The liquid ejection container of Patent Document 1 does not have a pump stopper mechanism, and can push the push-down head even when it is not used. Therefore, there is a risk that the contents are accidentally ejected.

An object of the present invention is to propose a liquid ejection container that is provided with means for closing the nozzle until the cover cylinder is lowered to a predetermined position, thereby reducing the inconvenience of misfiring liquid.

The first means is a storage container 2 that erects the neck portion 8 above the body 4;
The upper part of the pump cylinder 22 that hangs down into the mouth-and-neck part 8 is secured by a mounting cylinder 28 fitted on the outer surface of the mouth-and-neck part 8, and the nozzle N is placed in the upper half of the operating member 36 inserted into the pump cylinder 22. An ejector 20 formed with a cylindrical pressing head 46 having a peripheral surface thereof;
An outer member 50 rotatably provided on the outer surface of the pressing head 46;
A cover cylinder 60 attached to the storage container 2 so as to be able to be screwed down so as to cover at least the periphery of the outer member 50;
Elevating means U is provided between the body 4 of the storage container 2 and the cover cylinder 60 so that the cover cylinder 60 is lowered from the initial position to a lower position below the nozzle N by rotation of the cover cylinder.
Linking means L is provided between the cover tube 60 and the outer member 50 so that the cover tube 60 and the outer member 50 can be moved relative to each other so that they can move relative to each other.
The outer member 50 has a blocking wall 52 formed so as to close the nozzle N when the cover cylinder 60 is in the initial position and release the blockage of the nozzle N when the cover cylinder 60 moves to the lower position. Have.

This means proposes a configuration in which the cover cylinder moves up and down by rotation and the nozzle N of the pressing head is closed (see FIG. 2) or opened (see FIG. 11). This configuration is realized by rotating an outer member having a blocking wall with respect to the pressing head. As will be described later, it is desirable that the push-down head is not rotatable with respect to the storage container. “Occlusion” is not limited to “sealing”, but means a state in which the ejection of contents is restricted. It is desirable to provide a resistance against the pressing of the pressing head so that the user will notice a malfunction.

The second means includes the first means, and the blocking wall 52 is a cylindrical wall along the outer peripheral surface of the pressing head 46 and has a window hole W opened on one side thereof. ,
When the cover cylinder 60 is in the initial position, the cylinder wall portion other than the portion where the window hole is drilled closes the nozzle N, and when the cover cylinder 60 moves to the lower position, the nozzle N and the window hole W match. Is formed.

This means proposes a cylindrical wall with a window hole W as a suitable example of the outer member. In the state where the cover cylinder is lowered, as shown in FIG. 11, the window hole W of the outer member and the nozzle N of the pressing head coincide with each other. N is blocked. It is preferable to provide positioning means for locking the outer member (or cover cylinder) when the window hole W coincides with the nozzle N (see, for example, the concave and convex engaging means indicated by reference numerals 35 and 53 in FIG. 5). ).

The third means includes the first means or the second means, and the linking means L is vertically provided along one of the outer surface of the outer shell member 50 and the inner surface of the cover tube 60. 56 and a pair of rotating plates 68, 68 extending from the other of the outer surface of the outer shell member 50 and the inner surface of the cover tube 60 so as to sandwich both sides in the circumferential direction of the rotating arm portion.

This means proposes a preferred example of the linking means in which the cover cylinder and the auxiliary cylinder are linked to each other so as to allow relative vertical movement of both cylinders. In the example shown in FIG. 1, the rotating arm portion is provided on the outer member side and the rotating plate is provided on the cover tube side. However, the rotating arm portion protrudes from the inner surface of the cover tube, and the rotating arm portion is provided on the outer member side. You may protrude a pair of rotation board which pinches | interposes. The “inner surface of the cover tube” includes the back surface of the top wall of the cover tube, and the rotating arm portion or the rotating plate portion may be suspended from the back surface.

The fourth means includes the second means or the third means, and projects a top wall 66 having an opening 67 having a shape corresponding to the peripheral edge of the upper surface of the outer shell member 50 from the upper end portion of the cover tube,
In addition, a breakable sealing piece 70 is installed between the opening 67 of the top wall and the upper end of the outer member 50.

In this means, as shown in FIG. 12, it is proposed to improve the reliability of the product by providing a sealing piece between the outer member and the top wall of the cover cylinder.

According to the first aspect of the invention, since the nozzle N is closed until the user pushes down the cover cylinder, the possibility of misfiring the contents can be reduced.

