Description

The present invention relates to a perforated comparative sample label and perforation capable of confirming the degree of perforation of a recording medium such as a continuous continuous label or fanfold paper used in a printing apparatus such as a label printer. The present invention relates to a confirmation method using a comparative sample label.

Conventionally, as a recording medium used in a printing apparatus such as a label printer, a label is temporarily attached to an elongated release paper (mounting paper) via an adhesive, and a perforation is provided between adjacent labels. Such a label continuum is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).
Referring to FIG. 8, the label continuous body of Patent Document 1 will be described. A strip display label for horticulture, which is formed by temporarily attaching a long release paper (mounting paper) 51 to a display substrate having an adhesive layer (not shown). 50, horizontal perforations 52 are formed at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the strip-shaped display label 50 for gardening, and a space between the horizontal perforations 52, 52 is defined and formed as a single-leaf display label 53.
Furthermore, in the strip-shaped display label 50 for gardening, a vertical perforation 54 is formed in the longitudinal direction of one side portion of the strip-shaped display label, and a slit is formed along the longitudinal direction of the other side portion of the release paper 51. 55 is formed.
The strip-shaped display label 50 for gardening is cut out along with the horizontal perforation 52 together with the release paper 51 together with the single-leaf display label 53, and then the release paper 51 is removed along the vertical perforation 54 and the slit 55. The adhesive layer (not shown) on the back of the single-leaf display label 53 is exposed, and is attached in a loop to be displayed on a branch of a garden plant.
By the way, the belt-like display label 50 for horticulture is an example of a label continuous body used in a label printer (not shown). Besides, it is used not only for various purposes such as distribution and food, A mode in which the release paper 51 and the single-leaf display label 53 are separated along the horizontal perforation 52 together as in the above-described horticultural belt-like display label 50, or a single-leaf display label 53 from the release paper 51 along the horizontal perforation 52. The perforation (horizontal perforation 52, vertical perforation 54) setting, that is, the ratio between the perforated cut portion and the uncut portion is different depending on the manner and user convenience. Depending on the opinion, “The perforation of the label continuum was difficult to cut”, conversely, the request “I want to make it difficult to cut from the perforation”, or “I want to cut it after attaching it to the product” Or, there was a request such as “I want to bend it along the perforation”, so it was necessary to set the perforation for each request and check with the user whether the setting matched the request. .
In order for the user to select perforation settings in response to the user's request, a plurality of types of label continuums with appropriate perforations are obtained as comparative samples based on past production results. We had you compare the degree of perforation.
However, it takes a lot of time to find an appropriate sample from the production results, and there is a problem in that it takes time to purchase and provides it to the user for confirmation.
In addition, since the labels ordered are different in size, shape, and base material, there is a problem that comparison under the same conditions is difficult.

The present invention has been made paying attention to the above-mentioned problems, and a perforation comparison sample label and a confirmation method using a perforation comparison sample label that can easily confirm the degree of cutting of various perforations. The issue is to provide.

In order to achieve the above object, the perforated comparative sample label according to the present invention is formed on the mount through a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer with a rectangular mount and a part of the periphery of the mount being slightly exposed. A plurality of label base materials to be laminated, a plurality of provided in a direction intersecting one side direction of the laminated base sheet and label base material and at a desired interval in one side direction, and penetrating the base paper and label base material A perforation comparative sample label provided with a perforation, wherein each of the plurality of perforations is formed by repetition of a cut portion and an uncut portion at different ratios, and the mount And one end of the label substrate is formed as the cut portion, and the other end is formed as the uncut portion.
Moreover, the label base material can be provided with a display portion indicating the ratio of perforations.
Furthermore, the confirmation method using the perforation comparative sample label according to the present invention is a method in which a rectangular mount and a part of the peripheral edge of the mount are slightly exposed to the mount through the adhesive layer. A plurality of label base materials to be laminated, a plurality of provided in a direction intersecting one side direction of the laminated base sheet and label base material and at a desired interval in one side direction, and penetrating the base paper and label base material A plurality of perforations are formed by repetition of a cut portion and an uncut portion with different ratios, and one end portion of the mount and the label base material is the cut portion, Further, in the confirmation method using the perforation comparative sample label formed so that the other end portion becomes the uncut portion, and selecting the perforation among the plurality of perforations, When checking the cutting condition of the label base material, peel off the label base material from the mount to the perforation, and then detach only the label base material along the perforation. At the time of confirmation, the label base material is peeled over the perforation to expose the mount, and only the mount is cut along the perforation.
Moreover, the cut part and the uncut part in the edge part of the mount and the label base material can be alternately formed in one side direction.

