, the insertion side fixing member main body 18 is provided with a fastener 11 made of a metal wire, a fastener lock portion 12 and the like. The insertion side fixing member 6 is inserted into the insertion side tube body. 3 can be fixed freely.

As shown in FIG. 7, the disassembly arrow 24 has a tapered portion 27 at the tip and a magnet 28 at the tail portion 25. For this reason, when a steel wire is used for the fastener 11 as in this embodiment, the dismantling arrows 24 can be easily provided at desired locations (for example, the five locations shown in FIG. 2A).

A receiving nut 29 (hexagonal nut) is provided at the projecting end of the feeding member 7 from the receiving side fixing member main body 9, and a ratchet is attached to the receiving nut 29 in the disassembling and connecting operations of the pipe joint described later. By using a tool such as a wrench 30 or by connecting a rotating shaft of the motor, the receiving nut 29, that is, the feed member 7 is rotated around the axis. By finely adjusting the rotation amount of this rotation, the disassembly arrow 24 can be inserted appropriately, and troubles caused by insufficient or excessive insertion of the disassembly arrow 24 as shown in FIG. It can be avoided.

The procedure of the dismantling operation of the pipe joint using this connection dismantling apparatus will be described with reference to FIGS. 8a to 8f.
First, the insertion side fixing member 6 is provided in the insertion side pipe body 3 of the connected pipe joint (see FIG. 8a). At this time, the fastener 11 provided so as to hang over the tube body 3 is not tightened to the tube body 3 and the fixing bolt 23 is loosened. If it does in this way, this insertion side fixing member 6 can be slid freely in a pipe-axis direction.

Next, a total of seven dismantling arrows 24 are provided at predetermined locations on the pocket 26 of the insertion-side fixing member main body 18 and the fastener 11 (see FIGS. 2A and 8B). As shown in FIG. 7, the disassembly arrow 24 is provided with a magnet 28 at its tail portion 25, and can be easily and reliably fixed to the pocket 26 and the fastener 11.

Further, a receiving side fixing member 5 is provided on the receiving side tube 1. At this time, the fastener 11 provided so as to hang over the tube body 1 is firmly tightened so that the receiving side fixing member 5 does not slide in the tube axis direction of the receiving side tube body 1. An operation jig 20 is provided on the insertion-side fixing member main body 18 of the insertion-side fixing member 6, and the tip of the male screw portion 7 a of the feed member 7 is screwed into the feed screw hole 22 of the operation jig 20. 7 is passed through the feed hole 8 of the receiving side fixing portion main body 9 and the receiving nut 29 is provided at the protruding end from the feed hole 8 (see FIG. 8c).

Next, a ratchet wrench 30 is provided on the receiving nut 29 and the feed member 7 is rotated around the axis so that the insertion side fixing member 6 is brought close to the receiving side fixing member 5. Then, the disassembly arrow 24 is inserted into the gap between both the tubular bodies 1 and 3, and the locked state by the lock ring 2 is released (see FIG. 8d). In this unlocked state, the fixing bolt 23 of the insertion-side fixing member main body 18 is tightened, and the fastener 11 provided so as to span the tube 3 is firmly tightened. By this tightening, the insertion side fixing member 6 is fixed to the insertion side tube 3. In this state, when the feed member 7 is rotated around the axis in the direction opposite to that when the disassembly arrow 24 is inserted, both the fixing members 5 and 6 are separated and the insertion side tube body 3 is pulled out (see FIG. 8e). (See FIG. 8f).

In this dismantling operation, when the disassembly arrow 24 is inserted, both the fixing members 5 and 6 are shown separated from each other, but the receiving-side fixing member 5 is provided in the vicinity of the opening of the receiving-side tube 1, It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which both the fixing members 5 and 6 are close to each other at the time of insertion. This is because, in the present invention, a male screw portion 7a is formed on the peripheral surface of the feed member 7, and the insertion side fixing member 6 can be moved within the range where the male screw portion 7a is formed. This cannot be achieved by a conventional configuration using a telescopic member such as the above.

The procedure of pipe joint connection work using this connection dismantling apparatus will be described with reference to FIG.
First, the insertion side fixing member 6 is provided in the insertion side tube 3. At this time, the fastener 11 provided so as to hang over the tube body 3 is firmly tightened to the tube body 3 and the fixing bolt 23 is also tightened. Thereby, the insertion side fixing member 6 is fixed to the insertion side tubular body 3 (refer to FIG. 5A).

