Description

The present invention is used to maintain the function and quality of a product from shock and vibration during transportation when the product is transported between factories or to a user. After the product is transported to a destination, the product is returned to the factory. The present invention relates to a recyclable packaging apparatus.

Conventionally, it is made of plastic as a return box for products such as precision machines such as copiers, facsimiles, and printers. The product is stored in the center and the product is fixed against the external force applied to the product during transportation. A structure having a buffering function while being held in position is known (see Patent Document 1). Further, as a motor return box, a container in which a motor is mounted and fixed on a motor tray and a container in which a similar motor is mounted and fixed on a motor tray are inverted 180 degrees and stacked and packaged (patent) Reference 2). In addition, as a tray for electronic components, a stackable one having a downward concave partition wall 33 and a plurality of upward concave component storage portions 32 surrounded by a side wall 34 is known (Patent Document 3, FIG. 11).

Thus, although many structures have been proposed as a returnable box, for example, the returnable box of Patent Document 1 receives the load of the product when stacked by using a support, but there is a support. In addition, there is a problem that the total number of components is large, and the set is troublesome or cannot be used as a returnable box if the support is lost. Moreover, since the thing of patent document 2 is piled up by the rotation to a horizontal direction and superimposing, there exists a problem that work efficiency is bad. In addition, since the document of Patent Document 3 is not considered for a product having a size and weight such as a document reader, it is necessary to give the tray enough strength to withstand the load of the object to be packed.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has a combined function of product transportation and empty tray return, realizes simplification of the structure, eliminates problems such as deformation due to product load, and is easy to handle. Provided is a packaging device that improves (improves work efficiency, etc.).

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the packing device of the present invention is configured such that the first tray and the second tray storing the products are alternately stacked on the pallet used for the reciprocating transportation, during the reciprocating transportation, A packing device in which the same first tray or the second tray in an empty state in which the product is not stored during the return path of reciprocating transportation is stacked, and the first tray and the second tray are integrated. It is molded and formed in a concave shape with a bottom that opens upward so as to have a holding function for holding the product in place to store the product and a buffering function for reducing external force applied to the product during transportation. A product storage portion extending downward from a flat wall formed around the product storage portion, and a lower end portion positioned below the bottom portion of the product storage portion, A foot portion formed in a cylindrical shape that opens in the direction of the foot, and the foot portion is in contact with the flat wall of the first tray and the second tray below in the stacked state during the forward path. While holding the load of the product, on the other hand, in the stacked state at the time of the return path, the upper first tray or the upper in the product storage part and the foot part of the lower first tray or the second tray A part of the product storage part and the foot part of the second tray is inserted.

With the above configuration, the product is held by the product storage unit, and at the same time, the influence of external force during transportation is reduced so that the product can be transported so as to maintain the function and quality of the product. It is possible to exhibit a composite function that is superposed so that the bulk in the vertical direction is reduced compared to the case. In addition, since the product storage portion and the foot portion are integrally formed, stacking with only the tray is possible without using a lid or a column. In addition, in the conventional technology that supports by overlapping the opening side of the tray (see Patent Document 3), in the transportation of a product that is several kilograms like a document reader, the opening is deformed and press-fitted by the load, Although there may be a gap between the upper and lower trays that cannot be secured or unpacked, the trays do not overlap when storing the product in the present invention, so there is no deformation due to the load and smooth unpacking is performed. It is possible to provide a packaging device capable of

Moreover, in order to solve the said subject, in the packing apparatus of this invention, the lower end part of the said foot part fits in the said flat wall of said 1st tray and said 2nd tray which the said foot part contacts. Since the positioning recessed portion is formed, positioning is performed when the lower end of the foot portion is fitted into the engaging recessed portion, so that the efficiency of the stacking operation is improved and the lateral direction is improved. Since movement is restricted, accidents such as falling due to work mistakes can be prevented. In addition, since the foot is positioned by the fitting recess provided at a predetermined position, the trays are not stacked at a shifted position.

Moreover, in order to solve the said subject, in the packing apparatus of this invention, the storage direction of the said product accommodated in the said product accommodating part was made into the same direction in the stacked state at the time of the said outward path | route. Because the orientation of the product to be stored does not change depending on the stage, it is possible to always pack and unpack the product in the tray with the same operation, and to pack and unpack relatively heavy products such as document readers. It is possible to provide a packaging device that does not reduce efficiency.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an overall view of a basic form of a packaging apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1 (a), the packing device 1 includes a first tray 3 and a second tray 4 as trays for storing products P on a pallet 2 used for reciprocal transportation, during the reciprocal transportation. Stacked alternately. Moreover, as shown in FIG.1 (b), the packing apparatus 1 has the same 1st tray 3 or the 2nd tray 4 of the empty state in which the product P is not accommodated on the pallet 2 at the time of the return path of reciprocating conveyance. It will be stacked.

