Description

The present invention relates to a building structure provided between a foundation floor and a ceiling of a building and a construction method for building the building structure.

In recent years, the floor structure of a building may be a double floor.
There are two methods for building a building structure having a double floor: a wall advance method and a floor advance method.
In the wall advance construction method, after constructing the partition wall, a double floor is constructed for each floor of the indoor space.
In the floor prior construction method, a partition wall is constructed after constructing a double floor forming a floor of a plurality of indoor spaces.
The double floor is provided with a gap having a predetermined height between the support leg and the upper surface of the foundation floor.
The support leg has a rubber bush or the like at a location in contact with the foundation floor.
The rubber bush has a function capable of suppressing the vibration generated in the double floor from being transmitted to the base floor.
This form of acoustic propagation is called acoustic propagation by solid state propagation.
The rubber bush is compressed by the weight of furniture or the like placed on the double floor, and the support leg is slightly contracted according to the weight.
The prior wall construction method is a conventional construction method, in which floor construction has to be performed in a narrow indoor space, and it is difficult to change the installation position of the partition wall after construction once.
Thus, establishment of a floor advance construction method has been desired.

Toilet, unit bath, etc. are installed in the indoor space of the building.
In the floor advance method, the lower end of the partition wall is fixed to the upper surface of the double floor.
In the indoor space for storing the unit bath, the unit bath is installed directly on the foundation floor without providing a double floor due to the arrangement of water pipes and the like.
Therefore, a notch hole having a contour surrounding an indoor space for storing a storage device such as a unit bath is provided in the floor panel constituting the two-entry floor.
For this reason, the indoor space provided with the unit bath communicates with the underfloor space sandwiched between the double floor and the foundation floor of the adjacent indoor space.
In the indoor space for storing the toilet, a drainage piping system is provided in the gap between the double floor and the foundation floor.
Therefore, the gap between the double floor and the foundation floor in the indoor space for storing the toilet communicates with the gap between the double floor and the foundation floor in the adjacent indoor space.
This form of acoustic propagation is called acoustic propagation by air propagation.
For this reason, for example, when a bathtub is dropped in the unit bath, the wall of the unit bath emits noise, and the radiated sound waves wrap around the gap between the double floor and the foundation floor due to air propagation. A phenomenon of acoustic radiation in space occurs.
In addition, a phenomenon occurs in which sound generated from the drainage piping system when using the toilet wraps around the gap between the double floor and the foundation floor in the adjacent indoor space and propagates into the adjacent indoor space.
In order to prevent this phenomenon, it is conceivable to seal the gap between the floor panel and the foundation floor along the contour or partition wall surrounding the indoor space as viewed from above.
If the padding is packed in the gap between the floor panel and the foundation floor along the contour or partition wall that surrounds the indoor space, if the padding density is low, the sound waves generated in the storage space propagate to the indoor space without being blocked. On the other hand, if the density of the padding is high, the movement of the support legs is suppressed and the solid is propagated from the double floor to the foundation floor through the support legs.

The present invention has been devised in view of the above-described problems, and provides a building structure provided between a foundation floor and a ceiling of a building that can suppress acoustic propagation with a simple configuration and a method for constructing the building structure. Support legs support the floor panel with a gap having a predetermined height from the foundation floor. A partition wall partitions the double floor and the ceiling so as to surround the indoor space. A sealing structure seals a gap between the floor panel and the foundation floor along the partition wall. The lower end of the partition wall is joined to the upper surface of the floor panel. The sealing member having the sealing structure is a long plate-like member arranged so that a pair of side portions face the up and down direction along the partition wall, and one side portion is the double floor and the foundation. It is fixed to one of the floors and the other side is directed to the other of the double floor and the foundation floor. The sealing mat member having the sealing structure is a mat-like member having one of elasticity or elasto-plasticity arranged so as to be laid on the other of the double floor and the foundation floor along the partition wall. The other side of the sealing member crushes the sealing mat member along the partition wall without a substantial gap.
As a result, the sound generated in the indoor space is suppressed from propagating to the gap under the adjacent double floor, and the support leg is further suppressed from propagating the sound generated in the double floor to the base floor. Do not disturb.

Below, the building structure which concerns on embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. The present invention includes any of the embodiments described below, or a combination of two or more of them.

If it does in this way, it can control that the vibration which arose in double floor 10 carries out solid propagation to foundation floor 6. Moreover, it can suppress that the vibration which arose on the foundation floor 6 propagates to the double floor 10 solid-state.
The longitudinal elastic modulus of the elastic part of the first support leg 20a may be larger than the longitudinal elastic system number of the elastic part of the second support leg 20b.
For example, the longitudinal elastic modulus of the base 24 of the first support leg 20a may be larger than the longitudinal elastic system number of the base 24 of the second support leg 20b.
In this way, the sinking of the double floor 10 in the vicinity of the partition wall 30 can be reduced.

The longitudinal elastic modulus at the crushed portion of the sealing mat member 42 to be described later may be smaller than the longitudinal elastic modulus of the elastic portion of the support leg 20a that supports the double floor 10 along the outline surrounding the indoor space. .
For example, the longitudinal elastic modulus at a location where the sealing mat member 42 described later is crushed may be smaller than the longitudinal elastic modulus of the base 24 of the first support leg 20a.
If it does in this way, the function which suppresses the solid propagation of the 1st support leg 20a will not be inhibited.

It shows a state of crushing along with almost no gap.
For example, the sealing mat member 42 is a mat-like member made of sponge, foamed resin, urethane board, or rock wool.

