Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting structure capable of enhancing assemblability while securing connection strength, and fittings.
SOLUTION: When a load acts in the direction of separation of outdoor and indoor members 11A and 11B connected to each other, a crossing portion 35 turned inside an engaging recess 24 is protruded so that an engaging protrusion 32 can be prevented from coming off the engaging recess 24. Since an extended portion 34 of the engaging protrusion 32 and a bent portion 36 thereof resist the load by a tensile force, the connecting strength can become higher than that of such a connecting structure as to maintain engagement by bending rigidity thereof. Thus, a sufficient connecting strength can be acquired even when a cross section of the engaging protrusion 32 is not expanded. Then, when the outdoor and indoor members 11A and 11B are assembled, a force for inserting the engaging protrusion 32 into the engaging recess 24, while elastically deforming the engaging protrusion 32, can be decreased for an improvement in the assemblability.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to a connection structure and a joinery, and more particularly, to a connection structure that connects a pair of members to each other and a joinery that includes a frame member connected by the connection structure.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a composite frame material configured by connecting a metal member such as an aluminum shape member and a resin member is used as a frame material (frame material) in a fitting such as a window. As such a connecting structure of the composite frame material, there has been proposed a form in which an engaging portion and an engaged portion formed respectively on a metal member and a resin member are engaged with each other (for example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2). ).
In the joinery described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, the saddle material constituting the shoji is a composite frame material, and the metal cage and the resin cage are connected to each other by engagement, and the outdoor side metal cage and the indoor side resin Glass is held between the cage. The metal rod is formed with an engaging portion on the inner side in the finding direction (opening side holding the glass) and an elastic engaging portion on the outer side in the finding direction, and the resin rod is engaged with the engaging portion. An engaged portion and an elastic engaged portion to be engaged with the elastic engaging portion are formed, and the resin cage is rotated from a state in which the engaged portion is hooked on the engaging portion, and the elastic engaging portion is The resin cage is connected to the metal cage by engaging with the elastic engagement portion.

特開2006−183370号公報JP 2006-183370 A 特開2006−183371号公報JP 2006-183371 A

However, in the conventional connection structures described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, if the elastic engagement portion and the elastic engagement portion are provided on the opening side for holding the glass, interference between the resin bottle and the glass is avoided. However, a load such as wind pressure acting on the glass is supported by the elastic engaged portion, and it is necessary to firmly engage the elastic engaged portion in order to secure the connection strength. For this reason, when engaging with a change such as increasing the allowance between the elastic engagement portion and the elastic engaged portion or increasing the plate thickness to reduce the deformation of the elastic engaged portion. Since it is necessary to apply a large force, there is a problem that the assemblability is deteriorated even in this case.

The objective of this invention is providing the connection structure and joinery which can improve assembly property, ensuring connection intensity | strength.

The connection structure of the present invention is a connection structure for connecting the first member and the second member to each other, and the first member is formed with an engaging convex portion protruding toward the second member, The second member is formed with an engagement recess capable of receiving the engagement protrusion, and the engagement protrusion extends from the first member toward the inside of the engagement recess. The engaging recess is formed in such a manner that the engaging recess extends inward from the opening and is opposed to one another and the other facing surface portion. And a projection provided on the opening side of the opposing surface portion of the projection, and in a state where the engagement projection is inserted into the engagement recess, one end of the intersecting portion is the projection. And a force in a direction to separate the first member and the second member is applied. There are, the intersecting portion in the fulcrum the one side end portion by rotating, characterized in that the other end portion of the crossing portion is configured to abut to the other opposing surface.

According to the present invention described above, since the one end of the intersecting portion is engaged with the protrusion by inserting the engaging convex portion into the engaging concave portion, the first member and the second member are pressed against each other. As a result, it is possible to improve the workability of the assembly work. Even when a force (separation force) is applied in the direction in which the first member and the second member are separated from each other, the other end portion of the intersecting portion rotated with the one end portion as a fulcrum contacts the other opposing surface portion. By contacting, the intersecting portion is stretched between the opposing surface portions, and the engaging convex portion can be prevented from coming out of the engaging concave portion or difficult to come off. Therefore, when the intersecting portion is stretched between the opposing surface portions, it is possible to obtain a connection strength greater than the connection strength engaged with the projection portion due to the bending rigidity of the extending portion and the intersecting portion, and the cross section of the engaging convex portion is enlarged. Therefore, when the first member and the second member are assembled, a large force can be made unnecessary so that the assembling property is not hindered.