In the perforated comparative sample label of the present invention, each of the plurality of perforations is formed by repetition of a cut portion and an uncut portion at different ratios, and one end portion of the mount and the label base material is a cut portion. In addition, since the other end is formed to be an uncut portion, it is possible to confirm various cutting conditions with a single sheet as compared with the conventional sample in which different types of perforation are formed. There is an effect that can be done.
In addition, if the label base material is provided with a display unit indicating the perforation ratio, not only the perforation of the corresponding setting can be easily found, but also the display unit when the ratio setting of the cut part and the uncut part is changed. The current ratio is easy to memorize, and thus becomes a guideline for the change ratio.
Furthermore, the confirmation method using the perforation comparative sample label according to the present invention selects the perforation among a plurality of perforations, and when checking the degree of breakage of the label base material, the label is printed from the mount. After peeling off the base material to the perforation, only the label base material is cut along the perforation, and when checking the cutting condition of the mount, peel off the label base material over the perforation. Since only the mount is cut off along the perforation after the surface is exposed, it is easy to check the cutting condition with the perforation, and it is possible to select only the mount or only the label substrate Thus, there is an effect that it is possible to confirm a plurality of kinds of cutting conditions.
Further, if the cut portions and the uncut portions at the end portions of the mount and the label base material are alternately formed in one side direction, adjacent perforations are difficult to cut at the time of separation.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
1 is an explanatory plan view showing an embodiment of a perforation comparative sample label according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a partially enlarged explanatory view of a portion II in FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged explanatory view, FIG. 4 is a back explanatory view seen from the mount side, and FIG. 5 is a perspective explanatory view seen from the front side.
The perforation comparative sample label 1 includes a rectangular mount 2, and a label substrate 3 and a perforation 4 that are stacked on the mount 2 via an adhesive layer (not shown).
A release agent (not shown) is applied to the surface of the mount 2.
The label base material 3 is laminated on the surface of the mount 2 via an adhesive layer (not shown), and has a slightly smaller size than the mount 2. Mainly, as shown in FIG. The mount 2 is slightly exposed at the peripheral edge of the substrate 3. The portion of the mount 2 slightly exposed at the peripheral edge of the laminated label base material 3 is used as a “grip allowance” described later.
The perforation 4 is provided so as to penetrate from the surface side of the laminated label base material 3 to the back surface of the mount 2 (see FIG. 4), and in the longitudinal direction L of the right side 5a or the left side 5b in FIG. A plurality of (six in the illustrated example) are provided in parallel from one side 5a to the other side 5b, and each of the plurality of perforations 4 (4a to 4f) has a different setting. That is, mainly as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cut portion 6a of the perforation 4 formed by repetition of the cut portion 6a which is a “cut portion” and the uncut portion 6b which is a “joint portion” The ratio of the uncut portion 6b is “2: 1” for the first perforation 4a, “3: 1” for the second perforation 4b, “1: 1” for the third perforation 4c, ... In the sixth perforation 4f, it is set as "n vs. m" (n and m are arbitrary numbers).
Further, mainly as shown in FIG. 2, the perforation 4b (4a to 4f) has an uncut portion 6b which is a “joint portion” at the end 2a of the mount 2 on the side 5a side, and the mount The end portion 3a of the label base material 3 laminated on 2 is formed so as to be a cut portion 6a which is a “cut portion”, and the mount on the other side 5b side as shown mainly in FIG. The end portion 2a of 2 is a cut portion 6a, and the end portion 3a of the label base material 3 is formed to be an uncut portion 6b.
That is, since the cut portion 6a and the uncut portion 6b are formed at the left and right end portions 2a of the mount 2, and the cut portion 6a and the uncut portion 6b are formed at the right and left end portions 3a of the label base material 3, respectively. A mode from the cut portion (cut portion) 6a or the uncut portion (joint portion) 6b of the mount 2 and a mode from the cut portion 6a or the uncut portion 6b of the label base material 3 are formed by one perforation 4, respectively. Will be.

Next, the usage state of the perforation comparative sample label 1 will be described mainly with reference to FIG.
The lower right mount 2 of the perforation comparative sample label 1 is picked with a finger as a “gripping allowance”, and the perforation to be confirmed is set, that is, the cut portion 6a and the uncut portion 6b are formed at a corresponding ratio. The label base material 3 on the surface side is peeled off to the perforation 4.
First, the case where it is desired to check the cutting condition of the label substrate 3 will be described.
When the label base material 3 is peeled off, in the case of confirming the “cutting state” from the cut portion 6a of the label base material 3, as shown in FIG. 6, it is peeled off from the side 5a side, and “ When confirming “cutting”, peel off from the other side 5b side. Then, the “cut condition” of the perforations 4 formed at a desired ratio is confirmed while cutting off the label base material 3 along the desired perforations 4 (in the example shown, perforations 4f).
When it is desired to check the “cutting condition” of the mount 2, the label base material 3 is peeled beyond the desired perforation 4, the perforation 4 of the mount 2 is exposed, and the “cutting condition” from the cut portion 6 a is displayed. ”From the other side 5b, and if“ cut ”from the uncut portion 6b is confirmed, cut along the perforation 4 from the side 5a, respectively, at the corresponding ratio. The “cut” of the perforation 4 of the mounted mount 2 is confirmed.

