Claims (9)

  A sheath end anchoring device comprising a support member having a slot cut into one edge for receiving a first cylindrical portion of the sheath end, the second cylindrical portion of the sheath end being A fixing device, further comprising: gripping means for receiving and holding; and biasing means for pressing the gripping means in a radial direction substantially opposite to the insertion direction of the terminal portion.   2. The fixation device of claim 1, wherein the gripping means includes a resilient arm that defines a space for receiving the second cylindrical portion of the sheath termination. The fixing device according to claim 2 , wherein a force applied to the urging means is smaller than a force applied by the elastic arm. 4. The fixation device of claim 3 , wherein the second cylindrical portion of the sheath termination has a diameter that is substantially larger than the space between the arms. The fixing device according to claim 4 , wherein the biasing means includes at least one spring fixed to the support member to bias the gripping means toward the terminal end. 6. The fixing device according to claim 5 , further comprising guide means combined with the support member for guiding the gripping means when displaced by the biasing means.   7. The guide according to claim 6, wherein the guide means comprises a slot formed in a guide and a support member between which the arm is displaceable, and a protrusion formed in the gripping means can enter the slot. Fixing device. The fixing device according to claim 7 , wherein the guide means includes a housing attached to a support member and a slot formed in the housing, and a protrusion on the gripping means can enter the slot.   The fixing device according to claim 8, wherein the housing has an engaging protrusion protruding outward from the housing for attachment to a support member.
