Description

The present invention relates to an improvement of a sludge scraping device including a driven wheel that circulates a notch chain made of synthetic resin in conjunction with a drive wheel.

As the endless chain system of the sludge scraping device, the barrel part of the roller chain or bushed chain meshes with the tooth part of the gear type drive wheel and transmits power to the chain, and it was developed by Finnish Finnish Company in Finland. There is known a notch chain structure in which a pin attached to a drive wheel is meshed with a concave notch portion of a notch chain to drive the chain to rotate.
Therefore, the applicant of the present invention is a mud scraping device capable of rotating a chain by meshing with any one type of chain, whether it is a tooth part of a conventional sprocket or a pin type corresponding to a notch type. Japanese Patent No. 4245186 has been proposed as a chain device of this type, and has achieved a corresponding result.
On the other hand, a synthetic resin driven wheel 30 used as a conventional chain drive device, as shown in FIG. 8, extends radially from a boss 31 provided along a central hole 31a into which a rotating shaft is inserted. It has a structure that supports an outer ring portion 33 that abuts with the chain via an extending flange portion 32. The outer ring portion 33 includes a first wheel portion 34 protruding in the center and a small-diameter second wheel portion 35 extending to the left and right thereof. 9 or a structure having a pair of large-diameter outer ring portions 34 ′ projecting from the left and right sides and a small-diameter second wheel portion 35 ′ provided between them, as shown in FIG. However, there is a known structure in which a metal pin is fixed between the outer ring portions 34 '.
However, in the above configuration, when the chain circulates, the first wheel portion 34 of the driven wheel 30 in FIG. 8 is fitted into the gap of the chain to restrict the movement in the lateral width direction (axial direction of the driven wheel). However, no force acts in the rotational direction, and the driven wheel 30 in FIG. 9 may slip because the entire chain is fitted between the first wheel portions 34 ′.
As a result of the slip, the second ring portion 35 or 35 ′ and the lower end surface of the side link of the chain that contacts the second wheel portion 35 or 35 ′ are each partially worn and eventually deformed.

Japanese Patent No. 4245186

Further, as a result of diligent research, the present applicant has applied it to the chain as described above, and prevents slippage between the chain and the driven wheel not only during forward rotation but also during reverse rotation so that the chain can be circulated accurately. A driven wheel that can be used has been developed and the present invention has been completed.

In order to solve the above problem, the invention of claim 1
In a sludge scraping device equipped with a driven wheel that circulates a notch chain made of synthetic resin in conjunction with the drive wheel,
The segment of the synthetic resin chain that meshes with the drive wheel of the sludge scraping device has one of the intervals between the pair of side links facing each other in the direction orthogonal to the direction of travel of the chain as the narrow portion and the other as the wide portion. A notch is provided on the bottom of the side link, the narrow part of one segment is fitted into the wide part of the other segment, and the overlapping part of both segments is pivotally attached to the connecting shaft to form an endless chain. Formed,
A driven wheel that is linked to the drive wheel,
A large-diameter first wheel portion that protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the driven wheel at the center in the axial direction, and a second concentric small-diameter wheel portion that is connected to the left and right sides of the first wheel portion via a stepped portion. And consist of
On the outer peripheral surfaces of the pair of second wheel portions, a pair of substantially pinned cylindrical auxiliary pin portions are provided in the width direction along the same line parallel to the axis of the driven wheel. Along the outer peripheral surface of the two-wheel part, the pitch intervals of the segments of the notch chain are arranged at equal intervals or at equal intervals.
In the invention of claim 2,
The auxiliary pin portion is set to a size that creates a gap between the notch portion and the notch portion when the notch portion is externally fitted.
In the invention of claim 3,
The driven wheel is made of a synthetic resin and is used as a driven wheel of a synthetic resin notch chain.