At this time, in the connection structure of the present invention, the intersecting portion of the engaging convex portion intersects the extending portion at an acute angle toward the one side end portion and the extension toward the other side end portion. It is preferable that it is formed so as to intersect the part and an obtuse angle.
According to such a configuration, the projecting portion is inserted into the engaging recess by inclining the intersecting portion so that the one end portion intersects the acute direction with respect to the extending direction of the extending portion. The pushing force at the time of engaging with can be suppressed, and the assemblability can be further improved. In addition, when the crossing portion is rotated by the separation force acting by inclining the crossing portion so that the other end portion intersects the obtuse angle with respect to the extending direction of the extending portion, the other side end portion is the other It is possible to make it easier to contact by rotating in the direction approaching the opposite surface portion, and to strongly press the other side end portion against the other opposite surface portion to increase the connection strength.

Furthermore, in the connection structure of the present invention, it is preferable that a bent portion bent on one side is formed at the distal end of the extending portion, and the intersecting portion is provided at the distal end of the bent portion.
According to such a configuration, the extending portion and the intersecting portion are connected via the bent portion, so that at the time of assembly, the bent portion bends so that one end portion of the intersecting portion can easily get over the protruding portion. Thus, the assembling property can be improved. In addition, with respect to the pulling force, the bent portion and the extending portion become a shape that approaches a straight line, and compared with the shape before the pulling force acts, the intersecting portion and the extending portion that are stretched between the opposing surface portions Is deformed so as to approach the orthogonal direction, it is possible to resist the pulling force by the pulling force of the extending part, and it is difficult for bending stress to be generated in each part of the engaging convex part, thereby further improving the connection strength. it can.

In the connection structure of the present invention, a locking portion and a locked portion that can be locked to each other are formed at positions separated from the engaging convex portion and the engaging concave portion in the first member and the second member. The locking portion is locked to the locked portion, the first member and the second member are rotated relative to each other with the locking position as a fulcrum, and the engaging convex portion is inserted into the engaging concave portion. And it is preferable that the said 1st member and the 2nd member are connected by engaging the one side edge part of the said cross | intersection part with the said projection part.
According to such a configuration, the first member and the second member are relatively rotated while the locking portion and the locked portion are locked, and the engaging convex portion is inserted into the engaging concave portion to intersect. By engaging one end portion of the portion with the protruding portion, special positioning or the like is unnecessary, and the assembly operation can be performed easily and reliably.

Furthermore, in the connection structure of the present invention, the locking portion and the locked portion may be provided at a position where the distance from the other side end is shorter than the distance from the one side end. preferable.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to increase the distance (working distance) between the locking position of the locking portion and the locked portion and the engaging position of the one end portion of the protrusion and the intersecting portion. Since the one end of the intersection is positioned outside the track that relatively rotates the second member with the locking position as a fulcrum during assembly, the protrusion is formed by inclining the intersection as described above. The sliding contact angle at the intersection when getting over can be made shallow, the sliding contact resistance can be reduced, and the pushing force can be further suppressed.

On the other hand, the joinery of the present invention is a joinery comprising a frame and a face member supported by the frame, and is at least one of the frame member constituting the frame and the frame member constituting the face member. One frame member has the 1st member and 2nd member which were connected with the connection structure in any one of Claims 1-5, It is characterized by the above-mentioned.
According to such a configuration, as in the connection structure described above, the frame member and the face material including the frame material are assembled while ensuring the connection strength between the first member and the second member constituting the frame material. Can be improved.

At this time, in the joinery of the present invention, the first member is a resin indoor member in which an engagement convex portion is formed, and the second member is a metal outdoor member in which an engagement concave portion is formed. Preferably there is.
According to such a configuration, the engagement protrusion is formed by forming the engagement protrusion on the resin indoor member (first member) having a lower elastic modulus than the metal outdoor member (second member). It is possible to suppress the pushing force when the is inserted into the engaging recess and engaged with the protrusion. Furthermore, the crossing portion can be easily rotated even when a pulling force is applied, and the connection strength can be reliably improved.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3A, in a state where the engaging convex portion 32 is inserted into the engaging concave portion 24, one end portion 351 is configured to be engageable with the protruding portion 29 of the engaging concave portion 24, In this engaged state, the other side end portion 352 is configured to be positioned at a predetermined distance from the other facing surface portion 27 of the engaging recess 24.

