Description

The present invention relates to a food cutting apparatus that sequentially cuts food while being placed on a feed conveyor and transported.

Conventionally, for example, a food cutting device described in Patent Document 1 below is known.

Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-24893

However, in the above-described conventional food cutting apparatus, in order to cut a long food such as cucumber at a substantially right angle with respect to the longitudinal direction, the food is placed on the feed conveyor along the transport direction and cut. However, when cutting a small amount of food so that a gap is generated without placing the food all over the width direction of the feed conveyor, the force and vibration received when cutting by the rotating rotary blade Since the food is gradually tilted in the width direction of the feed conveyor and cut, there is a risk that uniform cutting cannot be performed and the cutting accuracy of the food is deteriorated.

This invention is in view of such a point, and is providing the foodstuff cutting device in which the foodstuffs mounted in the feed conveyor do not incline and are cut | disconnected.

1 is a schematic view of a food cutting device according to an embodiment of the present invention. It is a top view which shows the state which attached the movement board of the food cutting device. It is a perspective view which shows the state which attached the movement board of the food cutting device. It is a top view which shows the conveyance state of the foodstuff by the conventional food cutting device.

One embodiment of a food cutting device of the present invention is described with reference to drawings.

1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a food cutting device. The food cutting device 1 includes a device main body 2 capable of sequentially conveying the food S and continuously cutting the food S, and a gantry 3 for supporting the device main body 2. ing.

The apparatus main body 2 has a feed conveyor 4 on which the food material S is placed and conveyed, a presser conveyor 5 disposed above the feed conveyor 4 and carried by the feed conveyor 4 from above, and a feed conveyor. 4 and a rotary blade 6 for cutting the food S conveyed by the presser conveyor 5.

The feed conveyor 4 protrudes horizontally from the side of the apparatus body 2 and is connected to a drive shaft (not shown) of a drive motor, and a driven roller 8 parallel to the drive roller 7 and A tension roller 9 is provided, and an endless transport belt 10 is detachably wound around the driving roller 7, the driven roller 8, and the tension roller 9. The conveyor belt 10 wound around each roller is adjusted by the tension roller 9 and is rotated by the driving roller 7 rotating.

The transport belt 10 has an upper path rotating between the driving roller 7 and the driven roller 8 as an outward path, and the forward path protrudes from the side of the apparatus body 2 and has an upper surface formed in a substantially horizontal flat shape. The food plate S is supported from below by the support plate 11, and the upper surface of the forward path that is rotating in a substantially horizontal direction in a planar shape is used as the conveying surface 12, and the food S is moved from the driving roller 7 side to the driven roller 8 side. It is placed and transported.

Further, on both sides of the conveying surface 12, a pair of left and right guide plates 13 are erected in a state of being parallel from the start end side to the vicinity of the terminal end of the conveying surface 12 and are placed on the conveying surface 12 and conveyed. The food material S is prevented from falling sideways from the conveying surface 12. The pair of left and right guide plates 13 includes a guide surface 14 that faces the transport surface 12 at a right angle and is a rectangular plate-shaped vertical surface, and a mounting surface 15 that is parallel to the transport surface 12 and has a rectangular plate piece shape. A pair of left and right guide plates 13 is supported by detachably fixing the attachment surface 15 portion to the support plate 11 supporting the conveyance surface 12 using bolts 16 or the like. ing.

The presser conveyor 5 is positioned above the conveying surface 12 of the feed conveyor 4, protrudes in the horizontal direction from the side of the apparatus main body 2, and is connected to a drive roller 17 (not shown) of a drive motor, A driven roller 18 and a tension roller 19 are provided in parallel with the drive roller 17, and an endless presser belt 20 is detachably wound around the drive roller 17, the driven roller 18, and the tension roller 19. The presser belt 20 wound around each roller is adjusted by the tension roller 19 and is rotated by the rotation of the driving roller 17.

