Description

The present invention relates to a work scaffold with a supplementary panel used in various construction sites such as construction, civil engineering work, road bridge construction, plant construction, and tank construction.

At the various construction sites described above, a large number of scaffold panels are connected to assemble a suspended scaffold and a fixed scaffold. There exists patent document 1 as an example of the panel for scaffolds. As shown in FIG. 12, this scaffolding panel A is provided with round pipes (frame pipes) C at both ends in the longitudinal direction (length direction) of the two elongated members B, and a reinforcing horizontal cross between the frame pipes C. A rectangular plate material (for example, a metal flat plate, a panel material, an expanded metal, or other plate material) E is disposed and fixed on the upper surface of the peripheral frame provided with the material D. When assembling a work scaffold by connecting these scaffold panels A, the scaffold panels A arranged in the narrow width direction (width direction) are connected to each other via the connector F and arranged in the longitudinal direction. Frame pipes C are connected by a clamp. The clamp shown in FIG. 11 is a clamp in which two single clamps are connected back to back (so-called universal clamp) or a clamp in which two single clamps are connected back to back so that both clamps do not rotate (the applicant This is called a parallel clamp.)

Japanese Patent No. 2647802

When the scaffolding panel A is connected as shown in FIG. 12 to assemble the work scaffold, the working scaffold has a short length (for example, 50 cm or 1 m) in the longitudinal direction (panel connection direction), and the working area of the suspended scaffold is short. May be missing. In this case, if there is a panel with a length of 50 cm or 1 m, it is sufficient to connect it to the work scaffold, but currently there is no such panel for a scaffold and such connection is not possible. As shown in FIG. 12 used for assembling the scaffold, the scaffold panel A may be connected by changing the orientation by 90 degrees. Since the scaffold panel A has a minimum length of 2 m and a width of 66 cm, the basic dimensions are as shown in phantom lines in FIG. 12 is inserted into the side opening H of the frame pipe C of the scaffolding panel A arranged in the narrow width direction so as to connect the scaffolding panels A to each other. The scaffold panel A arranged like a virtual line cannot be connected to the work scaffold by the connecting tool F. The clamp shown in FIG. 12 (hereinafter, the universal clamp and the parallel clamp are collectively referred to as “connection clamp” in the present application) is placed on the outer periphery of the frame pipe C adjacent to the scaffold panel A arranged in the longitudinal direction. Since it is to be gripped, it is not possible to grip the frame pipe C of the scaffolding panel A arranged like the virtual line.

As shown by phantom lines in FIG. 12, a panel (supplementary panel) J having the same shape and dimensions as the scaffolding panel A is connected (added) perpendicularly to the panel arrangement direction of the suspended scaffolding. J was piled on the tip of the suspension scaffold, and the next supplement panel J had to be connected to the side of the supplement panel J. In this connection method, since there is a step between the work scaffold and the replenishment panel J, there is a risk that the operator may go to the step, and the safety of the work has not been ensured. In addition, the level difference sometimes hindered the carrying of materials onto the suspended scaffolding.

An object of the present invention is to provide a work scaffold with a replenishment panel that can solve the above-mentioned problems and that has a desired size by connecting a replenishment panel to the work scaffold.

(Embodiment 1 of work scaffold with replenishment panel)
FIG. 8 shows a first embodiment of a work scaffold with a supplement panel according to the present invention, in which a plurality of scaffold panels A are arranged side by side in the narrow width direction and connected in the longitudinal direction. A connection replenishment panel 31 connected to the replenishment panel J is connected to the side of the narrow width direction I by changing its connection direction by 90 degrees, and the work scaffold I and the auxiliary pipe 19 are connected to the panel connection tool. 30, the auxiliary pipe 19 and the frame pipe 4 of each replenishment panel J of the connection replenishment panel 31 are connected by a connection clamp G shown in FIG. 11, and the upper surface of the replenishment panel J and the upper surface of the scaffolding panel of the work scaffold I are connected. Are flush with each other (same height).