The sealing mat member 42 increases the density of the portions to be crushed.
As a result, the crushed portion of the sealing mat member 42 blocks sound leakage, and acoustic energy leaking under the double floor can be reduced.
The portion where the sealing mat member 42 is crushed tends to increase in density and increase its longitudinal elastic modulus as it is crushed.
In the crushed state, the longitudinal elastic modulus of the crushed portion of the sealing mat member 42 is made smaller than the longitudinal elastic modulus of the elastic portion of the support leg 20 in the vicinity.
For example, the longitudinal elastic modulus of the crushed portion of the sealing mat member 42 is made smaller than the longitudinal elastic modulus of the pedestal 24 that is the elastic portion of the first support leg 20a.
as a result. The support leg 20 does not hinder the function of suppressing the sound generated in the double floor 10 from being solid-propagated to the base floor.
As a result, it is possible to suppress the solid propagation of sound between the double floor 10 and the foundation floor, and to suppress the sound from propagating to the air between the double floor 10 and the foundation floor 6.

Since the building structure construction method according to the sixth to eighth embodiments of the present invention is the same as the procedure of the building structure examination method according to the first embodiment, the description thereof will be omitted.

Moreover, the building structure which concerns on embodiment of this invention, and the construction method of the building structure have the following effects by the structure.
A gap having a predetermined height S is provided between the floor panel 11 and the base floor L supported by the support legs 20, and the floor panel 11 and the ceiling 50 are partitioned by a partition wall 30. The projection 13 projecting toward the floor L and the sealing mat member 42 seal the space between the foundation floor 6 and the floor panel 11, and the side G of the projection 13 connects the sealing mat member 42 to the partition wall 30. Since the sound generated in the indoor space is suppressed from being propagated to the gap between the adjacent double floor 10 and the foundation floor 6, the sound generated by the support legs 20 on the double floor 10 is further suppressed. It does not interfere with the suppression of solid propagation to the foundation floor 6.
Further, a gap having a predetermined height S is provided between the floor panel 11 supported by the support legs 20 and the foundation floor surface L, and the partition between the floor panel 11 and the ceiling 50 is partitioned by the partition wall 30, and the foundation floor 6. The projection 7 projecting from the floor panel 11 to the floor panel 11 and the sealing mat member 42 laid on the lower surface of the floor panel 11 seal between the foundation floor 6 and the floor panel 11, and the projection 7 is the sealing mat. Since the member 42 is crushed along the partition wall 30, the sound generated in the indoor space H is restrained from propagating to the gap between the adjacent double floor 10 and the foundation floor 6, and the support legs 20 are separated from each other. It does not interfere with the suppression of the sound generated on the heavy floor 10 from solid propagation to the foundation floor 6.
In addition, a gap having a predetermined height S is provided between the floor panel 11 and the foundation floor L supported by the support legs 20, and the floor panel 11 and the ceiling 50 are partitioned by a partition wall 30 and arranged vertically. The sealing member 41 and the sealing mat member 42 are sealed between the foundation floor 6 and the floor panel 11 so that the sealing member 41 crushes the sealing mat member 42 along the partition wall 30. Therefore, the sound generated in the indoor space H is suppressed from propagating through the air to the gap, and the support leg 20 is not disturbed from suppressing the sound generated in the double floor 10 from being solid-propagated to the foundation floor 6.
Further, the sealing mat member 42 has a pair of free state regions W2 at positions sandwiching the crushing region W1 of the entire region W of the surface to be crushed, and at least one of the free state regions W2 has a width dimension at the end. Since the dimensions are such that the thickness in the state can be substantially maintained, the sound generated in the indoor space passes through the place where the sound is generated from one end portion sandwiching the crushing region of the sealing mat member 42 and the other. It is greatly attenuated in the process of air propagation to the end of the sound, and acoustic air propagation can be efficiently suppressed.
Further, the floor panel 11 constituting the double floor 10 is provided with a notch hole having a contour R surrounding the indoor space for housing the unit bath storage device, and the side G above the sealing member 41 is disposed on the floor panel 11. Therefore, the sound emitted from the storage device can be prevented from propagating from the indoor space H to the gap under the double floor.
Further, since the longitudinal elastic modulus of the portion where the sealing mat member 42 is crushed is made smaller than the longitudinal elastic modulus of the pedestal 24 of the first support leg 20a, the function of suppressing the acoustic solid propagation of the first support leg 20a is obstructed. do not do.
In addition, when the above building structure is employed, the floor advanced construction method can be easily employed with various advantages.
Further, when the bus unit is housed in one indoor space H, it is possible to suppress the sound generated from the bus unit from propagating from the indoor space H to the gap between the double floor 10 and the foundation floor 6 in the adjacent indoor space H. Further, since the base 24 of the support leg 20 can freely expand and contract, solid propagation from the double floor 10 to the foundation floor 6 or fixed propagation from the foundation floor 6 to the double floor 10 can be suppressed.
In addition, when a toilet unit is placed in one indoor space H, the sound generated from the water distribution pipe system of the toilet unit passes through the gap between the double floor 10 and the basic floor 6 of the indoor space, and the double floor of the adjacent indoor space H Propagation of air to the gap between 10 and the foundation floor 6 can be suppressed. Further, since the base 24 of the support leg 20 can freely expand and contract, solid propagation from the double floor 10 to the foundation floor 6 or fixed propagation from the foundation floor 6 to the double floor 10 can be suppressed.
