底壁と該底壁の縁部から立ち上がる側壁にて形成された凹部を有し容器の口部を覆う基体と、前記凹部を取り囲む筒体に上部開口を形成し容器の口部において前記基体とともに係合保持するノズルヘッドと、前記ノズルヘッドの内側に配置され前記基体及びノズルヘッドと協働して貯留空間を形成するとともに該ノズルヘッドの上部開口から頭部を突出させるスライダーと、前記スライダーの頭部と当接し前記ノズルヘッドを取り囲んで容器の口部の外側において係合保持されるオーバーキャップと、を備え、
前記基体の底壁は、前記スライダーを摺動可能とする中央開口と容器内の内容物を通過させる貫通孔とを有し、
