Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a body temperature regulation system that regulates the body temperature of a user.
。 Conventionally, as a system for adjusting a user's body temperature, a temperature sensor that detects the user's body temperature, a temperature control unit that cools and cools the user's body, and a temperature control based on the user's body temperature detected by the temperature sensor. A device having a control unit for cooling and heating a user's body is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
However, as there are hot and cold people, there is a difference in how the temperature is felt even at the same temperature. In conventional systems, the adjusted body temperature is a comfortable temperature for the user. There is a problem that it is not always.
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the body temperature control system which can adjust a user's body temperature to the temperature comfortable for a user.
The body temperature regulation system of the present invention executes an autonomic nerve state measuring unit that measures a dominant state of a sympathetic nerve and a parasympathetic nerve among user's autonomic nerves, and performs at least one of heating and cooling operations on the user a temperature adjustment operation section for, characterized by comprising a control unit for executing the operation to the temperature adjustment operation part when the sympathetic is determined to be dominant by the autonomic nervous measurement unit .
When humans feel hot or cold, sympathetic nerves are dominant among autonomic nerves due to stress. The inventor of the present application has invented a body temperature regulation system that can cope with different ways of feeling the temperature by paying attention to this phenomenon. In other words, the body temperature regulation system of the present invention does not execute the operation for regulating the body temperature of the user based only on the objective criterion of temperature as in the prior art, but depends on the user that the sympathetic nerve is dominant. Since it is executed according to the standard, the user's body temperature can be adjusted to a temperature comfortable for the user.
In addition, the body temperature regulation operation unit of the body temperature regulation system of the present invention is capable of executing both warming and cooling operations for the user, and the control unit warms and cools the user. After allowing the body temperature adjustment operation unit to perform one of the cooling operations, when the sympathetic nerve continues to be measured by the autonomic nerve state measurement unit for a predetermined time, it is added to the user. It is preferable to cause the body temperature adjusting operation unit to execute the other operation of temperature and cooling.
If the user's sympathetic nerve continues to dominate for a predetermined time even if one of the heating and cooling operations is performed on the user, for example, the user may feel that it is hot. There is a possibility that it was warmed or cooled even though the user felt it was cold. In such a case, the body temperature regulation system of the present invention switches between the heating operation for the user and the cooling operation for the user, so that the body temperature of the user is adjusted to a temperature more comfortable for the user. Can do.
Further, thermoregulation system of the present invention includes a temperature measuring unit for measuring the body temperature of the user, the control unit, when the sympathetic by the autonomic nervous measurement unit is determined to be dominant In addition, it is preferable that the body temperature adjustment operation unit performs the operation based on the body temperature measured by the body temperature measurement unit.
It can be estimated based on the user's body temperature whether the user's sympathetic nerve is dominant because the user feels hot or whether the user's sympathetic nerve is dominant because the user feels cold. it can. For example, when the user's body temperature is rising and the user's sympathetic nerve is dominant, it can be estimated that the user feels hot. Thermoregulation system of the present invention, the operation for adjusting the body temperature of the user, not only the dominant state of the sympathetic, since executed based also on the body temperature of the user, further body temperature of the user for the user Can be adjusted to a comfortable temperature.
Further, thermoregulation system of the present invention includes a perspiration measurement unit that measures the perspiration state of the user, the control unit, the sympathetic is determined to be dominant by the autonomic nervous measurement unit It is preferable to cause the body temperature adjustment operation unit to execute the operation based on the sweating state measured by the sweating state measurement unit.
Estimate whether the user's sympathetic nerve was dominant because the user felt hot, or whether the user's sympathetic nerve was dominant because the user felt cold based on the user's sweating state Can do. For example, when the user is sweating and the user's sympathetic nerve is dominant, it can be estimated that the user feels hot. The body temperature regulation system of the present invention performs the operation for regulating the body temperature of the user based on not only the dominant state of the sympathetic nerve but also the sweating state of the user. Furthermore, it can be adjusted to a comfortable temperature.
