Abstract
Description
The present invention belongs to the technical field of liner plates used for the lining of horizontal shafts such as shafts for propulsion methods, shafts for deep foundation methods, drainage wells, etc., or drainage tunnels. The present invention relates to a steel material joining method and a joining structure in which end portions of a steel material to be attached (particularly, a reinforcing ring piece forming a reinforcing ring) face each other and are bolted using a nut held by a nut holding member via a joint plate.
In order to increase the strength of the liner plate, a reinforcing ring may be provided along a circumferential flange of the liner plate.
Generally, the reinforcing ring is formed by joining a plurality of reinforcing ring pieces formed in an arc shape via a joint plate, and the reinforcing ring piece is preferably made of H-shaped steel, and one flange is connected to the natural ground side. Arranged, the other side flange is arranged inside the mine, joined to each other manually by the workers inside the mine, and formed into a closed cross-sectional shape such as a circular shape or an oval shape matching the cross-sectional shape of the liner plate.
Regarding the joining work of the reinforcing ring pieces constituting the reinforcing ring, the joining work of the flange part of the mine inner side part can be performed without any trouble while confirming visually by the operator, The joining operation of the flange portion is often carried out in a groping state that is difficult to visually confirm by an operator, which is very troublesome and left a problem in terms of workability.
By the way, the most difficult part to check visually by the worker is the upper half of the flange (especially the inner side) when the reinforcement ring is made of H-shaped steel. The bolt joining operation of fastening the nut through the bolt is very troublesome, and the worker is most troubled.
Based on the above problems, conventionally, various techniques have been proposed in which the work of joining the flange portion on the ground mountain side of the reinforcing ring piece has been devised as follows.
1) Prior to the work of attaching the reinforcing ring piece to the liner plate, the portion that matches the bolt hole of the ground side flange in advance on the inner surface of the top half of the ground side flange of the reinforcing ring piece (H-shaped steel) A technology that welds a nut or attaches a clip nut.
In addition, although there are different technical fields, there is an invention in which a joining nut fixing jig provided with a nut is previously attached to a steel material by means such as welding (for example, see Patent Document 1).
2) Prior to the work of attaching the reinforcing ring piece to the liner plate, a lock washer is used in advance from the inner side of the upper half of the H-shaped steel ground side flange to the outer side through the bolt through the bolt hole of the flange. Technology to hold the bolt.
3) A hooking portion (12) having an appropriate hook shape that can be hooked to the edge of the H-shaped steel at the upper end of the joint plate (10) for joining the ground-side flange of the H-shaped steel (20). ), And after attaching the H-shaped steel to the liner plate (24), the invention for latching the joint plate to the H-shaped steel using the latching portion (Claims of
4) The extending portion (58b) of the joint plate (58) is integrally provided on one of the ground-side flanges of the opposing reinforcing ring piece (18) so as to protrude to the other reinforcing ring piece, and the other reinforcing ring An invention in which a fixing member (54) sandwiching the extended portion is provided on one of the natural ground flanges, and the extended portion is positioned between the fixing members, and then the two are connected by a connecting bolt (56) ( (See claims of
5) The right half part (41) of the joint plate mounting part of the ground-side flange (4) of the reinforcing ring (2) is provided with an overhang part (43) projecting downward from the lower end of the lower half part thereof, An invention in which a joint plate (7) is applied to the lower half portion of the natural mountain side flange and the overhang portion, and is fixed with a bolt (8) and a nut (9) (the claims of
In the technology according to 1), a nut is provided in advance on the inner surface of the upper half of the ground mountain side flange, which is the most difficult to work with. It seems that work efficiency can be improved.
However, when a nut is attached by welding, high dimensional accuracy is required, which is very troublesome. In addition, since galvanizing is applied to the H-shaped steel, there is a problem that a screw threading process of the nut is separately required and the cost is increased. It was. In addition, every time a reinforcing ring piece is attached, a work for confirming the position where the nut is provided and adjusting the orientation is newly added.
Further, since the nut is welded and fixed to the reinforcing ring piece, the nut is not moved at all, and the tip of the bolt must be screwed into the nut only by the bolt operation when the bolt is joined. The operation of screwing the tip of the bolt into the nut is easier not only for the bolt operation but also for the nut to move along the axis of the bolt, but in this way the nut is welded to the reinforcing ring piece and does not move at all The groping work that is difficult to visually check is very troublesome.
When using a clip nut, generally, the clip part fixed to the flange is not so high in elasticity that it is easy to come off, and the clip part on the side where the bolt is inserted is inclined. Since the center line of the nut is shifted, there is a problem that alignment is troublesome and tightening is difficult.
Also, clip nuts are very expensive compared to ordinary nuts, and it is not practical to use clip nuts at all necessary locations because of the increased cost.
About invention using the joining nut fixing jig provided with the nut concerning the above-mentioned patent documents 1, if it applies to joining of a reinforcement ring piece, the
The technology related to 2) above is compared with the joining work of the reinforcing ring, which does not give any ingenuity, since the joining work is performed with the bolts temporarily fixed to the inner surface of the upper half of the ground-side flange where the work is most difficult. It seems that the work efficiency at the site can be improved.
However, a total of four bolts to be temporarily fixed are used, at least two at the ends of the reinforcing ring pieces facing each other. However, it is not possible to temporarily fix these bolts in a direction perpendicular to the flange. Have difficulty. Therefore, the work of passing the four bolts through the bolt holes provided in the joint plate after attaching the reinforcing ring piece to the liner plate at once is very troublesome. In some cases, the joint plate hits the tip of the bolt and the bolt slides down as it is. There was a problem that work efficiency deteriorated.
Although the invention according to
Although the invention according to

