又、閉板時の圧縮でシール材が芯枠から外れない様に濾枠の外周断面をC形溝状に形成し、濾枠外周のC形溝で芯枠を抱持する様にして濾枠の芯枠からの脱落防止が図られている。

又、濾枠の外周に凹溝を形成し、該凹溝に外枠内側に支持される断面方形状に形成した芯枠を嵌着する様にしても良い。

要するに本発明の濾枠は、外枠内側に支持され、且つ外枠の厚み方向前後に突出する様に肉厚に形成した高硬度のゴム製シール材から成るので、濾板に接触する部分が密着する様に弾性変形して良好な密封(シール)性を保持しつつ、耐久性を維持することができ、よって従来と同様に濾過室の最適形状を保持できるから、従来濾枠に要していた金属スペーサを不要とすることができる。
このため、濾枠に用いる金属スペーサの材料費を削減でき、コストを低減できると共に、濾板に被着する濾布の寿命を従来に比し高めることができる。