The pallet 2 is formed of a material that can withstand loads and impacts corresponding to the weight of the product P to be stacked during storage and transportation. In addition, the first tray 3 or the second tray 4 is formed with a predetermined thickness so as to have a surface 2a on which the first tray 3 or the second tray 4 is placed and an installation surface 2b on the floor (not shown). A fork hole 2c is provided between the surface 2a in the thickness direction, which is the vertical direction, and the installation surface 2b. The fork hole 2c is used when the fork lift is moved by inserting a fork of a forklift (not shown).

Examples of the product P include a copying machine, a facsimile, and a printer. In this example, it will be described as a document reader having a weight of about several kilograms constituting a copying machine. The product P has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape, and has a predetermined height direction height dimension, a front-rear direction Y length dimension, and a width direction X width dimension as a maximum dimension. When stored in the first tray 3 and the second tray 4, they are stored in a regulated state so that there is no backlash in the tray and no positional deviation occurs.

The first tray 3 and the second tray 4, which are trays, are integrally formed of a material that can be elastically deformed, such as synthetic resin (plastic), by a known molding method. As shown in FIG. 2, the basic form is to hold the product P in a regulated state so that the product P is stored at a predetermined position so as not to be rattled at a predetermined position in the center of the tray body 5. The product storage part 6 formed in the bottomed concave shape opened upward is provided so that it may have a holding function and a buffering function for softening an external force applied to the product P during transportation.

As shown in FIG. 3A, the inner wall 6a of the product storage unit 6 is formed so that the bottom 6b side is slightly narrower than the opening 6c by a predetermined gradient (draft gradient) during molding. When the product storage portions 6 are stacked and stacked, a part of the upper product storage portion 6 (upper side of the inner wall 6a) enters the lower product storage portion 6.

Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, the inner wall 6a is formed so as to have a predetermined tightening margin with respect to the dimensions in the front-rear direction Y and the width direction X of the product P to be stored in the product storage unit 6. Thus, a holding function and a buffer function are provided. The depth D of the product storage portion 6 is formed larger than the height dimension H of the product P. In addition, the inner side wall 6a corresponding to the front-rear direction Y and the width direction X side of the product P is a concave manual insertion / extraction part 6d (see FIG. 2) for taking out the product P stored in the product storage part 6. Is formed.

Further, referring back to FIG. 2, a flat wall 7 continuously formed outward from the edge of the opening 6 c of the product storage unit 6 is provided around the product storage unit 6 located on the center side of the tray body 5. It is formed. Further, a side wall 8 is formed in a divergent shape by a predetermined gradient (draft angle) at the time of molding so as to extend downward from the peripheral edge of the flat wall 7 and has a trapezoidal cross section as a whole. Further, the lower end edge 8 a of the side wall 8 is formed to be positioned below the bottom portion 6 b of the product storage unit 6.

As shown in FIG. 4, when the side walls 8 are stacked with the product storage portions 6 overlapped, a part (upper side) of the upper side wall 8 overlaps the outside of the lower side wall 8.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5, it is formed in a cylindrical shape that extends downward from the flat wall 7 of the tray body 5 and opens upward so that the lower end portion 9 a is positioned lower than the bottom portion 6 b of the product storage portion 6. The foot part 9 is provided. The foot portion 9 is formed in a tapered shape with a predetermined gradient (draft angle) at the time of molding, so that the product storage portion 6 overlaps and is stacked like the inner wall 6a of the product storage portion 6. A part (upper side) of the upper foot portion 9 enters the lower foot portion 9.

Further, the foot portion 9 is arranged so that the product storage portion 6 is located on the center side so that the product P can be stably placed while holding the load of the product P in a state where the product P is stored in the product storage portion 6. In order to support it at three or more points around it, a plurality are formed (see FIG. 2).

When the tray main body 5 serving as a tray is directly placed on the surface 2 a of the pallet 2, the feet 9 are placed directly on the surface 2 a of the pallet 2.

In addition, although the planar view form of this tray main body 5 is formed in the rectangular shape, this is an example corresponding to the planar view form of the product P stored in the product storage unit 6, and is not illustrated as another example. It is also possible to have a shape such as a polygonal shape in plan view and a circular shape in plan view.

Then, on the pallet 2 used for reciprocating transportation, the product P is stacked in the state of being stored during the reciprocating transportation, and the product P is stacked in an empty state where it is not stored during the reciprocating transportation, Two types of the first tray 3 and the second tray 4 are prepared by changing the formation positions of the plurality of legs 9.

As shown in FIG. 6A, the foot portion 9 of the first tray 3 has three locations on the corner side of the flat wall 7 around the product storage portion 6 (upper right corner side, upper left corner side, lower left corner on the drawing). The foot 9 is formed on the corner side, and the remaining one portion on the corner side is out of the region Z where the foot 9 can be formed, and is located close to the foot 9 located on the lower left corner side in the drawing Formed.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6B, the foot portion 9 of the second tray 4 is formed at a position different from the formation position of the foot portion 9 of the first tray 3 (see FIG. 6A). . Specifically, the foot portions 9 (in the positions corresponding to the foot portions 9 of the first tray 3, deviated from the upper right corner side and upper left corner side regions Z, and closer to the lower right corner side and the lower left corner side. The other two legs 9 are located at positions deviating from the area where the legs 9 of the first tray 3 are formed, that is, the lower right corner and the lower left corner Z. The foot portion 9 (the lower side in the drawing) is formed at two positions that are separated from the lower right corner side.

