Abstract
Description
The present invention performs preparatory work of blood collection tubes in the blood collection step in the previous step of blood collection inspection, and uses an endless feeding belt to suspend the blood collection tubes (including test tubes). A modular blood collection tube stocker that is suspended and held and united as a whole and can be easily attached and detached, and different types of blood collection tubes are selected from the modular stocker according to the blood collection instruction from the doctor. A blood collection tube preparation with excellent mobility and a small and simple structure that can attach a label printed with blood collection information such as patient ID and blood collection instructions, and can accommodate the blood collection tube after labeling in a tray for each patient. Device.
In blood testing departments in hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions, blood collection workers (such as nurses) collect blood from patients into blood collection tubes and transport them to the examination department. In blood tests, many types of blood collection tubes are prepared according to the blood test items, and usually, a plurality of types of tests are performed on one patient at the same time. Therefore, a plurality of types of blood collection tubes are automatically prepared by a blood collection tube preparation device for one patient. In the blood collection room, it is natural to handle a large number of patients, and each blood collection tube prepared by the blood collection tube preparation device is affixed with a label printed with a barcode such as patient information and blood collection test information. .
In addition, a blood collection reception slip on which a barcode such as a reception number is printed is issued to the patient at the time of blood collection reception. At the time of blood collection work, the contents of these labels and reception slips are read by an optical device such as a barcode reader so that the patient and blood collection tube are not mistakenly taken.
As a technique for automating such blood collection work and supporting the blood collection work, there is a technique disclosed in
Based on the blood collection order information from the doctor, the blood collection tubes necessary for the patient's blood collection are taken out from the corresponding blood collection tube stocker mechanism, and the information related to the patient's blood collection is printed on the label using the label printing / pasting means. The label is attached to the extracted blood collection tube. Then, the blood collection tube after labeling is transferred to the blood collection tube collection unit by the discharging means, and is stored in the tray for each patient by the blood collection tube collection unit.
In such a blood collection tube preparation device, there is a problem in that the size in the height direction becomes considerable due to the stocker mechanism portion being stacked one above the other, and the device itself is increased in size.
On the other hand, as a method for solving the above-mentioned conventional problems, it is conceivable to use, as a stocker, a technique for conveying a product similar to the shape of a blood collection tube as shown in
However, in the techniques shown in
In addition, when the two conveyor belts are arranged so as to be rotationally driven in the horizontal direction, the dimension obtained by adding the diameters of the two pulleys of the left and right conveyor belts, the thickness dimension of the belt and the attachment dimension, and the width dimension of the product to be conveyed Is essential. Therefore, as a whole, the dimension in the width direction becomes considerable, and when configured as a device that automatically prepares various types of blood collection tubes, the overall size of the device is unavoidable, and the techniques of
Thus, in the technique shown in
The problem of such an increase in the size of the blood collection tube preparation device is that when the layout is changed, the blood collection tube preparation device cannot be easily moved. There was a problem of being restricted. Furthermore, the problem of enlargement is one of the causes that cannot be dealt with even when it is necessary to install simply in the event of a disaster or the like, and there is a disadvantage that emergency response cannot be performed.
The present invention has been improved and removed in view of the above-mentioned problems, and is simple and small in size, portable, can be easily installed just by placing it on the side of a hospital bed, on a desk, etc. This is a suspension system that can prepare different types of blood collection tubes according to the blood collection instructions from the doctor, and a modular system blood collection stocker that can be easily detached by unitizing the whole. The purpose is to provide a used blood collection tube preparation device.

When the patient's blood collection tube is accommodated, after detecting that the saucer has been removed, the operation of each part is not activated unless another saucer is detected. The blood collection tube preparation device described in 1.
According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, an opening for manually inserting a blood collection tube onto the transport belt is formed in the vicinity of the discharge portion of the blood collection stocker located on the most upstream side of the transport belt. The blood collection tube preparation device according to any one of
The means of
According to the eleventh aspect of the present invention, in the blood collection tube preparation apparatus main body, a board computer capable of communicating with a host computer and provided with various user interfaces is incorporated. This is a blood collection tube preparation device.
