Description

The present invention relates to a household thin paper storage box for storing household thin paper impregnated with a chemical solution containing a moisturizing component.

Conventionally, lotion tissue paper is known in which a thin paper is blended with a polyhydric alcohol such as glycerin or propylene glycol, or a moisturizing component such as sorbitol or glucose (Patent Document 1). Similar to the general-purpose tissue paper in a dry state, these are folded in a so-called pop-up method as a pair of a plurality of tissue papers and stored in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped storage box.
In recent years, in such lotion tissue paper, there is an increasing need for products with a moist feeling, but in order to further improve the moist feeling, it is necessary to increase the amount of impregnation with chemicals containing moisturizing ingredients. is there.

However, unlike general-purpose tissue paper, lotion tissue paper is slippery between tissue papers or between tissue paper and a storage box, and the laminate of lotion tissue paper is likely to collapse or rotate in the storage box after shipment. Therefore, when the amount of impregnation of the chemical solution is increased, the stiffness (bending characteristics) of the lotion tissue paper itself is lowered, and thus there is a problem that the above-mentioned laminate is crushed and rotated, and the amount of impregnation of the chemical solution is increased. could not.

An object of the present invention is to provide a household thin leaf storage box containing household thin paper, which can suitably maintain the form of a laminate of household thin paper inside the box even when the amount of impregnation of the chemical solution is increased.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the household thin paper storage box containing the household thin paper according to the first aspect, the base paper contains a dry paper strength agent.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a domestic thin paper storage box including a container main body in which a laminate of household thin paper formed by impregnating a base paper with a chemical solution containing a moisturizing component is provided. The bulkiness of the laminate is 83 to 100% with respect to the bulkiness of the container body, the cross-sectional area of the laminate is 72 to 100% with respect to the cross-sectional area of the container body, and the chemical application rate to the base paper is The base paper is 16 to 18 g / m 2 , the dry paper strength (vertical direction) is 350 to 450 cN, and the dry paper strength (lateral direction) is 130 to 29 wt%. 170 cN, wet paper strength (lateral direction) is 60 to 100 cN.
Therefore, the bending property of the base paper is improved, and even when the amount of impregnation with the chemical solution is increased, the form of the laminate of household thin paper can be suitably maintained inside the container body.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the dry paper strength agent is contained in the base paper, the paper strength of the base paper can be increased.

It is a top perspective view of the household thin paper storage box of this invention. It is a schematic diagram which shows a laminated body.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The scope of the invention is not limited to the illustrated example.

The household thin paper storage box 1 containing household thin paper according to the present invention accommodates therein a laminate S of household thin paper (hereinafter referred to as thin paper) 20 in which a base paper is impregnated with a chemical solution containing a moisturizing component. A container body 10 is provided.

The container body 10 is formed in a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape (hexahedral shape) having a length (W) in the longitudinal direction of 243 mm, a length (D) in the short direction of 115 mm, and a height (H) of 90 mm, for example. .
Specifically, the container body 10 includes, for example, a substantially rectangular upper surface 11, a bottom surface 12 having the same shape as the upper surface 11, and four side surfaces 13 that connect the four side edges of the upper surface 11 and the bottom surface 12. , 14, 15, 16 and the like.
In the following description, the longitudinal direction of the container body 10 is the X direction, the short direction is the Y direction, and the height direction is the Z direction.

In the approximate center of the upper surface 11, for example, an elliptical outlet 17 that is long in the longitudinal direction of the upper surface 11 is provided. The outlet 17 is formed by cutting a perforation provided on the upper surface 11 and cutting a part of the upper surface 11.
The take-out port 17 is provided with a film 18 covering the take-out port 17 by being attached to the inner surface of the upper surface 11 with an adhesive or the like.
A slit 19 is provided in the approximate center of the film 18. The length of the slit 19 is set to be, for example, substantially the same as the length in the longitudinal direction of the outlet 17, and the inner thin paper 20 can be taken out through the slit 19.
Moreover, in the container main body 10, the upper surface 11, the bottom surface 12, and the side surfaces 13 to 16 are made of a paper sheet material, and the film 18 is made of a plastic such as polyethylene or polypropylene. In addition, the material of the container main body 10 is not limited to this.

Next, the thin paper 20 stored in the container body 10 will be described.
The thin paper 20 of the present invention is a so-called lotion tissue paper in which a base paper is impregnated with a chemical solution containing a moisturizing component.
The thin paper 20 is folded, for example, one by one or as a set to form a laminate S, and is stored in the container body 10 having a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape and used as a tissue paper product.

Specifically, the thin paper 20 is formed by impregnating a base paper with a chemical solution containing at least one kind of conventionally used polyhydric alcohols such as glycerin and propylene glycol, and moisturizing components such as sorbitol and glucose. The chemical solution coating rate on the base paper is 25 to 29 wt%.
By satisfy | filling the chemical | medical solution application | coating rate with the value within this range, a moisture content will be 12 to 13% and a moist feeling can be provided to the thin paper 20.