In addition, a locked portion 231 that is bent in a bowl shape is formed at the upper end of the rising piece 23 of the outdoor member 11A, that is, at a position separated from the engagement recess 24 toward the other facing surface 27. Therefore, the locked portion 231 is formed at a position where the distance from the other end portion 352 is shorter than the distance from the one end portion 351. On the other hand, a locking portion 331 bent upward is formed at the outdoor-side tip of the locking piece portion 33 in the indoor member 11B. When these locking portions 331 and the locked portion 231 are locked to each other, the movement of the outdoor member 11A and the indoor member 11B in the prospective direction is restricted. As shown in FIG. 3 (B), by rotating the lower end side of the indoor member 11B to the outdoor side as shown in FIG. 3B, the engaging convex portion 32 is inserted into and engaged with the engaging concave portion 24. The member 11A and the indoor member 11B are connected. Further, at the time of this connection, the extending portion 34 and the bent portion 36 are elastically deformed by the intersection portion 35 of the engaging convex portion 32 being slidably brought into contact with the protruding portion 29 of the engaging concave portion 24 and biased upward. The engaging convex portion 32 is inserted into the engaging concave portion 24, and the one end portion 351, which has been restored when the one end portion 351 exceeds the projecting portion 29, is engaged with the projecting portion 29. The outdoor member 11A and the indoor member 11B can be connected.

Moreover, the protrusion piece 221 which protruded indoors is formed in the lower end part of the outdoor side finding surface part 22 of 11 A of outdoor members, and the fin protruded to the outdoor side in the lower end part of the indoor side finding surface part 31 of the indoor member 11B. The water-stop piece 311 having a shape is formed of a soft resin. In the state where the outdoor member 11A and the indoor member 11B are connected, the upper end edge of the multilayer glass 15 can be held by the protruding piece 221 and the water stop piece 311. A glass holding portion 11 </ b> C opened downward is formed between the outer finding surface portion 22 and the indoor side finding surface portion 31. Further, when a load such as wind pressure from the outdoor side acts on the multilayer glass 15 in a state where the multilayer glass 15 is retained by the glass retaining portion 11C, the load is supported by the indoor member 11B. At this time, as shown in FIG. 4, one end 351 of the intersecting portion 35 of the engaging convex portion 32 in the indoor member 11B pushed to the indoor side is caught by the protrusion 29 of the engaging concave portion 24 of the outdoor member 11A. Therefore, the intersecting portion 35 rotates with the engaging position of the protruding portion 29 and the one end portion 351 as a fulcrum, and the bent portion 36 is elastically deformed so as to extend. Then, the other end portion 352 of the rotated intersection portion 35 abuts against the other facing surface portion 27 of the engagement recess 24 and is pressed against each other, and the intersection portion 35 projects inside the engagement recess 24 and the extension portion 34. Further, the load can be resisted by a pulling force generated in the bent portion 36.

Next, based on FIG. 5, the structure of the vertical fence 13 as a frame material and the connection structure of the outdoor member 13A and the indoor member 13B in the vertical fence 13 will be described. Here, the indoor member 13B constitutes the first member of the present invention, and the outdoor member 13A constitutes the second member of the present invention.
The outdoor member 13A includes a substantially rectangular hollow main body portion 41, an outdoor-side finding surface portion 42 extending from the outdoor-side end portion of the main body portion 41 to the inner side in the finding direction (the opening center side holding the multilayer glass 15), A guide piece 43 projecting indoors from an intermediate position on the indoor side surface of the portion 41, and an engaging recess 44 opened to the indoor side at a corner portion on the indoor side and in the direction of finding of the main body portion 41. Yes. On the other hand, the indoor member 13B includes an indoor-side finding surface portion 51 that faces the indoor space and extends in the finding direction, an engagement convex portion 52 that protrudes from an intermediate position of the indoor-side finding surface portion 51 toward the outdoor member 13A, Between the engagement piece portion 53 that protrudes to the outdoor side from the vicinity of the end portion on the outside in the finding direction of the inner finding surface portion 51 (the vertical frame 8 side shown in FIG. 2), and between the engagement convex portion 52 and the engagement piece portion 53. The guide piece 57 is formed so as to protrude from the indoor side finding surface portion 51 to the outdoor side.