Next, the receiving side fixing member 5 is provided in the receiving side tube 1. At this time, the fastener 11 provided so as to hang over the tube body 1 is firmly tightened so that the receiving side fixing member 5 does not slide in the tube axis direction of the receiving side tube body 1. An operation jig 20 is provided on the insertion-side fixing member main body 18 of the insertion-side fixing member 6, and the tip of the male screw portion 7 a of the feed member 7 is screwed into the feed screw hole 22 of the operation jig 20. 7 on the side where the male threaded portion 7a is not formed is passed through the feed hole 8 of the receiving side fixing portion main body 9, and a receiving nut 29 is provided at the projecting end from the feed hole 8 (FIG. 4B). reference).

Next, a ratchet wrench 30 is provided on the receiving nut 29 and the feed member 7 is rotated around the axis so that the insertion side fixing member 6 is brought close to the receiving side fixing member 5. Then, the insertion-side tube 3 is inserted into the receiving-side tube 1, the protrusion 4 formed at the tip of the insertion port and the lock ring 2 come into contact with each other, and the diameter of the lock ring 2 is increased (FIG. 15). (See (b) and FIG. 9 (c)). From this state, the insertion side tubular body 3 is further inserted to complete the connection work of the pipe joint (see FIGS. 15C and 9D).

10 and 11 show a second embodiment of the pipe joint connection dismantling apparatus according to the present invention. In the configuration according to this embodiment, a ring-shaped fixing member 31 is used as the insertion-side fixing member 6. As shown in FIG. 12, the ring-shaped fixing member 31 is vertically divided into two parts (an upper divided ring 31a and a lower divided ring 31b), and after both the divided rings 31a and 31b are provided on the insertion tube 3, The connecting bolt 32 is used for fixing.

A hook portion 19 is formed at the upper end of the upper split ring 31a, and the hook portion 21 of the operating jig 20 (see FIG. 6) is provided on the hook portion 19. Further, a screw hole penetrating to the inner diameter side is formed on the peripheral surface of the upper split ring 31a, and a fixing bolt 23 is provided in the screw hole. When the fixing bolt 23 is screwed, the ring-shaped fixing member 31 is fixed to the insertion side tube 3. On the other hand, when the fixing bolt 23 is loosened, the ring-shaped fixing member 31 can be moved (slid) relative to the insertion-side tube 3 in the tube axis direction. Further, four disassembly arrows 24 are integrally provided on the upper split ring 31a and the lower split ring 31b, respectively.

In addition, since the procedure of the disassembly operation | work of the pipe joint in the structure which concerns on this 2nd embodiment is the same as the case of the structure which concerns on 1st embodiment, description is abbreviate | omitted (refer FIG. 8a-FIG. 8f).

Further, when connecting the pipe joint using the ring-shaped fixing member 31, the ring-shaped fixing member 31 is arranged so that the tip of the dismantling arrow 24 faces the opposite side of the receiving tube 1 as shown in FIG. The ring-shaped fixing member 31 is inserted and fixed to the side tube 3 by being provided on the insertion side tube 3 and tightening the fixing bolt 23. In this way, the disassembly arrow 24 does not get in the way, and this connection work can be performed smoothly.

In each of the above-described embodiments, the receiving side fixing member 5 that employs a fastener made of a metal wire is shown. However, as shown in FIG. 14, a chain may be adopted as the fastener 11. This chain can be used not only for the receiving side fixing member 5 but also for the insertion side fixing member 6. The material of the chain is not particularly limited as long as it has sufficient strength to support the tubular bodies 1 and 3, but when used as the insertion side fixing member 6, a magnet 28 is provided on the tail portion 25. More preferably, the dismantling arrow 24 is made of a metal made of a magnetic material so that it can be easily attached.

Moreover, in each said embodiment, the number of the feed members 7 is not limited to one, As long as both the pipes 1 and 3 can be smoothly contacted / separated, it can change suitably. The number of disassembly arrows 24 can be changed as appropriate as long as the locked state by the lock ring 2 can be released smoothly.

Further, in each of the above embodiments, the rotation of the feed member 7 around the axis is performed by the ratchet wrench 30, but it may be automated using a motor. This is for further improving the efficiency of the connection disassembling work.