The driving roller 17, the driven roller 18, and the tension roller 19 are rotatably supported on the conveyor frame 22. The conveyor frame 22 is rotatable about the support shaft 21, and the driven roller 18 side is It is possible to move up and down at the upper part near the end of the conveying surface 12 of the feed conveyor 4.

The presser belt 20 has a lower side rotating between the driving roller 17 and the driven roller 18 as an outward path, and the lower surface of the forward path is set as a pressing surface 23 on the transport surface 12 and is conveyed. While pressing upward, the feed surface 12 is rotated in the same direction as the direction in which the food S is transported, that is, from the drive roller 17 side to the driven roller 18 side.

Further, when the food S is not placed on the conveying surface 12 of the feed conveyor 4, the driven roller 18 side of the press belt 20 comes into contact with the conveying surface 12, and the holding surface 23 facing the conveying surface 12 is provided with the conveying surface 12. 4 is the steepest downward slope toward the end of the transport surface 12.

The rotary blade 6 has a rotating shaft 24 protruding in the same direction as the conveying direction of the food S conveyed by the feed conveyor 4 from the apparatus main body 2 located near the terminal end of the conveying surface 12 of the feed conveyor 4. It is inserted detachably. The rotary blade 6 includes a rotary blade body 25 that is inserted into the rotary shaft 24 and receives a rotational force, and two cutting blades 26 fixed to the rotary blade body 25.

The rotary blade body 25 has a bottomed cylindrical shape having a hole 27 into which the rotary shaft 24 can be inserted. The opening edge 28 of the hole 27 is formed in a flange shape, and the hole 27 is formed in the flange-shaped opening edge portion 28. Two cutting blades 26 are fixed so as to face each other at the center and to be orthogonal to the axis of the hole 27.

As a result, the rotary blade 6 is fixed to the rotary blade body 25 in the vicinity of the terminal portion of the conveying surface 12 when the hole 27 of the rotary blade body 25 is inserted into the rotary shaft 24 and receives the rotational force from the rotary shaft 24. Since the two cutting blades 26 are rotated at right angles to the conveying direction of the feed conveyor 4, the food S placed on the conveying surface 12 and transferred toward the rotating blade 6 is cut. .

Further, the rotating rotary blade 6 is covered with a rotary blade cover 29 so that the operator does not injure such as cutting fingers with touching the food S being conveyed. It has been broken.

At the upper part of the conveying surface 12 of the feed conveyor 4, the longitudinal direction of the long food S placed on the conveying surface 12 is directed toward the end of the conveying surface 12 while maintaining the state parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying surface 12. A moving plate 30 is provided for transfer.

The moving plate 30 is a flat plate-like vertical surface 31 that is erected in a substantially vertical shape without contacting the conveying surface 12 on the conveying surface 12 located between the pair of left and right guide plates 13. The vertical surface 31 is opposed to the guide surface 14 of the guide plate 13 and is movable between the guide plates 13 in the left-right direction. Since the moving plate 30 is disposed so as not to come into contact with the transport surface 12, the transport belt 10 of the rotating feed conveyor 4 is not damaged.

About the length direction used as the direction in which the foodstuff S of the moving plate 30 is conveyed, it is extended from the intermediate part of the conveyance surface 12 toward the termination | terminus part of the conveyance surface 12, for example, and the driven roller of the press belt 20 in the press conveyor 5 The side 18 is formed on an inclined side 32 close to the pressing surface 23 that is in an inclined state when it is in contact with the conveying surface 12, and is arranged close to the terminal end of the conveying surface 12.

As a result, the movable plate 30 is disposed without being brought into contact with the presser surface 23 so that the presser belt 20 of the presser conveyor 5 can be rotated without being damaged, and the food S can be conveyed as much as possible. It is possible to carry the sheet while maintaining a state parallel to the carrying direction up to the end of the sheet.