The first tray 3 and the second tray 4 formed in this way are arranged on the pallet 2 used for reciprocating conveyance, and the first tray 3 and the second tray that store the product P during the reciprocating conveyance. 4 are alternately stacked (see FIG. 1A). Moreover, the same 1st tray 3 and 2nd tray 4 of the empty state in which the product P is not accommodated at the time of the return path | trip of reciprocal conveyance are stacked (refer FIG.1 (b)).

As shown in FIG. 7, as the state in which the former first tray 3 and second tray 4 are alternately stacked, for example, the flat wall 7 in which the legs 9 of the lower first tray 3 are not formed. In addition, the load of the second tray 4 is held by contacting the lower end portion 9a of the foot portion 9 of the upper second tray 4.

Also, the flat wall 7 with which the lower end portion 9a of the foot portion 9 abuts is a fitting recess for fitting the lower end portion 9a to restrict the positional deviation in the lateral direction (the front-rear direction Y and the width direction X). 10 can be formed.

Moreover, as the state where the latter same first tray 3 and second tray 4 are stacked, for example, in the case of the first tray 3, as shown in FIG. A part of the upper product storage section 6 (upper side of the inner side wall 6a) enters, and a part of the upper side wall 8 (upper side) overlaps the outside of the lower side wall 8, and further, A part (upper side) of the foot 9 will enter.

Next, as shown in FIG. 9, the packing operation during the reciprocating transport of the packing device 1 is performed by using a tray stack P <b> 1 on which the first tray 3 and the second tray 4 storing the products P are alternately stacked. A pallet 2 having a flat surface 2a on which two sets can be mounted is used. A pallet groove 2d is formed on the outer peripheral side of the flat surface 2a of the pallet 2 so as to surround the periphery of the flat surface 2a along the outer periphery.

And the lower end of the surrounding board 11 is inserted in this pallet groove | channel 2d, and the tray laminated body P1 is enclosed. Thereafter, the packing operation is completed by covering the top plate 12 on which the top plate groove 12a similar to the pallet groove 2d is formed.

Further, for reinforcement, it is also possible to fix the surrounding plate 11, the pallet 2, and the top plate 12 by winding the whole with a stretch film (not shown), or winding a PP band or a belt.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the bag 13c in which the string insertion portion 13b is formed in the opening edge portion 13a, the string 13d inserted in the string insertion portion 13b, and the string insertion portion 13b of the string 13d It can also be packed using a drawstring bag 13 that is attached to the part and is provided with a stopper 13e for keeping the opening edge 13a of the bag body 13c in a squeezed state.

Specifically, when the drawstring bag 13 is placed on the tray laminate P1 on the pallet 2 and the opening edge 13a is squeezed with the string 13d, the opening edge 13a of the drawstring bag 13 is fixed to the tray laminate P1. In addition, it is possible to prevent intrusion of garbage during transportation without using the top plate 12 and the enclosure plate 11, and to reduce the weight and bulk of the entire packaging device 1.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 11, the drawstring bag 13 can squeeze not only the opening edge part 13a but the middle part 13f with the string 13d. By comprising in this way, the fluttering in the drawstring bag 13 during transport of the tray laminated body P1 can also be reduced. Although not shown, the drawstring bag 13 is placed on the pallet 2 in advance and stacked from the opening edge 13a so as to become the tray laminated body P1 in the bag body 13c, and then the opening edge 13a located on the upper side is closed. Also good.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1B and FIG. 8, for example, as shown in FIG. 1B and FIG. 8, the empty tray stacked body P <b> 2 on which the first trays 3 are stacked is stored in the lower product storage when the packing apparatus 1 performs the return transportation A part of the upper product storage part 6 (upper side of the inner side wall 6 a) enters the part 6, a part of the upper side wall 8 (upper side) overlaps the outside of the lower side wall 8, and a lower foot part 9. A part (upper side) of the upper foot portion 9 enters inside.

Further, for example, even when the number of empty tray stacks P2 is small, if the drawstring bag 13 having the string 13d is also used in the middle abdomen 13f as shown in FIG. In addition to reducing fluttering, the drawstring bag 13 is squeezed according to the low height even when stacked, and one set of one pallet is returned together.

In this way, after the same tray types are gathered together on the return path when returning and the bulk in the vertical direction is reduced, the empty tray stack P2 is packed with the drawstring bag 13, set on one pallet, and returned. In addition, by arranging the same number of the two types of trays, the same type can be stacked and the height can be made uniform when returning, so that the package can be easily assembled. Although not shown in the drawing, in order to distinguish between two types of trays, it is easy to handle if the trays are colored differently or have conspicuous marks on the upper surface and side surfaces.

The configuration of the packaging device 1 described above is an exemplification, and various modifications can be made without departing from the present invention, and the components of the embodiment can be arbitrarily combined.
