波長走査に伴う吸光測定が終了したあとに、時刻T3において、圧力計12による電圧信号がADC27によりデジタル化された圧力値X2を、再び測定時圧力推定部282に取り込む。波長走査の間、圧力値の計測は行われないので、時刻T2における圧力値は不明である。そこで、測定時圧力推定部282は、時刻T1、T2、T3、及び実測の圧力値X1、X2からT2における被測定ガスの圧力値Xadjを推定する。例えば、圧力計12での検出の応答遅れが無視できるとすれば、最も簡単な推定方法は、次の(13)式による直線補間によるものである。