Similarly to the engagement recess 24 of the upper collar 11, the engagement recess 44 has one and the other opposing surface portions 46 and 47 extending from the opening 45 to the outdoor side, a bottom surface portion 48, and a protrusion 49. Is formed. Similar to the engagement protrusion 32 of the upper collar 11, the engagement protrusion 52 is formed to have an extension portion 54, an intersecting portion 55, and a bent portion 56. The intersecting portion 55 extends from the bent portion 56 to the inside in the finding direction and indoors, and forms a sharp angle with the extending portion 34. The one end portion 551 is located on the outside in the finding direction from the bent portion 56 and the outdoor side. And has an extension portion 54 and an end portion 552 on the other side which is a tip on the side forming an obtuse angle. Then, as shown in FIG. 5A, in a state where the engaging convex portion 52 is inserted into the engaging concave portion 44, the one side end portion 551 is configured to be engageable with the protruding portion 49 of the engaging concave portion 44, In this engaged state, the other side end portion 552 is configured to be positioned at a predetermined distance from the other facing surface portion 47 of the engaging recess 44.

Further, a locked portion 431 bent in a hook shape on the indoor side is formed at the corner portion on the indoor side and in the outer side in the finding direction in the main body portion 41 of the outdoor member 13A, while the locking piece portion 53 in the indoor member 13B is formed. A locking portion 531 that is bent outward in the direction of finding is formed at the outdoor-side tip. The locking portion 531 and the locked portion 431 are locked to each other, and the direction of finding the indoor member 13B is shown in FIG. By rotating the inner end side to the outdoor side, the engaging convex portion 52 is inserted into and engaged with the engaging concave portion 44, whereby the outdoor member 13A and the indoor member 13B are connected. . In this connection, the guided member 57 of the indoor member 13B is guided in sliding contact with the guide piece 43 of the outdoor member 13A, so that the indoor member 13B faces the outdoor member 13A to the outside in the direction of finding and to the outdoor side. The outdoor member 13 </ b> A and the indoor member 13 </ b> B are connected with each other without rattling because the one end portion 551 of the engaging convex portion 52 engages with the protruding portion 49 of the engaging concave portion 44. It can be done.

In addition, a protruding piece 421 that protrudes indoors is formed at the inner end of the outdoor side finding surface portion 42 of the outdoor member 13A, and the inner end of the indoor side finding surface 51 of the indoor member 13B is located at the inner end of the finding direction. Fin-like water-stopping pieces 511 protruding outward are formed, and these protruding pieces 421 and the water-stopping pieces 511 can hold the side edges of the multilayer glass 15. And when a load acts on the held multi-layer glass 15 from the outdoor side, the intersection 55 of the engagement convex portion 52 in the indoor member 13B is similar to the engagement concave portion 24 and the engagement convex portion 32 of the upper collar 11. The other end portion 552 of the pivoted crossing portion 55 abuts against the other facing surface portion 47 of the engaging recess 44 and is stretched. It will be. Furthermore, the bent portion 56 is elastically deformed so as to extend with respect to the intersecting portion 55 that is stretched inside the engaging recess 44, and the load can be resisted by the pulling force of the extended portion 54 and the bent portion 56.

According to the present embodiment as described above, when a load (separation force) in the direction of separating the outdoor members 11A, 13A and the indoor members 11B, 13B connected to each other is applied, Thus, the protruding portions 32 and 52 can be prevented from coming out of the engaging recesses 24 and 44 by the crossing portions 35 and 55 stretching. And since the extension parts 34 and 54 and the bending parts 36 and 56 of the engagement convex parts 32 and 52 resist a load by a pulling force, the conventional engagement is maintained by their bending rigidity. Compared with the connection structure, the connection strength can be increased. Therefore, since sufficient connection strength can be obtained without enlarging the cross section of the engaging protrusions 32, 52, when the outdoor members 11A, 13A and the indoor members 11B, 13B are assembled, the engaging protrusions 32, The force required to insert 52 into the engaging recesses 24 and 44 while elastically deforming 52 can be reduced, and assemblability can be improved. Further, at the time of assembling, the indoor members 11B and 13B after the latching portions 331 and 531 of the indoor members 11B and 13B are hooked on the latched portions 231 and 431 of the outdoor members 11A and 13A in a state where the multilayer glass 15 is set. Is rotated outward, the engaging convex portions 32 and 52 are inserted into the engaging concave portions 24 and 44, and the one end portions 351 and 551 of the intersecting portions 35 and 55 are merely engaged with the protruding portions 29 and 49. Thus, the outdoor members 11A and 13A and the indoor members 11B and 13B can be connected, and the assemblability can be further improved.
