Description

The present invention relates to a sushi pinching device for easily pinching and holding sushi to be eaten mainly at a rotary sushi restaurant and transporting it to the mouth.

Conventional edible utensils for carrying in the mouth include chopsticks, spoons, forks, and lotus roots, but there are no special sushi utensils.

Conventionally, there have been many sandwiching instruments such as an ice tongue as shown in FIG. 7, a condiment tongue as shown in FIG. 8, a general tongue as shown in FIG.

Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 12, there are auxiliaries for connecting chopsticks for elderly people and persons with disabilities so that they can be used without difficulty, or chopsticks connected from the beginning.

特開2006−55351号公報JP 2006-55351 A 特開2008−520334号公報JP 2008-520334 A 特開2002−17554号公報JP 2002-17554 A 特開2003−135293号公報JP 2003-135293 A 特開2003−144339号公報JP 2003-144339 A 特開2006−122034号公報JP 2006-122034 A

Although it is a popular sushi roll in Japan and overseas, it is difficult for Japanese, children, the elderly, and people with disabilities to hold sushi with chopsticks. Further, as shown in FIG. 11, the difficulty level is further increased for those who cannot use chopsticks well or who are not familiar with chopsticks. For this reason, it takes time until it is sandwiched, or it may fall before the sushi sandwiched in the mouth is put into the mouth, or it may be shattered and dropped into soy sauce to scatter the soy sauce.

On the other hand, the sushi that was originally eaten by hand grabbing had the sanitation that the hands get dirty, the hassle of having to wipe hands with a wet towel each time it is eaten, and that even wiping with a wet towel cannot sterilize enough .

Next, the Japanese seem to be the country that consumes the most wooden chopsticks in the world, but they cut down tens of millions of trees annually to produce wooden chopsticks. For this reason, logging a tree that takes about 50 years to grow up does not keep up with the growth and planting of trees, breaking the balance between supply and demand, resulting in destruction of the environment.

To eat sushi with traditional tongs, the original use was limited to grabbing, picking, and pinching things, and not putting them in the mouth. The condiment tongs (8) in FIG. 8 are made of bamboo only, but have a concavo-convex part (10) at the tip, a lot of troughs (9) and burrs (11), and corners. It was dangerous to put in the mouth.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2006-55351 is similar in use to the present invention, but the pinch portion (16) shown in FIG. 10 is too thin for sandwiching sushi and the spring portion (18) is V-shaped. Adhesion with sushi deteriorates when sandwiching sushi. Also, the handle portion (17) makes it a large instrument and difficult to use.

As shown in FIG. 12, when the auxiliary tool (21) is connected to the chopsticks, the handle portion of the chopsticks (20) is shortened, which makes it difficult to hold the sushi. When the chopsticks are used, the positional relationship between the chopsticks and sushi must be long as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, the sushi sandwiching device (1) of the present invention is configured such that a single flat plate is bent into a substantially U shape, the bent portion is a fulcrum, the gripping portion and the tip portion are opposed, and do not cross each other. This is a sushi sandwich tool that is easy to open and close in shape.

As shown in FIG. 18, since the sushi clamping device (1) is put in the mouth, it has a finish without sausage (9) and burr (11) as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, the gripping portion (4a) and the gripping portion (4b) are only gripped, and as shown in FIG. 3, the inner side and the outer side may be flat like the gripping portion cross section (4c). This sushi sandwich tool has an arc shape, a shape with no corners, a flat surface on the inside as shown in FIG. 2 (2c), a taper on the outside, and easy insertion into the mouth.

As shown in FIG. 4, the opening width of the distal end portion (2a) and the distal end portion (2b) is wider than that of the bent portion (3), so that the elastic behavior of returning to the original position can be achieved. Therefore, when sandwiching sushi, it is only a simple operation to grip, and it is a sushi sandwich tool that can be easily gripped by changing the gripping location arbitrarily or by adjusting the gripping force.

As shown in FIG. 6, since the holding part width (5) is wider than the general chopsticks width, it is a sushi pinching tool having a characteristic that a sense of stability is further increased when the sushi (22) is pinched.

The sushi sandwich tool (1) of the present invention is made of bamboo, synthetic resin and recyclable synthetic resin, which is disposable like a wooden disposable chopsticks when bamboo is used. It is intended to provide a sushi sandwich tool (1) having a feature that makes it possible to recycle even if it is washed, reused or discarded.

Children, elderly people, people with disabilities, or foreigners who had previously thought that it was difficult to grab sushi with the present invention can be easily handled with light force regardless of the dominant hand, and as shown in FIG. Because the club width (5) is wider than general chopsticks, sushi can be held stably, and as shown in Fig. 11, the correct chopsticks cannot be held, so that sushi can be dropped or shattered. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 12, it is not necessary to use the chopsticks to which the auxiliary device (21) is connected.

Since the tip (2a) and the tip (2b) of the sushi sandwich tool (1) of the present invention are arcuate, there are no corners, as shown in the tip section (2c) as shown in FIG. The taper makes it easy to put in the mouth and is safe.

The sushi sandwiching device (1) of the present invention allows the sushi to be eaten with a sense that is closer to the hand, so that foreigners can eat it as if it were a way of eating sushi. You will enjoy the culture.

The sushi sandwich device (1) of the present invention can be disposable by using bamboo, but unlike trees, bamboo that grows in a short period of about 3 to 5 years is not depleted of resources. Will not destroy. When a synthetic resin is used, it can be mass-produced by integral molding, and the cost can be reduced, and it can be reused or recycled after disposal. Using recyclable synthetic resins can further reduce costs through a synergistic effect. By making the material bamboo, synthetic resin and recyclable synthetic resin, it becomes an instrument that can be considered in terms of hygiene and environment.

By using the sushi pinching device (1) of the present invention, it is possible to activate not only the conveyor belt sushi industry but also the domestic and foreign sushi industries and create accessories.

Since the present invention can be used not only for sushi, but also for seaweed and sweets that have been eaten by hand, there is a possibility of expanding its use not only in Japan but also worldwide.
