Description

In the present invention, a plurality of base plates (for example, a porous plate, a wood cement plate, an ALC plate, a wood plate, etc.) are arranged side by side on a roof base (for example, a folded plate roof, a deck plate, a beam member, etc.) The present invention relates to a waterproof structure in which a waterproof sheet is disposed in a state of covering the base plate, and the waterproof sheet is fixed by distributed waterproof sheet fixing portions.

This type of waterproof structure is, for example, a structure in which a waterproof sheet is placed on the base plate made of a base plate, or a waterproof sheet is placed on the base plate made of a heat insulating plate. It can be installed in a variety of ways and has been used on various roofs.
In addition, when the base plate is a heat insulating plate, it is necessary to lay a heat insulating plate later on the roof formed of an existing folded plate roof or deck plate and reconstruct it into a heat insulating roof, or from the time of new construction Insulating roofs in various forms, such as when a heat insulating plate is constructed by laying a heat insulating plate on folded plates, deck plates, beam members, and field plates, are targeted.
And fixing the waterproof sheet laid on the base plate is, for example, a disk-shaped or strip-shaped fixing bracket (corresponding to the waterproof sheet fixing portion) is placed on the base plate and roofed with a through bolt or the like It is carried out by fixing it to the base and adhering a waterproof sheet on the fixing bracket.
In addition, regarding the arrangement of the fixing metal fittings, it has been common that the adhering portions adjacent to each other are scattered over the entire roof base so as to have a constant interval (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
On the other hand, with regard to the base plate, the abutting portion with another base plate adjacent to the base plate is generally formed (or cut) as a straight flat surface along the plate thickness direction.
In addition, in some heat insulating roofs, there is one in which the abutting portion between the base plates is “matched” in order to improve the heat insulating performance of the roof (see, for example, Patent Document 2).

特許第2724040号公報(図1〜3)Japanese Patent No. 2724040 (FIGS. 1 to 3) 特開2002−61339号公報(図6)JP 2002-61339 A (FIG. 6)

When wind pressure acts on the roof surface, local negative pressure may be generated, and the force acts to suck up the waterproof sheet installed on the roof base. And since the waterproof sheet is locally bonded by the fixing brackets scattered on the roof base as described above, some movement up and down is allowed on the roof surface with respect to the unbonded portion. Has been.
Therefore, as the wind blows on the roof surface, the non-adhesive part of the waterproof sheet moves up and down as “butterfly”, and the movement flows from the windward to the windward as if it were a wave on the water surface. . Such a wave tends to be further amplified by the resonance of the waterproof sheet in the process of propagating with the wind to the leeward side. In addition, it is natural that this tendency becomes more prominent as the wind is stronger, but it becomes more prominent as the degree of sealing of the space on the back side of the waterproof sheet is lower. That is, when the waterproof sheet is sucked up by the wind, if the sealing degree of the space on the back surface side of the waterproof sheet is high, the space becomes lower pressure than the surface side of the waterproof sheet and the rise of the waterproof sheet can be suppressed. If the sealing degree of the space is low, air easily flows in with the suction of the waterproof sheet, so resistance due to the space pressure difference between the front and back of the waterproof sheet is difficult to expect, and the ripple suppression effect of the waterproof sheet is reduced ( (See FIG. 5). As the waterproof sheet 3 continues to swell, it has been observed that a phenomenon occurs in which a portion of the waterproof sheet surrounding the fixed portion P is cracked or torn.
According to the conventional waterproof structure described above, in a roof surface environment exposed to a severe temperature difference, a gap is easily formed in the abutting portion T by repeated thermal expansion and contraction of the base plate 2, and the roof base 1 is passed through this gap. If the space on the side and the space on the back side of the waterproof sheet 3 communicate with each other, it is difficult to suppress the ripples of the waterproof sheet 3 due to wind as described above. And in order to alleviate the undulations, there is no choice but to narrow the distance between each bonded portion (fixed span) to reduce the amplitude of the wave, resulting in an increase in the number of places to be bonded and a lot of work. There was a problem that the material cost was high.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof structure that is resistant to strong winds while eliminating the above problems and minimizing construction labor and costs.