As described above, according to the present invention, the driven wheel is composed of the central first wheel portion and the small second wheel portions provided on the left and right sides, and the auxiliary pin is adapted to the second wheel portion in accordance with the pitch of the notch portion of the chain. When the chain circulates in the forward or reverse direction by the driving force of the drive wheel, the driven wheel impinges the connecting shaft for connecting the chain segments to the outer peripheral surface of the first wheel portion. The lower end of each segment is abutted with the outer peripheral surface of the second wheel part, and the auxiliary pin part is fitted to the notch part of the segment so that it does not hinder the circulation movement by the drive wheel. By stopping, the circulating motion following the drive wheel can be surely performed.
By suppressing the occurrence of slip between the chain and the driven wheel in this way, in particular, it is possible to prevent deformation of the second wheel portion of the driven wheel and the lower end surface of the side link of the chain that contacts the second wheel portion. And durability can be increased.

This invention provides a small latching force on the notch portion of the chain circulating by the driven wheel by providing a small-diameter auxiliary pin portion in the second wheel portion arranged at the lower stage of the outer ring portion of the driven wheel, The certainty of the forward and reverse circulation motion of the chain with the notch is realized.
Embodiments of the sludge scraping device of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

[Sludge scraping device]
The sludge scraping device is not shown, but a pair of left and right endless chains, a plurality of a pair of driven wheels provided facing the side walls of the settling tank in order to circulate and synchronize the pair of endless chains, Similarly, the endless chain includes a pair of drive drive wheels provided opposite to each other, and a plurality of scraping plates (flights) (see FIG. 4) spanned between the pair of endless chains at regular intervals. Consists of a known basic structure that is wound around each wheel so that both take the same track.

[Chain segment]
Here, an example of the chain to be used is a configuration according to the above-mentioned Japanese Patent No. 4245186, and is configured by connecting a number of segments 1 having the same shape.
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the segment 1 has a pair of left and right side links 2 and 2 facing each other so that one side is narrow and the other is wide.
In the case of the present embodiment, the pair of side links 2 and 2 includes a narrow portion 21 extending in parallel at a narrow interval to a substantially central position, and an expansion that gradually widens from the end of the narrow portion 21. The portion 22 and a wide portion 23 that extends in parallel while maintaining a wide space at the end of the widened portion 22.

In the narrow portion 21, the side links 2 and 2 are connected by the cylindrical first connecting portion 3.
And the 1st hole 3a penetrated between the hollow of the 1st connection part 3 and the side links 2 and 2 of the narrow part 21 is formed, and it is a 1st bearing formation hole.
Next, the wide portion 23 is formed with a boss-like second connecting portion 4 that is integrally formed with each side link 2 and protrudes outward.
The second connecting portion 4 and the wide portion 23 pass through them in series and are formed with a second hole portion 4a having a hole having the same diameter as the first hole portion 3a. It is a formation hole.

The 2nd hole 4a formed in each side link 2 and 2 is arrange | positioned on the same axis line.
Therefore, by aligning the first hole 3a of the other segment in a coaxial line between the second holes 4a of one segment 1, the first bearing formation hole and the second bearing formation hole are aligned. A bearing hole for the connecting shaft 5 to be described later is formed.
The outer dimension of the width of the narrow part 21 (direction perpendicular to the chain traveling direction) is set slightly shorter than the inner dimension between the side links 2 and 2 facing each other.
Therefore, the narrow portion 21 of the other segment 1 is inserted into the gap 24 between the side links of the wide portion 23 of the one segment 1, and the second segment 4 of the other segment 1 is inserted between the second holes 4 a of the one segment 1. The first hole 3a is aligned, both ends thereof are fixed to the second connecting portion 4 side through the connecting shaft 5, and the segments 1 and 1 are connected to each other so as to be bent.

For example, the connecting shaft 5 may be a column having a head, and a well-known configuration may be used such that a retaining ring is fitted and fixed to the tip that has come out of the second connecting portion 4.
By connecting the segments 1 and 1 as described above, each segment 1 extends from the first connecting portion 3 to the first connecting portion 3 of another segment connected to the second connecting portion 4. That is, the gap S including the widened portion 22 is set from the middle position of the narrow portion 21.
The gap S has at least an inner dimension between the side links 2 and 2 of the narrow part 21, and the gap S is used to bite the teeth (not shown) of the drive wheel. Can be matched.

