(d)前記雌型の周縁にシール材を配置し、バギング材で全体を覆うバギング工程
(e)前記バギング材内部を真空吸引しながら、前記強化繊維積層体を前記雌型に吸着させるとともに、前記スペーサーと前記プレッシャープレートとが当接するように前記強化繊維積層体を薄肉化させる薄肉化工程
(2)コーナー部を有する強化繊維積層体に含浸されたマトリックス樹脂を硬化させてなる繊維強化プラスチックの製造方法であって、少なくとも以下の工程を有することを特徴とする繊維強化プラスチックの製造方法。
(a)前記強化繊維積層体を、コーナー部を有する雌型内に配置する強化繊維積層体配置工程
(b)前記強化繊維積層体の上に、少なくとも一方の端部にスペーサーを有するスペーサー付プレッシャープレートを配置するスペーサー付プレッシャープレート配置工程
(c)前記雌型の周縁にシール材を配置し、バギング材で全体を覆うバギング工程
(d)前記バギング材内部を真空吸引しながら、前記強化繊維積層体を前記雌型に吸着させるとともに、前記スペーサーが前記雌型表面と当接するように前記強化繊維積層体を薄肉化させる薄肉化工程
(3)前記スペーサーの厚さは、前記強化繊維積層体配置工程における積層体の板厚よりも薄いことを特徴とする(1)または(2)に記載の繊維強化プラスチックの製造方法の製造方法。
