Description

The present invention relates to a luminaire that can handle two types of lamps having different lengths using the same component.

Some conventional lighting fixtures can handle two types of lamps having different lengths using the same component (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
Hereinafter, a conventional lighting apparatus will be described with reference to FIG.
As shown in FIG. 7, the conventional lighting fixture 100 includes a lamp 102 and a reflector 103 that reflects light from the lamp 102 in a predetermined direction inside the fixture body 101. A socket 105 to which the lamp 102 is attached is attached to the top plate portion 104 of the reflection plate 103. The lamp 102, the reflection plate 103, the socket 105, and the like are accommodated inside a fixed reflection plate 106 that is fixed to the opening of the instrument body 101.

The mounting height of the socket 105 can be set according to the height and structure of the opening of the fixed reflector 106 of the existing downlight so that the illumination range by the lamp 102 becomes a desired range.
That is, the socket 105 and the lamp 102 are removed from the existing instrument body 101, and a socket corresponding to a new lamp is attached to the instrument body 101. Then, the reflecting plate 103 is placed inside the fixed reflecting plate 106, and the socket 105 is fixed to the top plate portion 104 with screws or the like.
Thereby, there is no need for ceiling renovation work, and the lighting fixture 100 suitable for the new lamp 102 can be obtained using the existing lighting fixture.

However, in the conventional lighting apparatus 100 described above, in order to replace the lamp 102 with a new lamp having a different length, it is necessary to replace the lamp 102 with a new socket having a different mounting height. For this reason, there existed a problem of causing a cost increase. Further, when replacing the lamp 102, there is a problem in that a separate member is required to prevent erroneous mounting of a different type of lamp, resulting in an increase in cost.

The present invention has been made in order to solve the conventional problems, and avoids an increase in cost due to the use of separate parts, so that lamps having different lengths can be mounted, and erroneous mounting of different types of lamps is possible.
Hereinafter, the lighting fixture of embodiment of this invention is demonstrated using drawing.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, a lighting fixture 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is a reflector 20 that reflects light from a lamp 11 in a predetermined direction, and the lamp 11 is attached to the reflector 20. A socket base 30 for attaching the socket 31 is provided. Such a luminaire 10 can be used as a downlight by being embedded in, for example, an embedding hole formed in a mounting portion of the ceiling 12.

As shown in FIG. 3, the reflecting plate 20 has a truncated cone shape with a wide opening 21 at the lower end, and the inner surface 201 has a mirror finish so as to reflect light. Around the opening 21, there is a bowl-shaped decorative plate 23 that is exposed in contact with the lower surface of the ceiling 12. From the vicinity of the lower end of the outer surface of the reflecting plate 20, a plurality of (here, two) supporting members 24 made of leaf springs are provided in a radial manner, and abut the upper surface of the ceiling 12 to fix the reflecting plate 20 ( (See FIG. 1B).

As shown also in FIG. 5, the top plate 22 has a top plate 22 at the upper end of the reflector plate 20, and a lamp hole 221 through which the lamp 11 passes at the center of the top plate 22. Around the lamp hole 221 in the top plate 22, a pair of mounting bases 25, 25 are projected at opposite positions, and a first screw capable of mounting the socket base 30 is attached to the upper end surface of the mounting base 25. A hole group 251 is provided.
Therefore, the pair of first screw hole groups 251 and 251 are in point-symmetric positions with respect to the center of the lamp hole 221.

A pair of second screw hole groups 222 and 222 to which the socket base 30 can be attached are provided between the mounting bases 25 around the lamp holes 221 of the top plate 22. The pair of second screw hole groups 222, 222 are point-symmetrical with respect to the center of the lamp hole 221, and are arranged between the pair of first screw hole groups 251, 251. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the second screw hole group 222 is provided with a screw bag portion 26 that protrudes to the inside of the reflecting plate 20, and a lamp identification rib 27 is protruded from the lower end of the screw bag portion 16. .

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the socket base 30 has a socket attachment surface 32 to which the socket 31 is attached and a reflection plate attachment portion 33 to be attached to the reflection plate 20. The socket mounting surface 32 is a rectangular plane, and has a socket hole 321 for mounting the socket 31 at the center. The socket hole 321 has a recess 322 for inserting the socket 31, and after the socket 31 is inserted, the socket 31 is rotated to lock the socket 31 so as not to drop off.

