(1)内容物を収容するための収容部を形成する収容部形成部の内側において円形にパリソンを押し潰すコンプレッションゾーン形成部を備えたキャビティ形状の金型を用いること。
(2)前記コンプレッションゾーン形成部には、押し潰されたパリソンを食い切って貫通孔を形成するための食い切り刃が形成されていること。
(3)前記収容部形成部は、前記コンプレッションゾーン形成部の周縁を取り囲むリング状空間を構成し、該リング状空間の上端が口形成部と直接連通するキャビティ形状となっていること。
なお、さらに、以下の構成をも備えることが望ましい。
(1−1)前記金型は、前記コンプレッションゾーン形成部が前記収容部形成部のほぼ中央部においてパリソンを円形に押し潰す様に構成されていること。

(2)前記コンプレッションゾーン形成部には、押し潰されたパリソンを食い切って貫通孔を形成するための食い切り刃が形成されていること。
(3)前記収容部形成部は、前記コンプレッションゾーン形成部の周縁を取り囲むリング状空間を構成し、該リング状空間の上端が口形成部と直接連通するキャビティ形状となっていること。
