請求項2に記載の発明は、前記綴手段にて前記綴じ処理がなされるときに、前記搬送手段により搬送される前記用紙束の両端部より内側にて当該用紙束を支持する支持手段と、前記綴手段の下方に配置され、装置筐体から排出される前記用紙束を積載する用紙束積載部とを更に備え、前記支持手段は、前記綴じ処理がなされた後で、前記用紙束の前記両端部よりも外側に移動して、当該用紙束を前記用紙束積載部に向けて落下させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の用紙処理装置である。
