Description

The present invention relates to a waterproof structure in which a heat insulating layer is formed on a waterproof base to form a heat insulating layer, and a waterproof sheet is formed on the heat insulating layer to form a waterproof layer.

Conventionally, as this type of waterproof structure, a plurality of foamed resin heat insulating plates arranged side by side on a waterproof base, and a sealing tape for preventing air flow from the bottom to the top at the joint of the heat insulating plate, A plurality of waterproof sheet fixing plates that are interspersed on each of the heat insulating plates and are respectively fixed to the waterproof base with screw members, and the waterproof sheet fixing plates are disposed over the respective waterproof sheet fixing plates, and the lower surfaces thereof are arranged on the respective waterproof sheet fixing plates. In some cases, a waterproof sheet is provided that is fixed to the surface (for example, see Patent Document 1).

2)JP 2006-77506 A (FIGS. 1 and 2)

According to the conventional waterproof structure described above, for example, when the waterproof sheet is damaged, the water on the waterproof sheet travels to the back side through the damaged portion, and there is a high risk of causing water leakage to the waterproof base.
That is, in the case where a heat-insulating plate having a low waterproof property is used, water that has traveled to the back side of the waterproof sheet leaks to the waterproof base side below through the heat-insulating plate. Moreover, even if a heat-insulating plate having waterproof properties is used, the screw member of the waterproof sheet fixing plate penetrates the heat-insulating plate, so that the periphery of the screw member becomes a water leakage path and causes water leakage to the waterproof base. High risk.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof structure that solves the above problems and prevents water from leaking to the waterproof base even if the waterproof sheet is damaged.

A first characteristic configuration of the present invention is a plurality of waterproof heat insulating plates arranged side by side on a waterproof base, and a waterproof tape installed in a sealed state over the entire length of joints between the adjacent heat insulating plates, A plurality of waterproof sheet fixing plates that are interspersed on each of the heat insulating plates and are respectively fixed to the waterproof base with screw members, and the waterproof sheet fixing plates are disposed over the respective waterproof sheet fixing plates, and the lower surfaces thereof are arranged on the respective waterproof sheet fixing plates. And a sealing material that is installed between the waterproof sheet fixing plate and the heat insulating plate around the screw member, and seals a through portion of the screw member in a sealed state. By the way.

According to the 1st characteristic structure of this invention, in addition to the 1st waterproof layer by a waterproof sheet, it is the 2nd by the waterproof tape installed in the sealing state over the several heat insulation board which has waterproofness, and those joint whole length. A waterproof layer is configured, and more reliable waterproofing can be realized by the double waterproof layer.
The screw member that penetrates the heat insulating plate is installed between the waterproof sheet fixing plate and the heat insulating plate around the screw member, and seals sealing the penetrating portion of the screw member in a sealed state. Since the material is provided, it is possible to maintain waterproofness even with respect to the penetrating portion of the screw member.

According to a second characteristic configuration of the present invention, the sealing material is formed of a foamed rubber body and is sandwiched between the waterproof sheet fixing plate and the heat insulating plate.

According to the second characteristic configuration of the present invention, since the sealing material is formed of a foamed rubber body, the elastic deformation capacity of the sealing material is higher than that of the solid sealing material, and the sheet fixing plate and the heat insulating plate When pinched, it can be elastically deformed with a small force. In addition, since the elastic deformability is high, the sealing material can be easily adapted to the shape of the sheet fixing plate and the heat insulating plate to be sandwiched, and can spread evenly in the gaps to be sealed to exhibit a high sealing effect.

A third characteristic configuration of the present invention is that a waterproof tape is installed in a sealed state over the entire length of the joint portion at the joint portion of the building standing up from the waterproof base and the heat insulating plate.

According to the third characteristic configuration of the present invention, the edge of the second waterproof layer formed of the heat insulating plate and the waterproof tape is connected to the building upper portion with the waterproof tape in a hermetically sealed state, thereby providing a more perfect second waterproof layer. The reliability of the double waterproof layer combined with the first waterproof layer by the waterproof sheet can be further improved.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

1 to 3 show an example of a roof adopting the waterproof structure of the present invention, and a plurality of heat insulating plates 2 are arranged side by side above a concrete slab (corresponding to a waterproof base) 1 and the top thereof is arranged. The waterproof sheet 3 is laid in a covered state. The waterproof structure can be applied to both new construction work and repair work.
The waterproof structure will be described in more detail. A plurality of waterproof heat insulating plates 2 arranged side by side on the concrete slab 1 and a waterproof tape installed in a sealed state over the entire joint between the adjacent heat insulating plates 2. M, a plurality of waterproof sheet fixing plates 5 scattered on the respective heat insulating plates 2 and fixed to the concrete slab 1 with screw members 4, respectively, and the respective waterproof sheet fixing plates 5, A waterproof sheet 3 having a lower surface fixed to each of the waterproof sheet fixing plates 5, and is installed between the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5 and the heat insulating plate 2 around the screw member 4. The roof waterproof structure is configured by providing a sealing material 6 for sealing the portion in a hermetically sealed state.

The concrete slab 1 as a waterproof base is not limited to a concrete slab formed by on-site placement, for example, a precast concrete panel or a panel made of other cement secondary products, for example, Any material that can serve as a base for waterproofing, such as a folded plate, a mere flat metal plate, a so-called “deck plate”, a field plate, or a roof structure member, may be used.