The reflector mounting portion 33 includes a pair of standing leg portions 34 and 34 that are bent downward perpendicularly to the socket mounting surface 32 from an opposing position, and a mounting surface 35 provided at the tip of the standing leg portion 34. The mounting surface 35 is provided with a socket mounting surface side screw hole 351 that is selectively attached to the first screw hole group 251 and the second screw hole group 222 of the reflecting plate 20. The socket mounting surface side screw hole 351 provided in each mounting surface 35 is in a point-symmetrical position with respect to the center of the socket hole 321.

Next, the operation of attaching the socket base 30 to the reflector 20 will be described with reference to FIG.
When the lighting fixture 10 to which the long lamp 11 can be attached is used, the mounting surface 35 of the socket base 30 is aligned with the upper end surface of the mounting base 25 of the reflector 20 with screws 36 as shown in FIG. The screw hole 351 of the mounting surface 35 of the socket base 30 and the first screw hole group 251 of the mounting base 25 of the reflecting plate 20 are fastened. Thereby, since the height of the socket mounting surface 32 of the socket base 30 becomes high, as shown in FIG. 1, the long lamp | ramp 11 can be mounted | worn.

On the other hand, when the lighting fixture 10 to which the short lamp 11 is attached is provided, as shown in FIG. 5 (B), the mounting surface 35 of the socket base 30 is provided on the top plate 22 of the reflecting plate 20. In accordance with the screw hole group 222, the screw hole 351 of the mounting surface 35 of the socket base 30 and the second screw hole group 222 of the top plate 22 of the reflection plate 20 are fastened by screws 36. Thereby, since the height of the socket mounting surface 32 of the socket base 30 becomes low, as shown in FIG. 2, the short lamp | ramp 11 can be mounted | worn.

Further, when the fluorescent lamp 11 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is attached to the socket 31, as shown in FIG. 6, if the incandescent lamp 11B which is a different kind of lamp is erroneously attached, the lamp identification rib 27 Comes into contact with the incandescent lamp 11B. That is, since the incandescent lamp 11B has a larger outer diameter than the fluorescent lamp 11, the lamp identification rib 27 that does not come into contact with the fluorescent lamp 11 comes into contact with the incandescent lamp 11B (see the display portion with a broken line in FIG. 6).

Thereby, it is prevented that the incandescent lamp 11B is erroneously mounted on the lighting fixture 10 on which the fluorescent lamp 11 is supposed to be mounted.
6 shows the case where the socket base 30 is attached to the second screw hole group 222 provided in the top plate 22 of the reflecting plate 20, but the socket base 30 is the first of the attachment base 25. The incandescent lamp 11B abuts against the lamp identification rib 27 in exactly the same manner even when attached to the screw hole group 251.

As mentioned above, according to the lighting fixture 10 of embodiment which concerns on this invention demonstrated, the mounting base 25 is protruded in the position which opposes the circumference | surroundings of the lamp hole 221 in the reflecting plate 20, and the 1st is provided in the front end surface of the mounting base 25. The screw hole group 251 is provided, and the second screw hole group 222 is provided between the mounting bases 25 around the lamp hole 221. And since the socket stand 30 is selected and attached to the first screw hole group 251 or the second screw hole group 222, the height position of the socket can be changed using the same parts, so the lengths are different. The lamp 11 can be mounted.

Further, the second screw hole group 222 is provided with a screw bag portion 26 that protrudes to the inside of the reflecting plate 20, and the screw bag portion 26 is provided with a lamp identification rib 27. 11B contacts the lamp identification rib 27. Thereby, the mounting | wearing of the improper lamp | ramp 11B can be prevented.

Further, since the reflection plate mounting portion 33 includes the standing leg portion 34 that protrudes perpendicularly to the socket mounting surface 32 and the mounting surface 35 provided at the tip of the standing leg portion 34, the mounting position of the socket 31 is increased. Long lamp 11 can be mounted.

In addition, the lighting fixture of this invention is not limited to embodiment mentioned above, A suitable deformation | transformation, improvement, etc. are possible.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the height of the reflector plate mounting portion 33 of the socket base 31 is increased by providing the standing leg portion 34. However, when it is not necessary to increase the height, A screw hole 351 on the socket mounting surface side can be provided on the mounting surface 32.