Further, support rods 33 penetrate the vertical plane 31 at two positions near the upper part of the upper portion of the moving plate 30, and both end portions of the support rods 33 are engaged with the upper portions of the pair of left and right guide plates 13. As a result, the lower part of the moving plate 30 is kept in proximity to the transport surface 12 and is supported by the pair of left and right guide plates 13 without moving the moving plate 30 in the front-rear direction as the transfer direction of the transport surface 12. ing.

The moving plate 30 is provided with a tightening screw 34 at a portion through which the support bar 33 is passed, and the moving plate 30 is fixed in order to maintain the distance between the moving plate 30 and the guide plate 13. To be able to.

On the upper part of the guide plate 13 that engages with the two front and rear support rods 33, a concave notch facing downward is formed in a portion that engages with the support rod 33 positioned on the front side that is downstream in the transfer direction of the transport surface 12. A notch-shaped long hole 35 that is bent in an L-shape toward the front at a portion that engages with a support bar 33 located on the rear side on the upstream side in the transfer direction of the transport surface 12. The holes 36 are formed, and by engaging the support rods 33 with the long holes 35, 36, the moving plate 30 moves in the front-rear direction and does not contact the rotary blade 6 and the presser conveyor 5, and the moving plate It is possible to prevent the front portion from being lowered downward and coming into contact with the conveying surface 12 by lifting the rear portion of 30. It is possible to prevent each support bar 33 from moving in the axial direction and falling off from the long holes 35 and 36 of the guide plate 13 by bending both end portions of each support bar 33 or the like.

The movable plate 30 is slidable in the axial direction with two supported support rods 33 supported in parallel, and is movable between the pair of guide plates 13. The interval can be adjusted freely. As a result, the distance between the moving plate 30 and the one guide plate 13 is adjusted to the width of the long food material S, for example, in the case of cucumber, the distance is slightly larger than the thickness of the cucumber, and the conveying surface 12 positioned at that distance. When the cucumber is placed on the cucumber, the cutting is performed while the longitudinal direction is always maintained in the same direction as the conveying direction, so that the cucumber is substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction from the starting end to the terminal end. Can be cut. Further, even in the bent cucumber, the cucumber bent at the interval between the guide plate 13 and the moving plate 30 is conveyed so that the curved direction faces upward (that is, both ends of the food S are separated from the conveying surface 12). It is also possible to cut the ring with a good degree by cutting.

Further, a plurality of movable plates 30 that can be moved between the pair of guide plates 13 can be arranged in parallel, if necessary. As a result, it is possible to arrange a plurality of intervals according to the width of the food material S between the both guide plates 13, and transfer the long food material S in parallel on the transport surface 12 in a plurality of rows, thereby more efficiently. A good degree of cutting can be performed.

Next, the operation of the food cutting device will be described.

First, when placing the long food S on the conveying surface 12 of the feed conveyor 4, the moving plate 30 is moved so that the distance between one of the pair of guide plates 13 and the moving plate 30 is as follows. After adjusting so that the width of the food material S is slightly wider, the screws 34 are fastened and fixed so that the moving plate 30 does not move.

Then, at least the vicinity of the tip of the food S is inserted into the adjusted interval between the moving plate 30 and the one guide plate 13, and on the transport surface 12 so that the longitudinal direction of the food S is along the transport direction of the transport surface 12. Put it on.

Next, a power switch (not shown) in the apparatus main body 2 is turned on, and the feed conveyor 4 and the presser conveyor 5 are rotated and the rotary blade 6 is rotated.

The long food material S is conveyed so as to be sandwiched between the moving plate 30 and the guide plate 13 by the rotation of the feed conveyor 4, and movement such as rolling in the lateral direction is restricted. It is transported while the longitudinal direction is kept along the transport direction.