According to the invention relating to the second means, since the blocking wall 52 of the outer member 50 is a cylindrical wall having a window hole W opened on one side, the nozzle N can be reliably blocked.

According to the third aspect of the invention, since the linkage means L is formed by the rotating arm portion and the rotating plate 68, the rotational force can be reliably transmitted from the cover cylinder 60 to the outer member 50.

According to the fourth aspect of the invention, since the sealing piece 70 is provided between the top wall 66 of the cover cylinder 60 and the outer member 50, the sealing function can be exhibited.

The auxiliary cylinder 2B has the inner peripheral part of the top plate 10 placed on the shoulder part 6, and the engaging groove 13 formed at the lower end of the inner cylinder 12 is formed in the small diameter barrel part of the container body. The container body is provided so as not to rotate with respect to the container body.

On the outer surface of the outer cylinder 14 is formed a guide groove 16 for guiding an engaging protrusion described later, as depicted in FIG. The guide groove 16 forms a first stop portion 16b and a second stop portion 16d whose both upper and lower sides are horizontal on the upper and lower ends of the oblique groove portion 16c, and the upper end surface of the outer cylinder 14 extends from the first stop portion 16b. The vertical inlet 16a leading to is extended short. A stopper 18 is formed at each continuous portion of the introduction port 16a, the first stop portion 16b, the oblique groove portion 16c, and the second stop portion 16d. The guide groove may be formed on both surfaces of the outer cylinder.

As shown in FIG. 3, the ejector 20 includes a pump cylinder 22, a mounting cylinder member 27, and an operation member 36.

The pump cylinder 22 has an outward flange 24 at the upper end of the cylindrical wall suspended in the mouth-and-neck portion 8, and locks the outward flange to the upper end surface of the mouth-and-neck portion 8, and the lower end portion of the cylindrical wall. A suction valve 26 is provided. From the suction valve, the suction pipe is suspended near the bottom of the container body.

The mounting cylinder member 27 protrudes inwardly from the upper end of the mounting cylinder 28 screwed to the outer surface of the mouth-and-neck portion, and projects the inward flange-shaped wall 30 from the inner periphery of the inward flange-shaped wall. Further, a cylindrical upright wall 34 is raised from the outer side slightly from the inner periphery. The illustrated mounting cylinder 28 is a double cylinder composed of a small-diameter cylinder that is a screw-in cylinder and a large-diameter cylinder that is an operation cylinder, but this is not necessarily required. The inward flange-like wall 30 sandwiches the outward flange 24 of the pump cylinder 22 between the mouth neck portion 8. The guide cylinder 32 is slidably fitted to the lower part of a pressing head described later, and the upright cylinder surrounds the outer member described later. On the inner surface of the upright wall 34, an engagement groove 35 having a circular cross section that is wide in the circumferential direction is vertically provided in order to restrict the rotation range of the outer shell member.

As shown in FIG. 3, the operating member 36 is fitted to a plunger 38 having a cylindrical piston 40 sliding on the inner surface of the pump cylinder 22 at the lower end, a valve rod 42 inserted into the plunger, and an upper outer surface of the plunger. A piston guide 44 and a push-down head 46 having a second cylinder fitted with the upper portion of the piston guide on the lower surface are provided. The outer peripheral surface of the pressing head 46 is cylindrical, and a nozzle N is opened on the front surface. The piston guide is biased upward by a spring, and a discharge valve 48 is formed between the upper end of the plunger and the lower surface of the push-down head.

The pressing head 46 is provided so as not to rotate together with the outer member when the outer member described later is rotated. As a method for this, the outer member may be loosely fitted to the outer surface of the pressing head 46, or fixed in the circumferential direction by, for example, providing a detent on the guide tube 32 and the corresponding portion of the pressing head. May be.

In addition, a circular fitting hole 47 for fitting with the outer member is formed at the center of the upper surface of the pressing head 46.

The outer member 50 is rotatably fitted to the pressing head 46. A preferred outer shell member 50 has a cylindrical blocking wall 52 hanging from the periphery of a disk-shaped top plate 54 and a shaft tube 55 hanging from the center of the back surface of the top plate. The shaft cylinder 55 is rotatably fitted in the fitting hole 47, and the blocking wall 52 is fitted on the peripheral surface of the pressing head. However, the fitting hole 47 and the shaft cylinder 55 may be omitted, and the blocking wall may be simply fitted to the pressing head circumferential surface so as to be rotatable.