A first characteristic configuration of the present invention is that a plurality of base plates are installed side by side on a roof base, a waterproof sheet is disposed in a state of covering the base plates, and the waterproof sheet is disposed in a dispersedly disposed waterproof sheet fixing portion. In the waterproof structure that is fixed, it is possible to prevent the airflow in the thickness direction of the base plate at the abutting portion of the plurality of base plates, and the stretchable weather tape extends over both base plates at the abutting portion. It is where it is glued.

According to the first characteristic configuration of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the airflow in the thickness direction of the base plate at the abutting portions of the plurality of base plates, and the elastic tape can be stretched under the abutting portions. Since it adheres to the state over the base plate, the butt portion between the base plates can be hermetically sealed by the weather tape, and air blowout in the base plate thickness direction can be prevented.
Moreover, since the weather strip has elasticity, it can follow the movement even if the opening of the butt is caused by repeated thermal expansion and contraction of the base plate, and the sealing of the butt is maintained. Is possible.
Accordingly, the butted portion of the base plate can be sealed more reliably. For example, even when the waterproof sheet receives a force that is sucked up by the negative pressure of the wind, It becomes easy to suppress the rise of the waterproof sheet by depressurizing the space. As a result, it is possible to prevent the waterproof sheet from wobbling without providing the waterproof sheet fixing portion at an interval shorter than necessary, and it is possible to provide a waterproof structure that is strong against strong winds without requiring labor and cost.

A second characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the weather tape is bonded to at least the back side of the base plates.

According to the second characteristic configuration of the present invention, in addition to being able to achieve the above-described operation and effect of the first characteristic configuration of the present invention, it is also possible to prevent airflow from below to the butting portion of the base plate. Therefore, the force acts in the direction in which the weather tape is pressed against the base plate, so that it is difficult to peel off, and it is easy to maintain the sealing property at the butt portion.
In addition, the weather strip is provided at a position spaced from the waterproof sheet surface to the back surface with the base plate sandwiched between them, so it is not easily affected by temperature changes due to sunlight on the waterproof sheet surface, and has a sealing effect over a long period of time. It is possible to demonstrate.

According to a third characteristic configuration of the present invention, the weather strip is a double-sided tape.

According to the third characteristic configuration of the present invention, in addition to being able to achieve the above-described operational effects according to the first or second characteristic configuration of the present invention, in a state where a weather tape is adhered on the roof base, By simply placing the base plate thereon, the base plate can be temporarily fixed to the roof base via a weather strip. Therefore, since the sealing operation of the butting portion and the temporary fixing operation of the base plate can be performed at a time, the efficiency of the roof forming operation can be improved.

According to a fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention, a plurality of base plates are installed side by side on a roof base, a waterproof sheet is disposed in a state of covering the base plates, and the waterproof sheet is disposed in a dispersedly disposed waterproof sheet fixing portion. In the waterproof structure that is fixed, the filler can be prevented from being blown out in the thickness direction of the base plate at the butting portions of the plurality of base plates, and the stretchable filler is integrated over both base plates at the butting portion. It is in a state where it is filled in a state.

According to the 4th characteristic structure of this invention, the sealing part of each base plate can be sealed with the said filler, and the ventilation | gas_flowing to a base plate thickness direction can be prevented.
In addition, since the filler has elasticity, even if the opening of the butt is caused by repeated thermal expansion and contraction of the base plate, it can follow the movement and maintain the sealed state of the butt.
Moreover, even if the shape of the abutting portion is not uniform, the filler can be filled in a state that is compatible with the uneven filling space, and a more reliable sealing effect can be exhibited.

According to a fifth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the filler is filled in dovetail grooves between both base plates formed in the butt portion.

According to the fifth characteristic configuration of the present invention, in addition to being able to achieve the above-described operational effect according to the fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention, the dovetail groove is filled with the filler, whereby the dovetail groove Therefore, it is possible to make it difficult for the filler to come out, and it is possible to maintain the sealing property at the butt portion over a long period of time.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show an example of a roof employing the waterproof structure of the present invention. A plurality of heat insulating plates (corresponding to a base plate) 2 are provided above a metal folded plate (corresponding to a roof base) 1. In addition to being arranged side by side, the waterproof sheet 3 is laid in a state of covering the top.

