Description

The present invention relates to an adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive, and is particularly effective when fixing a wig.

Conventionally, various adhesives have been developed. For example, JP-A 2000-96032 (Patent Document 1) discloses a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing a bisbenzotriazolylphenol compound. However, this is to attach a resin film in order to protect the surface of a window glass of a building or an automobile.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-219221 (Patent Document 2) discloses an aqueous pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, which includes plastic, metal, glass, ceramics, paper, cloth, wood, and fresh foods. It is made to adhere to.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-316417 (Patent Document 3) discloses an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, which is intended for stainless steel plates and vinyl chloride resin plates.

Since the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive is not intended for a human body such as a wig, it does not take into consideration problems specific to the human body such as a rash.

Further, JP-A-10-291927 (Patent Document 4) discloses a skin pressure-sensitive adhesive containing a compound having a local anesthetic effect, a pressure-sensitive resin and / or a polymer.

However, this is intended as a pack and hair removal agent as an adhesive for skin, which relieves pain at the time of peeling, does not adhere to the head like a wig, and is effective in preventing detachment. I can not say.

On the other hand, methods for fastening the wig to the scalp include a method using a clip, a method using a double-sided tape, and a method using a natural rubber (latex).

For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-92073 (Patent Document 5) discloses an adhesive for artificial hair using a synthetic polyisoprene latex as a main base.

However, the above method has only one day, and has a defect such as separation when swimming, and has a defect that it is difficult to remove if fixed too firmly.

Furthermore, the present applicant filed a patent application regarding an aqueous adhesive for wigs (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-317164, Patent Document 6). However, this water-based adhesive does not give satisfactory results, and further improvement is required.

An object of the present invention is to develop an adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive that can suppress stickiness on the surface of the wig even when the wig is used for a long period of time and can prevent the hair from spreading on the wig.

As a result of diligent efforts to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present inventors have made a water-soluble urethane resin of about 0.1 to 5% into an aqueous adhesive mainly composed of a copolymer emulsion of acrylic and vinyl acetate resin. It was found that it can be solved by adding.

That is, the present invention
(1) Adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising a copolymer emulsion of acrylic and vinyl acetate resin as the main component and added with water-soluble urethane resin,
(2) Adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising 50% by weight or more of the resin content of the copolymer emulsion according to (1),
(3) The adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive according to (1) or (2), which is used for wigs.

In the present invention, the surface of the wig tends to be sticky and the hair tends to spread on the wig when used for a long time in the "aqueous adhesive" (Patent Document 6) previously filed by the present applicant. As a result of research to eliminate this drawback, it has been found that it is effective to add about 0.1 to 5% of a water-soluble urethane resin.

The previous “water-based adhesive” is mainly composed of an acrylic / vinyl acetate resin copolymer emulsion. As shown in Table 1 below, the resin content is 62% (acrylic 90%; vinyl acetate 10%), water 34%, anion. It consists of 1% surfactant and 1% thickener.

Figure 2011006640
Figure 2011006640

In the present invention, by adding 0.1 to 5% of a water-soluble urethane resin to the water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive composed of the components shown in Table 1, even if the wig is used for a long time, the stickiness of the surface of the wig is suppressed. It has been found that an adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive capable of preventing the spread of hair is obtained.

As can be seen from Table 1 above, the amount of the acrylic / vinyl acetate resin copolymer emulsion in the adhesive is preferably 90% by weight or more, particularly 98% by weight or more of the total amount. Furthermore, it is preferable that 50% by weight or more of the resin content is contained in the copolymer emulsion.

As other additives, dipheinhydramine hydrochloride or dipotassium glycyrrhizinate as an anti-inflammatory agent, cetylpyridinium chloride as an antibacterial agent, sodium polyacrylate as a tackifier, or the like is added as necessary. Addition of preservatives, wetting agents, pH adjusting agents and the like is also made as necessary.

As the water-soluble urethane resin added in the present invention, for example, a urethane resin emulsion and a urethane resin primer, or a urethane resin emulsion and a urethane resin elastomer are used.

The water-soluble urethane resin has an advantage that the adhesive effect is extended because it absorbs surrounding moisture and exhibits a water-repellent effect.

By using the adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive of the present invention, even if the wig is used for a long time, stickiness on the surface of the wig is suppressed, and spreading of the hair on the wig can be prevented.

In order to describe the present invention more specifically, the following examples are shown, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

As can be seen from Table 2 above, the wig adhered with the adhesive of the present invention did not feel sticky even after 30 days from wearing, and the hair spread was less than the conventional product. .

On the other hand, with regard to the current product, there were stickiness and hair spreading after 18th, and many people stopped wearing wigs.

The product of the present invention is obtained by adhering a wig with an adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive in which 0.2% of a polyurethane resin (a urethane resin emulsion and a urethane resin primer) is added to the component composition shown in Table 1. In addition, the current product is a product in which a wig is bonded with an “aqueous adhesive” developed by the present applicant.
