Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a flat cable having a plurality of electric wires arranged in various electric machines and a wire harness provided with the flat cable.
。 In various electric machines such as automobiles as moving bodies, wire harnesses are arranged to electrically connect a wide variety of electronic devices. The wire harness described above is routed over the body of an automobile and a back door attached to the body so as to be freely opened and closed (rotatable), and a connector attached to the end of the conductor of the flat cable, The electric machine described above is arranged by fitting into a connector of a counterpart provided in various electronic devices provided in the back door. Thus, the wire harness supplies signals necessary for the various electronic devices of the electric machine described above (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
In the wire harness disclosed in Patent Document 1 described above, a plurality of conductors are arranged in parallel at equal intervals, and each conductor is covered with a covering portion made of an insulating synthetic resin so that the plurality of conductors are integrated. A flat cable formed into a flat shape, a connector attached to a terminal of a conductor of the flat cable, and a corrugated tube or a protector that accommodates the flat cable and protects the flat cable.
The conventional wire harness described above includes a corrugated tube and a protector in order to accommodate the flat cable and protect the flat cable. Thus, the conventional wire harness is provided with a corrugated tube and protector separate from the flat cable, so the number of parts increases and the corrugated tube and protector described above are increased in size to accommodate the flat cable. It was a tendency to.
Accordingly, the present invention provides a flat cable that can reduce the number of components, can be reduced in weight, and can be reduced in size, and a wire harness including the flat cable, paying attention to the above problems. With the goal.

Warp yarns that are superimposed on the electric wires in the intersecting direction, and long weft yarns that intersect the plurality of electric wires and warp yarns and that are crossed so as to float and sink according to a certain rule with respect to the plurality of electric wires and warp yarns, The weft yarn is crossed with respect to the plurality of electric wires and warp yarns so as to fix the electric wires and warp yarns that overlap each other in the crossing direction.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the present invention according to the first aspect, at least one of the warp and the weft is made of a resin that is continuous in the longitudinal direction of the warp or the weft. It is characterized by having.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the present invention according to the first or second aspect, the invention includes at least one metal bar made of metal and provided in parallel with the plurality of electric wires, and the weft Are crossed with respect to the metal rod.
The present invention according to
According to the first aspect of the present invention, a plurality of electric wires arranged in parallel with each other, provided in parallel with the plurality of electric wires, and in both the direction in which the plurality of electric wires are arranged and the longitudinal direction of the electric wires. Warp yarns that are overlapped with the electric wires in a crossing direction intersecting with each other, and long weft yarns that intersect with the plurality of electric wires and warp yarns and that are crossed so as to rise and sink according to a certain rule with respect to the plurality of electric wires and warp yarns. And the weft is crossed with respect to the plurality of electric wires and the warp so as to fix the electric wire and the warp that overlap each other in the intersecting direction. The warp yarn covering the wire absorbs the impact and vibration on the electric wire, thereby protecting the electric wire and preventing the generation of abnormal noise. For this reason, a plurality of electric wires, that is, flat cables can be protected without using a corrugated tube or a protector separate from the flat cable. Therefore, since the number of parts of the wire harness can be reduced, it is possible to reduce the weight and the size of the flat cable, that is, the wire harness including the flat cable.
Further, since the plurality of electric wires and warp yarns and long weft yarns are woven and woven according to a certain rule, the outer diameter and number of electric wires woven with weft yarns can be easily changed. Therefore, conductors of various shapes can be integrated without increasing the manufacturing cost.
According to the invention of
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the metal bar is provided with at least one metal bar provided in parallel with the plurality of electric wires, and the weft is interlaced with the metal bar. Thus, the tensile stress and the bending stress acting on the flat cable are supported, and therefore the mechanical strength of the flat cable itself can be reliably improved.

The pair of core
As shown in FIG. 2, the