As described above, the plurality of perforations 4a to 4f are formed by repetition of the cut portion 6a and the uncut portion 6b having different ratios, and the end portion 2a on the side 5a side of the mount 2 is formed in the cut portion 6b. The end 3a on one side 5a side of the label substrate 3 laminated on the mount 2 is formed on the uncut portion 6b, and the end 2a on the other side 5b side of the mount 2 is formed on the uncut portion 6a. By forming the end 3a on the other side 5b side of the label base material 3 to be laminated on the mount 2 in the cut portion 6a, various perforations 4 having different ratios of the cut portion 6a and the uncut portion 6b ( 4a to 4f) are prepared, so that a variety of “cuts” can be obtained with one “label” as compared to the conventional “label continuum” in which different types of “perforations” are formed. The condition can be confirmed.
Further, the end 2a, 3a of the mount 2 and the label base 3 is an uncut portion 6b or a cut portion 6a on the side 5a side and the other side 5b side. When the label base material 3 is cut off, the feeling of “cutting” from both the cut part 6a and the uncut part 6b can be confirmed, so that various ratios of the aforementioned cut part 6a and uncut part 6b can be set. Together, it is possible to form the perforation 4 of various forms, and therefore, it is possible to realize a perforation comparative sample label as a “tool” capable of widely selecting the optimum perforation 4.

Next, another embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
In the following description, parts that are the same as those in the previous embodiment are given the same reference numerals, and redundant descriptions are omitted.
In the perforation comparative sample label 11, a plurality of single leaf perforated comparative sample labels 11 a are connected in the longitudinal direction L by the perforation 12 of the mount 2.
In the perforations 4a, 4c, and 4e, on the side 5a side, the end portion 2a of the mount 2 becomes a cut portion 6a that is a "cut portion", and the end portion 3a of the label base material 3 laminated on the mount 2 is The end 2a of the mount 2 on the other side 5b side becomes the uncut portion 6b, and the end 3a of the label base 3 is formed as an uncut portion 6b which is a "joint portion". Is formed to be a cut portion 6a.
Further, the perforations 4b, 4d, and 4f adjacent to the perforations 4a, 4c, and 4e are, on the other hand, on the side 5a side, the end 2a of the mount 2 is an uncut portion 6b, and the mount 2 is formed so as to be a cut portion 6a, and an end portion 2a of the mount 2 on the other side 5b side is a cut portion 6a. The end 3a of the material 3 is formed to be an uncut portion 6b.
That is, since the end portion 2a of the mount 2 and the end portion 3a of the label base material 3 are alternately formed with the cut portions 6a and the uncut portions 6b in the longitudinal direction L on the one side 5a and the other side 5b side. Alternatively, when the label base material 3 is cut along the perforation 4, the acting force applied to the perforation 4 of the adjacent mount 2 or label base material 3 is reduced.
A display unit 13 is provided on the surface of the label substrate 3. For example, the display unit 13a is configured so that the setting of the perforation 4a, that is, how the ratio of the cut portion (cut portion) 6a and the uncut portion 6b is formed (in the illustrated example, “↑ Off: Connection = 2: 1”) is displayed.
By providing the display unit 13 (13a), when checking the “cutting condition”, the perforation 4a set in the corresponding cut part 6a and the uncut part 6b can be easily found and the “cutting condition” can be checked. When there is a request to “make it easier to cut a little more”, it is easy to set a standard for how to change the next setting, that is, the ratio of the cut portion 6a to the uncut portion 6b. .
Since the perforated comparative sample label 11 of the present embodiment is connected in the longitudinal direction L via the perforation 12 of the mount 2, the perforated comparative sample label 11 is attached to a label printer with a cutter device (not shown) and the like. It can also be used when checking the cutting status of each eye 4.
About another structure, an effect | action, and an effect, detailed description is abbreviate | omitted since it is the same as that of previous embodiment.

It should be noted that the configuration and operation of the above-described embodiment are examples, and it goes without saying that they can be changed as appropriate without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