In the present embodiment, the heat insulating plate 2 is provided with fire resistance in addition to waterproofness, and is formed by integrally forming a heat insulating main body portion 2b and a metal skin portion 2a covering the front and back surfaces thereof. (See FIGS. 2 and 3).
The heat insulating plate 2 is formed in an elongated plate shape, and is sequentially arranged on the concrete slab 1 (see FIG. 1).
Moreover, the said heat insulation main-body part 2b is formed, for example with the foam material of isocyanate, and is equipped with moderate intensity | strength, heat resistance, and waterproofness. It is configured so that high waterproof performance and heat insulation performance can be exhibited by including innumerable closed cells.
The metal skin portion 2a is integrally provided so as to wrap around the outer peripheral surface of the heat insulating main body portion 2b. As a specific example, the metal skin portion 2a is formed of a thin plate material of a galvanized steel plate, and is configured to exhibit high waterproof performance and fire resistance performance.

The waterproof sheet 3 is made of a waterproof synthetic resin sheet (for example, soft vinyl chloride), and uses waterproof sheet fixing plates 5 that are scattered and installed on the heat insulating plate 2 that is laid. Fixed. In addition, in the building upright part 7 which rises from the concrete slab 1 at the outer periphery of the building, the waterproof sheet 3 is also raised along the building upright part 7 and subjected to end waterproofing such as coking treatment.
The first waterproof layer P1 is constituted by a series of the waterproof sheets 3.

The waterproof tape M is made of a waterproof synthetic resin tape, and is bonded to the entire length of the joint in a state that spans both the heat insulating plates 2 at the joints between the heat insulating plates 2, thereby waterproofing the joints. I am trying. An example of a specific configuration is one in which a metal laminate layer is integrally provided on the surface of a nonwoven fabric layer of resin fibers and an adhesive layer is provided on the back surface.
In addition, in the said building upright part 7 of a building outer peripheral part, this waterproofing tape M is affixed over the full length of the joint part of the building upright part 7 and the heat insulation board 2, and the joint part is waterproofed.
Therefore, the second waterproof layer P2 is constituted by a series of the waterproof tape M and the heat insulating plate 2, and the double waterproof layer constituted by the first waterproof layer P1 and the second waterproof layer P2 is more reliable. Forms a waterproof structure.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5 is formed in a disc shape, and is light in weight but high in strength by press-molding a thin metal plate into an uneven cross-sectional shape. It is made up of things. In addition, a screw insertion hole 5a through which the screw member 4 is inserted is formed in the central portion of the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5, and a countersink portion 5b in which the enlarged diameter head 4a of the screw member 4 is accommodated is formed around the screw insertion hole 5a. It is formed. Therefore, in the state where the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5 is fixed to the concrete slab 1 with the screw member 4, the enlarged-diameter head 4 a is configured not to protrude upward from the upper surface of the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5.
Further, a hot melt adhesive layer 5c is integrally provided on the upper surface of the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5, and after the waterproof sheet 2 is put on the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5 fixed to the concrete slab 1, the waterproof sheet is provided. 2, the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5 is heated using an electromagnetic induction heating device, and the hot melt adhesive layer 5 c is melted by the heat to bond the waterproof sheet 2 to the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5.
In addition, the prevention sheet fixing plate 5 installed in the joint portion between the building upright portion 7 and the heat insulating plate 2 is formed in a cross-sectional “L-shape” in which a thin strip is bent at an intermediate portion in the width direction (or A strip-like one) is used (see FIGS. 1 and 3).

The sealing material 6 is made of a foam rubber body (for example, a foam of EPDM rubber), and is formed into a disk shape having a smaller diameter than the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5.
A screw insertion hole 6a through which the screw member 4 can be inserted is provided at the center.
When the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5 is fixed to the concrete slab 1, the sealing material 6 is disposed along the back surface of the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5 so that both screw insertion holes 5a and 6a are matched. When the screw member 4 is inserted into the both screw insertion holes 5a and 6a and penetrates the heat insulating plate 2 and screwed to the concrete slab 1, the sealing material 6 is placed around the screw member 4 with the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5 and the The space around the screw member 4 can be filled while being pinched by the heat insulating plate 2 and elastically deformed, and the through portion of the screw member 4 can be sealed in a sealed state.
Therefore, although the screw member 4 penetrates the second waterproof layer, the penetrating portion is sealed by the sealing material 6, and thus the waterproof performance as the second waterproof layer can be maintained (see FIG. 2). ).
In addition, the sealing material 6 corresponding to the L-shaped waterproof sheet fixing plate 5 installed at the joint portion between the building upright portion 7 and the heat insulating plate 2 uses the same shape as the bottom surface of the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5. .

Next, the waterproof procedure will be described.
[1] A heat insulating plate 2 is spread on the concrete slab 1. In that case, the waterproof tape M is stuck on the joint of the heat insulation board 2, and the heat insulation board 2 and the building upright part 7 and the 2nd waterproof layer P2 is formed.
[2] On the heat insulating plate 2, the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5 is arranged at a lateral interval and fixed to the concrete slab 1 with the screw member 4. In arranging the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5, the sealing material 6 is arranged along the back surface side, and the sealing material 6 is clamped as the screw member 4 is tightened to seal the periphery of the screw.
[3] The waterproof sheet 3 is spread and the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5 is heated from above using an electromagnetic induction heating device, and the hot melt adhesive layer 5c is melted by the heat to waterproof the waterproof sheet to the waterproof sheet fixing plate 5. By bonding 2, the first waterproof layer P <b> 1 is formed.

According to the waterproof structure of the present embodiment, more reliable waterproofing can be realized by the double waterproof layer of the first waterproof layer made of the waterproof sheet and the second waterproof layer made of the heat insulating plate and the waterproof tape. Further, by installing a sealing material made of a foamed rubber body having a high elastic deformability around the screw member, it is possible to exhibit a high sealing effect and maintain the waterproofness of the penetrating portion of the screw member.