In addition, the body temperature regulation system of the present invention includes a movement measurement unit that measures the movement of the user, and the body temperature adjustment operation unit can execute a cooling operation on the user, and the control When the movement measuring unit measures that the user is lying down and stops, the autonomic nerve state measuring unit determines that the sympathetic nerve is dominant. On the other hand, it is preferable to cause the body temperature adjusting operation unit to perform a cooling operation.
It is known that when a human enters sleep, the body temperature is released to lower the deep body temperature. For this reason, humans can easily sleep by being slightly cooled from the outside, and can take good sleep. The thermoregulatory system of the present invention determines that the user is going to sleep because the user is lying down and is sympathetic among the user's autonomic nerves when the user is going to sleep. When the nerve is dominant, that is, when the user is not relaxed, a cooling operation is performed on the user. Therefore, the body temperature regulation system of the present invention can guide the user to sleep by adjusting the body temperature of the user who is going to sleep to a temperature comfortable for the user.
Moreover, it is preferable that the body temperature regulation system of this invention is portable by the said user.
With this configuration, the body temperature regulation system of the present invention can regulate the user's body temperature to a temperature comfortable for the user even when the user moves.
The body temperature regulation system of the present invention can regulate a user's body temperature to a temperature comfortable for the user.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)
First, the configuration of the body temperature regulation system according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
FIG. 1 is an external perspective view of a body
As shown in FIG. 1, the body
FIG. 2 is an external perspective view of the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
FIG. 3 is a block diagram illustrating a configuration of the
制御部22aは、CPU(Central Processing Unit)などによって構成されている。記憶部22bは、ROM(Read Only Memory)などによって構成されている。
As shown in FIG. 3, the
FIG. 4 is an external perspective view of the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
FIG. 5 is a block diagram illustrating a configuration of the
の送信部22d(図3参照。)
As shown in FIG. 5, the
In addition, when the temperature of the
Further, when the temperature of the
Next, the operation of the body temperature regulation system 10 (see FIG. 1) will be described.
の制御部22a(図3参照。) そして、本体装置30の制御部36a(図5参照。)
The
FIG. 6 is a flowchart of the operation of the body temperature regulation system 10 (see FIG. 1).
の制御部36a(図5参照。)は、受信部36c(図5参照。)によって受信した心電計22c(図3参照。)
6, the
Here, a method for determining whether or not the sympathetic nerve is dominant in the autonomic nerve will be described. This method is a known method using an electrocardiogram. The
の内側の面31a(図4参照。)
If the
When the
If the
It is conceivable that the human body reacts with delay to the operation of the body
As described above,
Even if the
(Second Embodiment)
First, the configuration of the body temperature regulation system according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The configuration of the body temperature regulation system according to the present embodiment is the body
FIG. 7 is a block diagram showing a configuration of the
As shown in FIG. 7, the configuration of the
Next, the operation of the body temperature regulation system according to the present embodiment will be described.
の制御部22a(図7参照。) および体温計122a(図7参照。) そして、本体装置30の制御部36a(図5参照。)
The
FIG. 8 is a flowchart of the operation of the body temperature regulation system according to the present embodiment.
の制御部36a(図5参照。)は、受信部36c(図5参照。)によって受信した心電計22c(図7参照。)
As shown in FIG. 8, the
When the

In the above, after determining in step S161 that the sympathetic nerve is dominant among the autonomic nerves, the
The
In addition, the
Further, it is conceivable that the human body reacts with a delay to the operation of the body temperature regulation system according to the present embodiment. For example, it may be considered that it takes some time until the state of the autonomic nerve changes after the
As described above, the body temperature regulation system according to the present embodiment does not perform heating or cooling only by an objective standard of temperature as in the conventional case, but the user that sympathetic nerve is dominant. Since heating or cooling is performed according to the 90th criterion, the deep body temperature of the
