Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a toilet seat device, and more particularly, to a configuration of a part for detecting a human body and a part for notifying that a toilet seat has been warmed.
Generally, in a toilet seat apparatus, when a user sits on a toilet seat, the toilet seat is warmed by a heater so as not to feel cold. However, it is not preferable to keep the toilet seat warm at all times from the viewpoint of energy saving. Therefore, a toilet seat device that is configured to install a human body sensor in a toilet and to warm the toilet seat when the human body sensor detects that the user has entered the toilet and to notify the user with a notification lamp when the toilet seat is warmed. It is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). According to such a toilet seat device, energy for warming the toilet seat can be saved.
However, the conventional toilet seat device has the following problems. That is, since the human body detection sensor is provided as a separate body from the toilet seat main body, the configuration is complicated. Further, since the lamp for notifying that the toilet seat has been warmed is installed at a position hidden behind the toilet lid, it is difficult for the user to see. In addition, it is desirable that the lamp for notifying other functional states of the toilet seat device is easy for the user to see.
The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and provides a toilet seat device that can simplify the configuration of the human body detection portion and improve the visibility of the portion that reports the functional state of the toilet seat device.
(Embodiment 1)
[Hardware configuration]
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an outline of a toilet seat device according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the toilet seat device 101 </ b> A according to the first embodiment is placed and installed on a
The
The
<Configuration of detection / notification unit>
Next, the configuration of the detection /
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the arm portion of FIG. FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged view of part A in FIG. FIG. 4 is a plan view showing the configuration of the arm portion of FIG. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line VV in FIG. FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the detection / notification unit with the cover removed. FIG. 7 is a partially enlarged view of the detection / notification unit in FIG.
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the detection /
As shown in FIGS. 4 to 7, the detection /
具体的には、報知灯23は、例えば、可視光を発光するLED(light-emitting diode)で構成されている。
The
<Composition of cover>
Next, the configuration of the
Therefore, the present inventor created five covers of Examples 1 to 5 and studied the configuration of the cover satisfying these three conditions.
FIG. 8 is a table showing the infrared transmittance and visible light transmittance of Examples 1 to 5 in which the thickness and composition of the cover were changed as parameters.

Visible light transmittance was about, and visible light was scattered. Further, when the cover of Example 2 was irradiated with beam-like visible light, the irradiated visible light was slightly transmitted, and a spot-shaped shining region was slightly formed in the irradiated portion.
In the cover of Example 3, the thickness is 0.8 mm, the material is HDPE + titanium oxide (pigment: content = 0.1% by mass or less), the infrared transmittance is 35%, and the inside is clearly visible. Visible light transmittance of a degree, visible light was slightly scattered. When the beam-shaped visible light was irradiated to the cover of Example 3, the irradiated visible light was almost transmitted, and a spot-shaped shining region was slightly formed in the irradiated portion.
In the cover of Example 4, the thickness is 1.0 mm, the material is HDPE + titanium oxide (pigment: content = 0.24 mass%), the infrared transmittance is 28%, and the visible light transmittance is It was 2% or more and 8% or less, and visible light was scattered better than Example 3. The cover of Example 4 also transmits infrared rays. Moreover, the inside (the part covered with the cover) of the cover of Example 4 was not visible. When the cover of Example 4 was irradiated with beam-like visible light, a spot-shaped area where the irradiated portion was shining was slightly less clear than Example 1, but more clearly than Example 2.

When the beam-like visible light was irradiated to the cover of Example 5, the irradiated visible light was almost transmitted, and a spot-shaped shining region was slightly formed in the irradiated portion.
From the examination using the cover of the first to fifth embodiments, the cover of the first embodiment is most suitable as the cover of the detection /
[Configuration of control system]
FIG. 9 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the control system of the toilet seat device of FIG.
As shown in FIG. 9, the
As described above, the
便座温調ランプ43は、例えば、LED(light emitting diode)で構成される。

<Use operation>
In a state where the
