Abstract
Description
The present invention is a manufacturing of a clear file and a clear file configured such that two or more transparent or translucent sheets are superposed, an opening is provided and bonded at a predetermined portion, and documents can be stored from the opening. Regarding the method.
Conventionally, as the clear file, a material obtained by processing a resin, such as a plastic sheet having transparency or translucency, in order to make a stored item visible from the outside is used. (For example, see
When these resinous clear files are disposed as garbage after being used and burned, there is a risk of generating chemical substances and adversely affecting the human body.
In addition, a clear file using a sheet formed of a paper material is already known (for example, see Patent Document 5), but one side edge or bottom edge is formed by superimposing two paper sheets. When the parts are bonded with an adhesive, it is difficult to satisfy the condition that the stored document is securely sandwiched and held in a stable state, and the stored document can be seen through from the outside. There is a problem that it is not sufficient to use a sheet of paper having transparency.
Also, with a clear file that is made by stacking two sheets of paper and adhering them with an adhesive, the tip of the stored document is sandwiched between the adhering parts, making it difficult to pull out easily when removing the resin There is also a problem that it is inconvenient in terms of workability as compared with the case where a sheet having a property is used.
In addition, when handing out sales promotion catalogs / campaign materials, proposals, proposals, estimates, etc. to consumers and customers, these documents may be put in clear files to improve the appearance. However, in that case, the design and characters desired by the company using the clear file are printed on the surface of the clear file.
In this case, rather than printing a uniform design or text on the surface of the clear file, if the recipients of those documents are specified, the individual person who depends on the recipient of the documents on the surface of the clear file There is a desire to use a clear file that allows printers to print different designs and characters.
However, when a clear file using a sheet made of paper is printed by a printer, pressure is applied to the clear file when the clear file is transported by the transport roller in the printer, and the clear file is affected by the pressurization. There is a problem in that wrinkles approach the vicinity of the adhesive region applied in parallel with the conveying direction and the appearance is deteriorated.
In particular, in the clear file used for sales promotion, there is a problem that the image becomes worse for the customer in the clear file having a wrinkled portion.

Application of all
The former case is particularly suitable for a clear file that does not need to be printed by a printer for a completed clear file.
In the latter case, it is suitable for printing with a printer such as characters or designs having desired contents later, depending on the purpose of using the clear file.
Anyway, it has said adhesion process.

Here, the