The blocking wall 52 has a window hole W, an engaging convex portion 53, and a rotating arm portion 56. The window hole W is opened in one of the left and right side walls as shown in FIG. The closing wall 52 normally closes the nozzle N (see FIG. 2), and the liquid can be ejected when the nozzle N and the window hole W coincide (see FIG. 11). The angle between the window hole W and the nozzle N with respect to the rotation axis is 90 ° in the illustrated example, but can be changed as appropriate.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 7, the engagement convex portion 53 is provided at an appropriate position (a lower end portion in the illustrated example) on the outer surface of the cylindrical wall of the outer member 50. The engaging projections are formed so as to be slidable in the circumferential direction in the engaging groove 35 of the upright wall 34, and are engaged with the circumferential edges of the engaging groove 35 as shown in FIGS. By doing so, the rotation range of the outer shell member 50 is restricted.

As shown in FIG. 6, the rotating arm portion 56 has an inverted L shape composed of a horizontal plate portion 56 a and a vertical plate portion 56 b, and is separated from the window hole in the peripheral surface of the closing wall 52 of the outer member 50. Hanging from one side. As shown in FIG. 4, which is a cross-sectional view seen from below, both ends of a vertical reinforcing plate 58 are connected to the vertical plate portion 56 b of the rotating arm portion 56 and the outer circumferential surface of the outer member 50.

The outer member 50 of the present embodiment forms an outer shape of the pressing head. However, the outer member 50 is formed as a separate body from the pressing head as shown in FIG. In addition, unlike the example of illustration, the obstruction | occlusion wall 52 of an outer shell member may be a hanging wall of the cross-section part circular hanging from one side of the top plate.

The cover cylinder 60 is formed by a cylinder wall 62 fitted to the outer surface of the auxiliary cylinder 2B and a top wall 66 that closes the upper surface of the cylinder wall. In this top wall, an opening 67 corresponding to the contour of the outer member including the rotating arm portion as viewed from the vertical direction is formed.

An engaging protrusion 64 protrudes inwardly from the bottom of the cylinder wall of the cover cylinder. The engagement protrusion 64 is inserted into the guide groove 16 and is provided so as to slide from the first stop portion 16b to the second stop portion 16d via the oblique groove portion 16c. The engaging protrusion 64 and the guide groove 16 form an elevating means U for moving the cover cylinder 60 up and down by sliding the engaging protrusion 64 in the oblique groove portion 16 c of the guide groove. Unlike the illustrated example, the guide groove may be formed on the back surface of the cover cylinder, and the engagement protrusion may be formed on the body 4 side of the storage container 2.

Two rotating plates 68 project from the inner peripheral surface of the cover cylinder 60, and are provided so that the rotating arm portion 56 is sandwiched between these rotating plates as shown in FIG. The vertical widths of the rotating plate and the rotating arm portion are increased to such an extent that the rotating arm portion is not detached from between the rotating plates by raising and lowering the operation member 36 and the outer member 50. When the cover cylinder 60 rotates, the rotating arm portion 56 sandwiched between the two rotating plates 68 follows, and the outer member rotates.

In the present embodiment, the single rotation plate 68 and the rotation arm portion 56 form the cover cylinder and the outer member linking means L, but the structure can be changed as appropriate.

According to the above configuration, the closing wall 52 of the outer member closes the nozzle N in the state of FIG. When the cover cylinder 60 is rotated relative to the storage container from this state, the outer member 50 is also rotated in synchronization with the cover cylinder 60. 8 and 9, the state shown in FIGS. 10 and 11 is reached, and the window hole W matches the nozzle N. In this state, when the pressing head is pushed down together with the outer member, the contents can be ejected.

Since the rotation range of the outer member 50 is regulated by the engagement groove 35 and the engagement protrusion 53, the rotation of the outer member 50 is merely performed until the engagement protrusion 53 hits the circumferential edge of the engagement groove 35. The window hole W can be aligned with the nozzle N and is easy to use.

Moreover, since the cover cylinder 60 is separated from the ejector 20 including the pump mechanism, it is possible to easily remove the cover cylinder and refill the contents. Moreover, since the outer member 50 protrudes from the opening 67 of the cover cylinder of a shape that matches the planar shape of the member, the design is also good in design.

FIG. 12 is a modified example of the present embodiment, and a sealing piece 70 that can be broken by the lowering of the outer member 50 is provided between the upper portions of the outer member 50 and the cover cylinder 60. Although not shown, an outer member retaining means (such as an engagement rib) can be provided between the outer member 50 and the pressing head.
