Description

The present invention relates to an attachment for preventing deaeration, an overtube provided with the attachment, and an overtube set.

The overtube is used for safely and smoothly inserting and removing the endoscope from and into the body lumen (for example, see Patent Document 1). Usually, a deaeration prevention valve is attached to the base end portion of the overtube so that the air supplied from the endoscope does not leak.

Generally, the deaeration prevention valve used for the overtube is made of an elastic member such as rubber or silicone rubber that has a follow-up property to the operation of the endoscope, and is attached to a part of the overtube or an attachment (adapter). It is fixed (for example, refer to Patent Document 2).

Conventionally, when endoscopic mucosal resection (hereinafter abbreviated as EMR) is performed to endoscopically remove mucosal layers such as the esophagus, stomach, and large intestine, the lesion tissue is divided with a snare for large lesions. However, because the excised lesion tissue is relatively small, even if it is the structure and shape of the endoscope insertion part of the deaeration prevention valve for EMR, the lesion tissue is not damaged. It was possible to take it out.

In recent years, endoscopic submucosal dissection (hereinafter abbreviated as ESD) for endoscopically removing submucosal layers such as the esophagus, stomach, and large intestine has been rapidly spreading. In ESD, after the high-frequency treatment instrument is protruded from the forceps hole of the endoscope, the endoscope is operated between the endoscope and the deaeration prevention valve in order to operate the high-frequency treatment instrument by an operation such as forward and backward rotation of the endoscope itself. There is a problem that gaps are likely to occur in the endoscope, and the field of view of the endoscope deteriorates due to air leakage.

In addition, when an EMR deaeration prevention valve is used for ESD, since the endoscope insertion hole of the deaeration prevention valve has a relatively small diameter, when removing the excised diseased tissue together with the endoscope, the deaeration prevention valve There was a problem that the diseased tissue was damaged during passage or the entire volume could not be removed.
Furthermore, since the conventional deaeration prevention valve is detachable from the overtube, there is a possibility that when it is removed from the overtube, it falls off to the floor or the like and becomes unclean.

Hereinafter, the deaeration prevention attachment of the present invention, an overtube and an overtube set including the attachment will be described in detail based on preferred embodiments shown in the drawings.

The deaeration prevention attachment (4) of the present invention is substantially cylindrical as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and is attached to the proximal end side of the overtube (1) which is inserted through an endoscope (not shown) so as to be able to advance and retract. It is attached to the attached mouthpiece attaching / detaching member (3). This deaeration-preventing attachment is composed of an operation frame (6) that enables a rotating operation and a fixing frame (7) that can be attached to a mouthpiece attaching / detaching member (3), and at least one side is A deaeration-preventing sleeve (5) is provided which is fixed to the inside of the operation frame (6) and prevents deaeration from around the inserted endoscope.

As shown in FIG. 2, the deaeration prevention sleeve (5) has an endoscope insertion portion (13), and when the operation frame (6) is rotated by a predetermined angle, which will be described later, the endoscope The insertion portion (13) is configured to open and close. By having such a deaeration preventing sleeve (5), it is possible to prevent deaeration from around the inserted endoscope.

As shown in FIG. 2, when the operation frame (6) is rotated by a predetermined angle from the state where the endoscope insertion portion (13) is open, the deaeration prevention sleeve (5) is twisted as shown in FIG.