According to the twelfth aspect of the present invention, the printing / sticking means is slidably attached as a printer unit to the blood collection tube preparation device main body, and the printer unit is pulled out from the blood collection tube preparation device main body and is commercially available. The blood collection tube preparation device according to any one of
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the blood collection tube holding member is disposed between the reciprocating belts of one endless feed belt that is driven to rotate in the horizontal direction. This blood collection tube holding member is a guide frame having a smooth surface such as a rail-like or plate-like member, and supports one side of the lower end surface of the blood collection tube cap. The opposite lower end surface of the cap is supported by the upper end surface on the forward side of the feed belt. Therefore, the blood collection tube slides on these members while the lower end surface of the cap is supported by the upper end surface of the blood collection tube holding member and the forward feed belt. The feeding to the blood collection tube is performed by joining the upper end surface of the forward feeding belt and the lower end surface of the blood collection cap.
The blood collection tube is disengaged at the terminal end side of the blood collection tube holding member, is cantilevered by the upper end surface of the forward feed belt, and moves toward the blood collection tube holding member in which the engagement is released. The cap (head) side tilts and eventually falls. And it is discharged.
Thus, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the suspension type stocker for supporting the lower end surface of the blood collection tube cap is constituted between the reciprocating belts of one conveying belt. Therefore, the blood collection tube conveyance device in the stocker can be configured with one conveyance device for one type of blood collection tube, and the number of conveyance devices can be minimized. In addition, since a blood collection tube stocker is configured between the belts that reciprocate on one conveyor belt, the width of one stocker is only a few centimeters, and multiple types of stockers are available to accommodate many types of blood collection tubes. Even in the case of providing a side, there is an advantage that the overall width dimension can be remarkably reduced as compared with the prior art.
The invention of
The first stopper comes into contact with the front side of the cap of the leading blood collection tube, and the second stopper enters a gap formed between the top and the cap of the second blood collection tube. When the first stopper is retracted from this state and the engagement of the leading blood collection tube with the front side of the cap is released, the leading blood collection tube is fed by joining the upper end surface of the forward feeding belt and the lower end surface of the cap. Is further advanced, and the engagement with the terminal side of the blood collection tube holding member is eventually released. For this reason, the leading blood collection tube has a posture in which the cap side is inclined toward the side where the blood collection tube holding member is lost, and finally the engagement with the upper end surface of the other forward-side feed belt is also released, and it is dropped and discharged by its own weight. The The second and subsequent blood collection tubes remain stopped by the second stopper. After the first blood collection tube is discharged, when the first stopper moves back and the second stopper moves out, all the remaining blood collection tubes are pushed and pushed forward by one blood collection tube. The movement is stopped by the first stopper. Thereafter, the second stopper returns to the original state.
In the invention of
As described above, by controlling the advance and retreat operation of the first and second stoppers, it is possible to cut out and discharge the leading blood collection tube one by one.
In the invention of
In the invention of
The invention of
Even if it is the case where it is constituted so that many kinds of blood collection tubes can be handled with such a blood collection tube preparation device using a stocker for blood collection tubes, the size is extremely small, and the overall weight and size are reduced. It has an excellent feature in that respect.
Therefore, the blood collection tube preparation device of the present invention is compact and portable and easy to move. Therefore, in the event of a disaster, it is extremely easy to carry in and install at an on-site emergency facility, etc., and connect to a computer terminal such as a laptop computer used by the doctor to capture information on blood collection of the patient examined by the doctor, It is possible to selectively take out blood collection tubes necessary for the blood collection from the stocker, attach a label on which the blood collection information of the patient is printed, and store it in a tray for each patient, and automatically prepare for blood collection. . In addition, there are advantages such as the possibility of introducing a blood collection tube preparation device in a privately managed hospital or the like. Furthermore, in an inpatient ward, the blood collection tube preparation device is placed in a movable wagon, and the device blood collection tube is automatically prepared and blood collection is performed up to the bedside of the patient in each hospital room. It is also possible.
