Description

The present invention relates to a method for spraying plant seedlings that grow by vegetative reproduction such as clapia.

As for plants that grow by vegetative reproduction such as krapia and sedum, it is common to plant the seedlings in pots and mats manually.
Therefore, when this is done as a business, the construction cost is high and the construction area per day is limited.
On the other hand, as shown in Patent Document 1, an air-type mixed spraying method has been developed in which Iwadareso, which is the same variety as Clapia, is mixed and sprayed with compressed air.

Japanese Patent No. 3088984.

The method described in Patent Document 1 has the following problems.
<1> After spraying the soil and seedlings separately, irrigation with a temporary irrigation device is required, which requires much labor and cost.
<2> A special machine is required because it is a device that mixes with compressed air to prevent damage to seedlings during spraying.
<3> It is necessary to continue irrigation until the seedlings sprayed after spraying are settled, and long-term management is required.
<4> Since weeds grow after spraying, the weeding work requires manpower.

In order to solve the problems as described above, the method for spraying plant seedlings that grow by vegetative reproduction according to the present invention grows plant seedlings that grow by vegetative reproduction in a nursery bed, and the number of mat-like seedlings that have been grown together with the nursery bed. Cut into four centimeters to form a seedbed piece, and put the seedbed piece into the mixer, and mix it with the soil, water, water retaining material, etc., about 10 times larger than the seedbed piece inside the mixer. It is characterized by a spraying method in which a shaped mixture is formed and sprayed onto a target position by a guest soil spraying device.

Since the method for spraying plant seedlings that proliferate by vegetative reproduction according to the present invention is as described above, at least one of the following effects can be obtained.
<1> In conventional spraying with air pressure, at least three steps of spraying of soil, seedling, and subsequent irrigation were required. In contrast, the method of the present invention does not require a plurality of operations and can be completed by a single spraying operation, so that the number of operations and cost can be reduced.
<2> Conventionally, when this kind of seedling was handled, it was planted by hand because there was a high possibility of damaging the seedling in the mechanical work. However, since the method of the present invention can be mixed with more than 10 times of land and transported and sprayed in a slurry form to add water, seedlings are not damaged even if a commercially available spraying device is used. It is extremely economical.
<3> In particular, by mixing the soil of 10 times or more the capacity of the seedling, it is possible to prevent the seedling from being damaged by reducing the spraying pressure by the slurry-like soil being a cushion during spraying.
<4> Since the water-retaining material and a sufficient amount of water are mixed in the spray material, it is possible to grow with rainfall based on normal weather, and irrigation after spraying is not necessary. In comparison, the construction cost is greatly reduced.
<5> If a material having a high alkali or a soil hardening function is mixed in the spray material, the weeding work after the spray becomes unnecessary. This is because most plants, including weeds, are inhibited from growing in soil above pH 9, but plants like Krapia can be grown. Therefore, if about 10% of the land is sprayed with a highly alkaline material in the spray material, it is possible to prevent the growth of weeds after the spray, and the costly weeding work after the spray is omitted. be able to.
<6> If a material having a function of improving air permeability is mixed in the spray material, the cultivation of the clapia can be made faster than the cultivation of the weeds. Thus, weed growth can be prevented by quickly covering the entire surface with crapia.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail according to the order of construction with reference to the drawings.

<1> Subject of the present invention.
An object to be sprayed by the spraying method of the present invention is a plant seedling that proliferates by vegetative reproduction, such as Clapia.
The reason why this kind of seedling was specified is that, as mentioned above, this kind of seedling has been conventionally unable to be handled mechanically and could only be vegetated by human power. This is because the mechanical spraying method has already been put to practical use for the seedlings.
Hereinafter, the construction sequence of the present invention will be described.

<2> Grow in a nursery.
First, plant seedlings that proliferate by vegetative reproduction, such as clapia, are grown in a nursery. The growth at this stage can be performed by a conventionally known method.

<3> Manufacture of seedbed pieces.
The grown seedling is cut into a rectangular shape with a certain size together with the nursery bed to form a mat-like seedling 1.
Thereafter, the seedling is cut into about 3 to 5 cm square together with the mat 1 of the seedbed to form a seedbed piece 2.
This cutting can be divided without crushing the stem if it is cut quickly with a rotating blade.
Even when the stem is torn with a person's fingertip, it is crushed by the pressure of the finger and is a delicate object that corrodes from there, so it is preferable to cut with a blade.

<4> Mixing.
This seed bed piece 2 is put into the mixer 3.
In addition to the seedbed piece 2, the soil 4, the water 5, the water retaining material 6, and the like are introduced into the mixer 3 and mixed to form a slurry-like mixture 7.
The mixer 3 used at this time is not specially designed, but is attached to a commercially available sprayer, and is a device for stirring and mixing with a uniaxial propeller.
The mixing time was about 5 minutes in the following formulation.

<5> Materials to be mixed.
The materials to be mixed by the mixer 3 are as follows.
As the water retaining material 6, a trade name “thermogel” was used. This is a material mainly composed of a water-absorbing polymer.
The brand name “Mine Dale” was used as the rooting material. This is a material mainly composed of divalent iron ions.
Moreover, as a weed suppression material, a brand name "Cyculus Na type" can be used.
This is produced by slurrying coal ash with sodium hydroxide.
Moreover, as a weed suppression material, what was manufactured by slurrying alkaline material or coal ash with sodium hydroxide can be used.
This weed control material was able to obtain an effective effect when about 20% of the soil was mixed.

<6> Formulation.
In the example of blending the above materials, the amount of soil is particularly large, and the soil 4 having a capacity of about 10 times or more that of the nursery piece 2 is mixed.
In addition, it mixes with water 5, water retention material 6, etc.
The reason for mixing a large amount of land 4 and water 5 is to avoid damage to the seedlings during spraying, and it is necessary to mix the land 4 and water 5 more than 10 times the seedling capacity. It is.
With such a composition, it is possible to prevent the seedling 4 from being damaged by reducing the spraying pressure of the soil 4 of the slurry-like mixture 7 as a cushion during spraying.

Figure 2011062162
Figure 2011062162

<7> Spraying.
The mixed slurry 7 after mixing is sprayed onto the target position by the customer soil spraying device 8.
This spraying can be performed by a known means using a commercially available apparatus such as a method using compressed air.

<8> Coverage rate.
Test construction was conducted in-house with the above formulation.
As a result, in the spraying method of the present invention, the vegetation coverage was 70 to 80%.
Even in hand-planting, the vegetation coverage is generally less than that.
The reason for this is that, as described above, when the seedling is split with a finger, the stem is crushed by the pressure of the finger and its function is hindered, and in many cases it cannot be grown.
In that respect, in the method of the present invention, the seedling is cut together with the seedbed by the rotary blade, so that the stem is not crushed and damaged, and as a result, a high planting rate can be secured.