The upper portion of the food S is pressed by the pressing surface 23 of the presser conveyor 5 while the food S is being transferred toward the terminal end of the transfer surface 12. In this case, the food S is left and right restricted by the guide plate 13 and the moving plate 30 at the portion reaching the end of the conveying surface 12, and the conveying surface 12 of the feed conveyor 4 and the presser of the presser conveyor 5. The surface 23 is held by the surface 23 and is conveyed.

Next, the food S is fed out from the end portion of the transport surface 12 to the outside of the transport surface 12 and is sequentially cut by the rotary blade 6 rotating on the end portion side of the transport surface 12.

The long food S at this time is conveyed by the moving plate 30 and the guide plate 13 while restricting the longitudinal direction of the food S along the conveyance direction of the conveyance surface 12. The front end portion and the rear end portion are cut at a substantially right angle with respect to the longitudinal direction.

Moreover, since the moving plate 30 can move in parallel between the pair of guide plates 13, the type of the long food material S or the same food material S can be cut even if the same thickness S is cut. Since the distance between the guide plate 13 and the moving plate 30 can be adjusted by moving the moving plate 30 so as to adapt to the size (width) of S, the longitudinal direction of the food S in any food S Can be cut along the conveying direction of the conveying surface 12.

In addition, since a plurality of movable plates 30 can be arranged side by side, even if many long foods S are cut at a time, the width of the conveying surface 12 between the pair of guide plates 13 is reduced. Each side of the food S can be regulated between the guide plate 13 and the moving plate 30 and between the moving plate 30 and the moving plate 30 for each of the food S placed in a plurality of rows. Therefore, the longitudinal direction of all the foods S placed in a plurality of rows on the transport surface 12 can be transported along the transport direction of the transport surface 12, and can be efficiently cut.

Further, since the movable plate 30 can be easily detached from the pair of guide plates 13, the spherical food material S whose cutting direction does not matter or the large food material S that can be accommodated at the interval between the pair of guide plates 13 is cut. However, many kinds of foodstuffs S can be cut | disconnected similarly to the conventional foodstuff cutting device.

Further, by providing the moving plate 30, the food S that is placed on the transport surface 12, transferred to the end of the transport surface 12, and sequentially cut by the rotary blade 6, is transported from the beginning of cutting to the end. On the upper side, since the sheet is not transported by being inclined in the width direction of the transport surface 12, the operator puts his hand toward the rotating blade 6 rotating from the transport surface 12 to guide the food S. Injuries caused by pushing in can be prevented.

In the above embodiment, the movable plate 30 is conveyed by inserting each support rod 33 penetrating and engaged with the movable plate 30 into the long holes 35 and 36 formed in the upper part of the pair of guide plates 13. The configuration in which it is arranged at a predetermined position on the surface 12 and is detachable has been described. For example, it is fixed so that a rectangular plate is straddled on the upper edges of the pair of left and right guide plates 13 instead of the support rod 33 And the structure etc. which attached the moving plate 30 to the board so that a movement in parallel with the guide plate 13 may be sufficient.

In addition, the length direction of the moving plate 30 is a length from the intermediate portion of the conveyance surface 12 toward the terminal end of the conveyance surface 12 so that the food S can be easily placed on the conveyance surface 12. In order to make the conveying direction of the long food S more reliable, the length from the vicinity of the start end of the transfer surface 12 toward the end may be used.

Further, although the follower roller 18 side of the presser belt 20 in the presser conveyor 5 is lowered until it comes into contact with the transport surface 12 of the feed conveyor 4, the food S can be removed even if the driven roller 18 side does not come down until it comes into contact with the transport surface 12. If it can be pressed, the tip end portion extending toward the end of the conveying surface 12 of the moving plate 30 is further rotated by setting the side of the driven roller 18 of the pressing surface 23 so as not to fall below a predetermined position. It is possible to approach the blade 6, and the long food material S is pressed by the holding surface 23 of the holding conveyor, and is reliably guided to the end portion of the conveying surface 12 to perform high-precision cutting to the end portion of the food material S. Can do.
