化粧台・勉強机・ダイニングテーブルなどにも利用。
従来の照明器具にはなかった。
３２型サークラインの内周にサークラインの器具が内蔵されていてその３２型サークラインの内側に鏡を取り付け、鏡とサークラインの裏側にはコネクターと太陽電池パネル回転軸が通電金属のホックになっていて回転する。
鏡が固定されている軸棒のすぐ内側が通電金属のフック。そのフックには３２型サークラインの電気が付くためのコネクター差込口。コネクター差込口にかからない所に、太陽電池パネルを固定する。太陽電池パネルは台の上面に２枚ある。台の鏡側の側面にはＯＦＦ−ＯＮ−調光スイッチ。台の側面に単３蓄電池２本入る。
照明器具には太陽電池パネル付きが少ないので電力の消費を著しく減らす。

照明器具に合計４枚の太陽電池パネルを取り付けることによって電力の消費を著しく減らす。