It is a piece.

The steel material joining method and joining structure according to the present invention have the following effects.
I) The nut holding member and the joint plate can be rationally and quickly positioned by attaching the nut holding member and the joint plate so as to be able to rotate with a length straddling the steel material attached to the liner plate. In addition, the bolt joining operation can be performed efficiently and reliably. Therefore, it is excellent in workability and economy.
II) Position the nut holding member and joint plate reasonably and quickly by attaching the nut holding member and joint plate to the length that spans the reinforcing ring piece attached to the liner plate. In addition to the inside of the mine, it is possible to efficiently and reliably perform the bolt joining work on the natural ground side outside the mine, which is difficult to confirm visually by the operator. Therefore, it is excellent in workability and economy.
III) The nut fitting part formed on the nut holding member is formed slightly larger than the outer diameter of the nut, and the nut fitted in the nut fitting part is held so loose that it does not rotate in the nut fitting part. is doing. Therefore, by giving the nut some play, the bolt to be fastened to the nut can be operated with the core slightly swaying against the nut to find the screw end of the nut, and the screwing operation can be easily advanced. Even when the bolt and nut are fastened in a groping state that is difficult for an operator to visually confirm, a smooth and good bolt joining operation can be performed.
IV) The engaging part provided in the nut fitting part is implemented with a shape or material that can be elastically deformed. Therefore, when the bolt is screwed into the nut during the bolt joining process, the nut moves toward the flange side of the reinforcing ring piece due to the same screwing force, and the locking part is expanded to release the slip-off prevention state. By continuing the operation, the nut is brought into close contact with the flange of the reinforcing ring piece, and the bolt can be firmly tightened.
V) In short, the steel material joining method and structure according to the present invention is the case where the bolt and nut are tightened in a groping state that is difficult for an operator to visually confirm by using the nut holding member having the above-described configuration. However, it is possible not only to perform a smooth and good bolt joining operation, but also to improve the fixing property between the bolt and the nut and to maintain a firm fastening state permanently.

Embodiments of a steel material joining method and a joining structure according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. By the way, in this embodiment, an arc-shaped reinforcing ring piece 1 is adopted as the steel material 1, and a steel material joining method for forming a reinforcing ring by joining a plurality of reinforcing ring pieces 1 along the
In describing the joining method of the reinforcing ring piece 1 according to the present invention, first, the form of the reinforcing ring piece 1 and other components used in this joining method will be described.

By the way, the cross-sectional dimension of the H-section steel of the reinforcing ring piece 1 according to the illustrated example is 125 (height) × 125 (width) × 6.5 (web thickness) × 9 (flange thickness) (unit: mm) is doing.
The shape steel used for the reinforcing ring piece 1 is not limited to the H-shape steel, and can be similarly applied to the groove-shaped
Although part of the reinforcing ring is omitted for the sake of illustration, the four reinforcing ring pieces 1 having a circular arc shape are used, and the ends of the adjacent reinforcing ring pieces 1 and 1 face each other to form a ring shape. It is carried out. The number, shape, and cross-sectional dimensions of the reinforcing ring pieces 1 constituting the reinforcing ring are not limited to the illustrated examples, and the scale and shape of the reinforcing ring and consequently the
Incidentally, in the illustrated example, the adjacent reinforcing ring pieces 1 and 1 are abutted and joined to each other so that the end portions of the reinforcing ring pieces 1 and 1 come into contact with each other. However, the present invention is not limited to this. It can also be joined.

The

A method for joining the reinforcing ring pieces 1 according to the present invention using the reinforcing ring 1, the
1-5 has shown the Example of the joining method of the reinforcement ring piece 1 which concerns on this invention.
As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, first, the reinforcing ring piece 1 is joined by connecting two reinforcing ring pieces 1 and 1 that are faced to each other before attaching the reinforcing ring piece 1 to the
Specifically, in the illustrated example, the bolt hole provided at a position where the
This operation is performed on the ground or in the mine of the
Next, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, either one of the
Thereafter, the
Next, as shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the
In this bolting operation of the natural mountain side flange portion, the
In addition, when the
After the operation of screwing the
In this way, the
Thus, the