The metal folded plate (hereinafter simply referred to as a folded plate) 1 is formed by forming a metal plate (for example, a galvanized steel plate) into a zigzag (corrugated plate) shape in which valleys and peaks are alternately located as shown in the figure. A basic structure of a roof is formed by arranging a plurality of folded plates 1 side by side in such a manner that a part of the side portions overlap each other. In this embodiment, a so-called “folded plate” is used, but is not limited to this folded plate. For example, a simple flat metal plate, a so-called “deck plate”, a field plate, a roof structure member, etc. Any material can be used as a base for the roof.
The folded plate 1 is bolted over a plurality of beams (or purlins) 4 arranged at intervals along the roof surface.

In the present embodiment, the heat insulating plate 2 is provided with fire resistance, and is formed by integrally forming a heat insulating main body 2b and an outer metal skin 2a (see FIGS. 2 and 3). ).
The heat insulating plate 2 is formed in an elongated plate shape, and is arranged with its longitudinal direction facing in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the folded plate 1 (see FIG. 1). Moreover, the both edge parts of each heat insulation board 2 are each provided with the fitting part 6 so that it can carry out fitting connection with another heat insulation board 2 to adjoin. In this embodiment, the fitting portion 6 has a real joint structure as shown in FIGS.
Specifically, one side edge of the heat insulating plate 2 is formed with a fitting protrusion 6a over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and the other side edge is fitted with another heat insulating plate 2 to be adjacent. A fitting recess 6b formed in a shape that can be fitted with the mating projection 6a is formed over the entire length in the longitudinal direction.
Accordingly, when the heat insulating plates 2 are arranged on the folded plates 1 installed along the roof surface, the fitting convex portions 6a and the fitting concave portions 6b of the adjacent heat insulating plates 2 are sequentially fitted. By combining, it becomes possible to connect each heat insulation board 2 to an alignment state easily.

Further, the heat insulating main body 2b is formed of, for example, an isocyanate foam material, and has high strength and heat resistance. In addition, the heat insulating main body 2b can exhibit high heat insulating performance by including innumerable bubbles. It is constituted as follows.
And the said metal skin part 2a is integrally provided in the state which wraps the outer peripheral surface of the said heat insulation main-body part 2b. As a specific example, the metal skin portion 2a is formed of a thin plate material of a galvanized steel plate.

The waterproof sheet 3 is made of a synthetic resin sheet (for example, soft vinyl chloride), and is fixed on the heat insulating plate 2 laid by using, for example, a fixing metal 7 or the like.
The fixing bracket 7 includes a disc portion 7a and a screw 7b for fixing the disc portion 7a to the folded plate 1. The waterproof sheet 3 is bonded to the upper surface of the disc portion 7a. On the heat insulating plate 2, the fixing brackets 7 are arranged in a dispersed state at a predetermined pitch, and the mounting position of the fixing bracket 7 is the waterproof sheet fixing portion P.

Further, a stretchable cover tape M is stuck to the abutting portions T of the plurality of heat insulating plates 2 so as to extend over both heat insulating plates 2. The weather strip M is made of a synthetic resin, and can prevent the airflow in the thickness direction of the heat insulating plate 2 at the butting portion T. In the present embodiment, each of the front and back surfaces of the heat insulating plate 2 It is provided separately.
Therefore, for example, even if the heat insulating plate 2 expands and contracts due to a change in temperature or the like and the butt portion is opened, the state where the gap is shielded by the weather strip M can be maintained.

As a result, for example, due to the negative pressure generated by the wind blowing above the waterproof sheet 3, even if a force that is sucked up by the waterproof sheet 3 acts, the airtightness of the back surface space of the waterproof sheet 3 can be maintained, Can resist wicking. That is, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the ripples of the waterproof sheet 3 due to wind, and it has been said that the waterproof sheet is torn or fatigued due to extreme distortion concentrated on the periphery of the waterproof sheet fixing portion P in the waterproof sheet 3. It can prevent, and it can make it easy to maintain a waterproof layer in a healthy state.