On the other hand, when the above-mentioned chemical solution application rate is achieved, the bending characteristic value of the thin paper 20 is lowered, so that the laminated body S housed in the container body 10 is liable to be crushed and easily collapsed. is there.
Therefore, the base paper of the thin paper 20 has a basis weight of 16 to 18 g / m 2 , a dry paper strength (vertical direction) of 350 to 450 cN, and a dry paper strength (lateral direction) of 130 to 170 cN. The wet paper strength (lateral direction) is 60 to 100 cN.
With this configuration, the thin paper 20 is designed so that the bending rigidity (B value) is 0.053 to 0.071 g · cm 2 / cm.

At this time, the base paper of the thin paper 20 contains a dry paper strength agent.
Examples of the dry paper strength agent include polyacrylamide and cationic starch.
Such a dry paper strength agent is added internally to the raw material to bond with a hydroxyl group in the cellulose molecule and to increase the strength by improving the number and quality of hydrogen bonds between fibers.
Specifically, for example, in the production of lotion tissue paper, cationic starch is used, and the amount of addition is controlled in the range of 1.5 to 4.5 kg / t so as to adjust the paper strength within the standard. . In particular, when the addition amount is small, a sufficient paper strength value cannot be obtained, and when the addition amount is large, the cost increases. Therefore, it is preferable to control the addition amount in the range of 2.0 to 2.5 kg / t.

Moreover, DDR is mentioned as a method of controlling the paper strength value. DDR beats the raw material (refining) and applies mechanical impact force to the pulp swollen with water to make the pulp fibers fluffy (fibrillation) and increase the bonding area between the fibers, thereby increasing the strength of the paper. Can be improved. The freeness after DDR is preferably in the range of 450 to 680 cc.

Moreover, the ease of collapse of the laminate S also depends on the bulkiness of the laminate S at the time of shipment (initial state). That is, if there are many gaps inside the container body 10 at the time of shipment (initial state), the stacked body S is likely to collapse or rotate.
Therefore, for example, the thin paper 20 having a length in the X direction of 232 mm and a length in the Y direction of 100 mm is preferably laminated so as to have a height of 75 mm at the time of shipment.
That is, the laminate S is formed so as to have a bulkiness of 83 to 100% with respect to the height dimension of the container body 10 and a cross-sectional area of 72 to 100% with respect to the cross-sectional area of the container body 10. The container body 10 is preferably housed.
By setting it as said bulkiness and cross-sectional area, depending on the clearance gap inside a container main body 10, it can prevent that the laminated body S collapse | crumbles or rotates and becomes vertical insertion after shipment.

<実施例>
<Example>
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples. Note that the present invention is not limited to this.

(Laminate)
As Examples 1 to 6 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3, laminate samples in which the chemical solution, the chemical solution application rate (wt%), and the laminate bulkiness (mm) were set as shown in Table 1 were prepared.

Moreover, in the laminated body samples of Examples 1 to 6 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3, bending characteristics (bending rigidity (B value)) and surface characteristics (friction coefficient (MIU), friction coefficient variation (MMD)) One.
Here, the bending rigidity (B value) is softer as the value is smaller. Further, the smaller the value of the coefficient of friction (MIU), the easier it is to slip, and the smaller the value of the coefficient of friction (MMD), the smoother the surface.

(sensory evaluation)
With respect to the laminate samples of Examples 1 to 6 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3, two items of moist feeling and smoothness were evaluated by sensory evaluation of 22 evaluators.
Specifically, the 22 evaluators scored each laminate sample as 5 if excellent, 4 if slightly better, 3 if normal, 2 if slightly bad, 1 if bad, The total score of 22 people was averaged, and the average score was evaluated according to the following four levels.
◎: Very good, ○: Good, △: Normal, ×: Bad

Figure 2011073743
(Rotation test)
The laminate samples of Examples 1 to 6 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were rotated using the rotation tester so that the X direction was the axis (in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 1), and the presence or absence of collapse of the laminate Was confirmed and evaluated according to the following criteria.
◎: No collapse, ○: Almost no collapse, ×: There is a collapse In addition, regarding the verification of the collapse of the laminate, the sample before shipment is rotated 100 times with a rotating tester to confirm the presence or absence of collapse. It is known that the same verification result as the 2000 km transportation test assuming the area can be obtained.
Figure 2011073743

As shown in Table 1, when the bending rigidity (B value) is in the range of 0.053 to 0.071 g · cm 2 / cm and the bulk of the laminate is 75 mm or more, moist feeling and smoothness are preferable. It can be seen that no collapse occurs.
Therefore, if it is said range, a moist feeling can be given to a thin paper, preventing collapse of a laminated body.

As mentioned above, according to the household thin paper storage box 1 of this embodiment, the bulkiness of the laminated body S is 83-100% with respect to the bulkiness of the container main body 10, and the cross-sectional area of the laminated body S is the same. The cross-sectional area of the container body 10 is 72 to 100%, the chemical solution application rate to the base paper is 25 to 29 wt%, and the base paper has a rice basis weight of 16 to 18 g / m 2 , a dry paper strength (longitudinal direction) of 350 to 450 cN, a dry paper strength (lateral direction) of 130 to 170 cN, and a wet paper strength (lateral direction) of 60 to 100 cN, The bending characteristics of the paper will be improved, and the form of the laminate S can be suitably maintained inside the container body 10 even if the amount of impregnation with the chemical solution is increased.