As shown in FIG. 2, both the scaffold panel A and the supplement panel J in FIG. 8 have the frame pipes 4 arranged at both ends in the axial direction of the elongated members B arranged opposite to each other, and the reinforcing cross members D are arranged between the frame pipes 4. Thus, a frame body is formed, and a tread plate E is disposed and fixed on the frame body, and a connecting projection 5 is projected from one end of the frame pipe 4 in the axial direction.

As shown in FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the connecting projection 5 in FIG. 2 (a) has a small U-shaped small U-shaped section inside the large-diameter vertical half-divided pipe 12 having a U-shaped sectional view. The longitudinal halved pipe 13 is arranged with the respective openings facing each other to form a single pipe as a whole, and a connecting hole 14 penetrating in the vertical direction at a position near both axial ends of both pipes 12 and 13. The retaining hole 15 is penetrated. Further, a nut 20 (FIG. 4B) is fixed to the inner surface of the small-diameter vertical half pipe 13, and an adjusting bolt 21 is screwed into the nut 20 from the outside of the large-diameter vertical half pipe 12 and the adjustment is performed. When the bolt 21 is screwed and its tip is pressed against the inner surface of the large-diameter vertical half pipe 12, the small-diameter vertical half pipe 13 is pushed up, and the diameter of the pipe composed of both pipes 12, 13 is increased ( When the adjusting bolt 21 is loosened, the small-diameter vertical half pipe 13 is lowered along the adjusting bolt 21 so that the diameter of the pipe composed of the two pipes 12 and 13 is reduced (reduced). It is.

As shown in FIG. 2B, the connection protrusion 5 is inserted into the frame pipe 4 of the scaffolding panel A as shown in FIG. 2B, and a stop shaft 16 is inserted into the connection hole 14 from the outside of the frame pipe 4 and penetrated. A stop pin 18 is inserted into the distal end portion 17 of the stop shaft 16 that protrudes outward from the bottom surface of the frame pipe 4 so that the connection protrusion 5 does not come out of the frame pipe 4. Further, after fitting the fitting pipe 1 of the panel connector 30 shown in FIG. 1A on the outer periphery of the connecting projection 5 as shown in FIGS. 2B and 2C, the adjustment bolt 21 is screwed to increase the diameter. When the outer peripheral surfaces of both vertical halved pipes 12 and 13 are in contact with the inner surface of the fitting pipe 1 and the adjusting bolt 21 is rotated in the reverse direction, the diameter of the connecting projection 5 is reduced to reduce the both vertical halved pipes. The outer peripheral surfaces of 12 and 13 are separated from the inner surface of the fitting pipe 1. When the general-purpose gravity lock 22 is inserted from the insertion hole 1a of the fitting pipe 1 into the retaining hole 15 of the connecting projection 5 and protrudes below the fitting pipe 1 as shown in FIG. The fitting pipe 1 is prevented from coming off.

As shown in FIG. 1, the panel connector 30 in FIG. 8 has a clamp 2 attached to one end of the fitting pipe 1. The fitting pipe 1 is a metal round pipe, which is a general-purpose single pipe cut into a required length. The opening 3 at one end of the fitting pipe 1 has an inner diameter that can be put on the connecting protrusion 5 protruding from the frame pipe 4 (round pipe in FIG. 2A) of the scaffolding panel A.

The clamp 2 is a general-purpose one as shown in FIG. 12, and a metal opening / closing tool 7 is attached to an opening / closing tool 7 on a metal body 6 having a substantially L-shape when viewed from the front. A fitting groove 9 into which 8 can be taken in and out is opened. When the opening / closing tool 7 is raised to the main body 6 side, the adjustment bolt 8 is fitted in the fitting groove 9 and the nut 10 is tightened, the opening / closing tool 7 is held upright as shown in FIG. A general-purpose single pipe (FIG. 8) can be gripped, and when the nut 10 is loosened, it has a clamping function that opens as shown in FIG. 1 (b) to release the grip of the pipe.