[Second Embodiment]
FIG. 4 shows a roof according to a second embodiment that employs the waterproof structure of the present invention. With respect to the same configuration as the previous embodiment, the description thereof is omitted, and different configurations are mainly described.

As shown in the drawing, the heat insulating plate 2 has a notch 8a formed at the upper edge portion of the end surface that becomes the abutting portion T with the adjacent heat insulating plate 2. The notch 8a is configured to be inclined so that the notch vertical surface is further away from the abutting surface toward the lower side.
Therefore, when the heat insulating plates 2 are abutted with each other, the notches 8a are brought together at the abutting portion T to form the dovetail groove 8.

The dovetail groove 8 is filled with a flexible synthetic resin filler J that can be expanded and contracted. In addition to the adhesive strength between the inner wall of the dovetail groove 8 and the filler J, the physical fit between the two Depending on the structure, the sealing effect at the butt portion T can be exerted more powerfully.
Although not shown in the figure, if the weathering tape M described in the previous embodiment is bonded to the dovetail groove 8 so as to cover both the heat insulating plates 2 and the filler J, the butt portion is further improved. The effect of preventing opening can be improved, and a waterproof structure that is hardly affected by wind can be provided.

[Another embodiment]
Other embodiments will be described below.

<1> The roof base is not limited to the metal folded plate 1 described in the previous embodiment, and may be, for example, a deck plate, a field plate, an ALC plate, or the like. In addition, when the base plate 2 itself can be expected to have strength, the roof base may be a beam or girder that supports the base plate 2. However, the roof (for example, concrete slab etc.) formed in the state where the lower space and the base plate 2 back surface space do not communicate with each other is out of the object.
In short, the roof base is intended to support the base plate 2 and has a possibility that air may flow into the back surface space of the base plate 2 in some form, and these are collectively referred to as the roof base.
Moreover, the material of the roof base itself is not particularly limited.
<2> The waterproof sheet 3 is not limited to the synthetic resin waterproof sheet described in the previous embodiment, and may be, for example, a waterproof sheet such as a synthetic rubber sheet or an asphalt sheet, or a laminate thereof. They may be collectively referred to as a waterproof sheet.
Further, a fibrous base material such as glass fiber or polyester fiber may be mixed into the waterproof sheet in the form of a layer or the whole, and it is possible to exert a dimensional stability effect as well as a reinforcing effect.
<3> The base plate 2 is not limited to one configured so that adjacent ones can be connected by the fitting portion 6 as described in the previous embodiment. It is also possible to have a configuration in which the two are simply matched. Furthermore, the heat insulating plate is not limited to a heat insulating plate formed so that the outer peripheral surface of the heat insulating main body 2b is wrapped with the metal skin portion 2a. It may be configured with. In short, it may be anything that can serve as a base for the waterproof sheet, and collectively includes the base plate 2. Therefore, the base plate may be composed of a field plate, an ALC plate, or the like.
<4> As described in the previous embodiment, the weather strip is not limited to being individually attached to both the front and back surfaces of the base plate, but is attached only to either the front surface or the back surface. There may be. However, with respect to the rise of air from the lower space through the butted portions of the base plates as the waterproof sheet is sucked up, it is preferable that the cover tape is stuck on the back side of the base plates because it is difficult to peel off. .
Further, the weather tape may be composed of a double-sided tape. In this case, for example, when used on the back surface side of the base plate, after attaching the weather tape to the roof base in advance, the lower tape is placed thereon. If a base plate is installed, temporary fixing can be achieved. On the other hand, when used on the surface side of the base plate, the waterproof sheet can be fixed together with the fixing bracket.
<5> The filler J is not limited to the dovetail shape as described in the previous embodiment. For example, the filler J is a groove having a rectangular cross section or wider toward the opening end. It may be a groove. In addition, the configuration is not limited to filling only the upper edge portion of the base plate, but may be a configuration filling only the lower edge portion or a configuration filling both the upper and lower edge portions. Further, it may be combined with the weather tape.