Next, the widened portion 22 is formed with a thick protruding piece portion 7 that protrudes outward below each side link 2. The protruding piece portion 7 has a bottom surface that is wide and extends in a series. A concave groove-shaped notch 8 is formed.
As a result, the notch portion 8 having a predetermined width can be formed while ensuring the gap portion S, and the contact area between the notch portion 8 and the pin (not shown) of the drive wheel can be increased.
Therefore, when the drive wheel is a pin wheel, the chain can be driven by engaging the pin with the notch portion 8.

A chain in which many segments 1 are connected endlessly can be circulated by a known drive wheel and a driven roller 10 described later.
The drive wheel may be a gear type or a pin type that engages with the notch portion 8 of the chain.

[Follow wheel]
The driven wheel 10 is made of synthetic resin, and has a hole 11a and a boss portion 11 for attaching a rotating shaft at the center, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, and a plurality of (in the illustrated example) radially extending from the boss portion 11. 11 spoke portions 12 and an annular outer ring portion 13 supported by the spoke portions 12.
Here, the spoke portion 12 has a cross-shaped cross section.

[Outer ring part]
The outer ring portion 13 is a large-diameter first wheel portion 14 that protrudes at the center in the axial direction on the outer peripheral surface of the outer ring portion 13, and a pair of left and right sides parallel to each other on both left and right sides of the first wheel portion 14 via stepped portions. It consists of a concentric small diameter second wheel portion 15 which is continuously provided.

[First wheel part]
The outer peripheral surface of the first ring portion 14 is a top surface 14a of the outer ring portion 13, and the top surface 14a has a circular shape in a vertical cross section formed of a flat surface.
The height of the top surface 14a is set so that the bottom surfaces of the connecting shafts 5 that connect the chain segments 1 to each other abut each other.

[Second wheel part]
The second wheel portion 15 constitutes the bottom surface of the outer ring portion 13 and has a pair of left and right inner peripheral surfaces 15 b that are in series with the inner peripheral surface 14 b of the first wheel portion 14.
Moreover, the outer peripheral surface 15a of the 2nd ring part 15 is a flat surface, and consists of the vertical cross-section circular shape of a diameter smaller than the top surface 14a of the said stand 1 ring part.

[Auxiliary pin part]
On the outer peripheral surface 15 a of the pair of second wheel portions 15, auxiliary pin portions 16 are provided in a pair of left and right on the same line along the same line parallel to the axis of the driven wheel 10.
In the case of the illustrated example, eleven auxiliary pin portions 16 are fixedly aligned with the left and right second wheel portions 15 in the same manner as the spoke portion 12.
In the case of the illustrated example, the auxiliary pin portion 16 has a hollow cylindrical shape, and is arranged sideways so that the axis of the auxiliary pin portion 16 is parallel to the axis of the driven wheel 10. .

In the present embodiment, the size of the auxiliary pin portion 16 is set so that the upper end of the auxiliary pin portion 16 is substantially the same position as the top surface 14a of the first wheel portion 14 and has a smaller diameter than the space of the notch portion 8. Yes.
And the auxiliary pin part 16 is notched along the outer peripheral surface 15a of the second wheel part 15 so as to align with the notch part 8 of the connected segment 1 when the chain is wound around the driven wheel 10. Arranged at equal intervals at the same interval or multiple times as the pitch interval of the portion 8

When the chain is wound around the driven wheel 10, the connecting shaft 5 for connecting the segment 1 abuts with the top surface 14a of the first wheel portion 14, and the lower end of the segment 1 is The auxiliary pin portion 16 is in contact with the outer peripheral surface 15a of the two-wheel portion 15 and is fitted in the segment notch portion 8 with a space between the rotational direction of the chain and the top of the notch portion 8; Become.

Therefore, the chain driven and circulated by the drive wheel is small because the driven wheel 10 causes the lower end of the segment 1 and the connecting shaft 15 to abut the top surface 14a of the first wheel portion 14 and the outer peripheral surface 15a of the second wheel portion 15, respectively. Since the auxiliary pin portion 16 is disposed in the notch portion 8, the notch portion 8 can be freely moved without being restricted by the space with the auxiliary pin portion 16, and is restricted in the rotational direction when exceeding the range. It will be.
Therefore, the chain rotation direction is not limited to the forward rotation, and even when the chain is rotating in the reverse direction, a catching force can be generated supplementarily to the notch portion 8 so that the chain can be circulated smoothly.