According to a seventh aspect of the present invention, a blood collection tube preparation device is configured by using the modular blood collection tube stocker according to the fifth aspect. Therefore, in this invention, in addition to the effect of the invention of
In the invention of claim 8, a sensor for detecting the presence / absence of a saucer is arranged in the saucer mounting portion. And after accommodating a blood collection tube for a patient in a saucer, when accommodating the blood collection tube of the next patient, after detecting that a saucer was once taken out, when another saucer was detected. Otherwise, the operation of each unit is not activated. As a result, the blood collection tube can be surely accommodated for each patient, and confusion of the blood collection tube with other patients does not occur.
According to the ninth aspect of the present invention, an opening through which a blood collection tube can be manually inserted is provided on the upstream side of the transport belt for supplying the blood collection tube discharged from each blood collection tube stocker to the label printing / sticking means. . This is to cope with a patient who needs a blood sampling test or a special blood sampling test that is infrequent. Each blood collection stocker stocks blood collection tubes of frequently used tube types. In the case of blood sampling tests that are used infrequently or special blood sampling tests, it is necessary to deal with them individually. Therefore, in the invention of claim 9, an opening is provided to allow an operator to manually supply a blood collection tube used for a blood sampling test or a special blood sampling test which is not frequently used, and is supplied to the label printing / pasting means. Like to do.
In the invention of
The invention of claim 11 includes a computer board that can be connected to a host medical computer, a host computer, or the like via a LAN or connected to another user interface. Thereby, it is also possible to acquire patient information, examination information, and the like from a host computer. Further, it is possible to configure an all-in-one type blood collection tube preparation device.
According to a twelfth aspect of the present invention, the printing / sticking means is attached as a printer unit so as to be slidable from the apparatus main body. Therefore, when a printer unit breaks down, it can be replaced with a replacement to maintain the function of the device, and the failed printer unit can be requested for repair using the send back method. Is also convenient. When a separately installed printer is installed in the printer unit, the separately installed printer can be replaced and repaired in a send-back manner.
The configuration of the present invention will be described below based on the embodiment of the invention shown in the drawings. First, the layout of the devices and mechanisms constituting the blood collection tube preparation apparatus A will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4 show the entire blood collection tube preparation apparatus A. FIG. 1 is a plan view, FIG. 2 is a front view, FIG. 3 is a rear view, and FIG. 4 is a left side view. As shown in the plan view of FIG. 1, the blood collection tube preparation apparatus A is provided with a mounting portion B of a plurality of blood
Further, as shown in the front view of FIG. 2, a receiving tray mounting portion E is provided on the front side of the printing / sticking means installation portion C, after labeling on which patient information, blood collection test information, etc. are printed. The blood collection tube is accommodated in a
Furthermore, a computer board installation section F is provided below the stocker mounting section B. As shown in the rear view of FIG. 3, on the back side of the apparatus
Further, the left side plate 33 a of the apparatus
Next, each device and mechanism constituting the blood collection tube preparation apparatus A will be described individually. First, the blood
As shown in the plan view of FIG. 5, the blood
A blood collection
Thus, the dimension of the groove width formed between the distal end surface of the projection 9 of the
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the
As shown in FIG. 7, on the back side of the forward
On the terminal end side of the blood collection
Incidentally, first and
Further, rods 16A, 17A of
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 9, six rows of hanging-type
In the embodiment of FIG. 9, the
An
In addition, a direction detection means for detecting the direction of the
As shown in FIG. 10, the
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 and FIG. 10, a
Furthermore, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 10, the
Next, an operation mode of the blood collection tube preparation apparatus A configured as described above will be described. First, modules M of the blood
In such a state, the operation panel 35 (see FIG. 1) provided on the upper surface plate of the apparatus
Based on the acquired information, the control unit determines the type of blood collection tube to be selected, and rotates the
Next, the control unit of the blood collection tube preparation apparatus A turns on the
On the other hand, the
The
At this stop position, a direction detection sensor of the blood collection tube 4 (not shown) detects the
When the
On the other hand, the
Thus, preparation for one blood collection tube of one tube type is completed. Thereafter, if there is another required blood collection tube, the
By the way, this invention is not limited to embodiment mentioned above, A suitable change is possible. For example, the feeding
Furthermore, although the
Furthermore, the
Furthermore, although the separately placed
Further, the
