Claims (10)
- 所定量の液体を小出しにするための容器であって、該容器が直立位置にある場合に、
a.閉塞された頂端および開口する底端を有する液体貯留室、
b.開口する頂端および閉塞された底端を有して前記液体貯留室と入れ子関係にある液体排出室、
c.前記液体貯留室と前記液体排出室との間の液体の流通を可能にするキャビティを有して、前記液体貯留室の底端を密封する取り外し可能な底蓋、
d.前記液体排出室から前記液体貯留室内へ空気が流れるために前記液体排出室に形成された孔、および
e.前記液体貯留室から前記前記液体排出室内へ液体が流れるために前記液体排出室に形成された孔を備え、
前記空気が流れる孔は前記液体排出室の側壁に配置され、
前記容器が前記直立位置から液体充填位置まで逆さにされた場合に、前記液体貯留室が液体で満たされ得るように、前記底蓋は前記液体貯留室から取り外されるのが可能であり、
前記底蓋が再び取り付けられた後、前記容器は前記液体充填位置から前記直立位置まで逆さにされ、空気は前記液体排出室から前記液体貯留室へ流れ、かつ液体は、前記液体排出室内の液体レベルが前記液体貯留室内への空気の流れを阻止するまで、前記液体貯留室から前記液体排出室内へ流入し、これにより、所定量の液体を前記液体排出室内へ小出しにすることを特徴とする、所定量の液体を小出しにするための容器。 - 前記液体排出室は前記液体貯留室の内部にあり、かつ前記液体貯留室の開口端の下方に随意的に延出して、前記底蓋の内部に液体小分け室を形成していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記液体排出室がほぼ切頭円錐形を有することを特徴とする請求項2記載の容器。
- 前記液体が流れる孔が前記液体排出室の底端にあり、前記容器が前記液体充填位置から前記直立位置まで逆さにされた場合に、空気が前記液体排出室の側壁に配置された孔を通って前記液体貯留室内へ流入し、かつ液体は、前記液体排出室内の液体レベルが前記液体貯留室内への空気の流れを阻止するまで、前記液体排出室の端壁に配置された孔を通って前記液体排出室内へ流入することを特徴とする請求項2または3記載の容器。
- 前記容器が小出しようとする前記液体の所定量の調節が可能なように、前記側壁の孔が位置決めされるのを許容するために、前記液体排出室の底端に取り付けられた回動可能なカップをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項2から4の何れか1項記載の容器。
- 前記回動可能に取り付けられたカップの傾斜したスリットが、前記液体排出室の側壁のスリットに被せられることによって、前記調節可能な孔が画成されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の容器。
- 前記液体貯留室が前記液体排出室の内側にあり、前記空気が流れる孔と前記液体が流れる孔とは、前記液体排出室の側壁に形成された同一の孔であり、このため、前記容器が前記液体充填位置から前記直立位置まで逆さにされた場合に、空気が前記孔を通って前記液体排出室から前記液体貯留室へ流れ、かつ前記液体排出室内の液体レベルにより、前記液体貯留室内への空気の流れが阻止されるまで、液体が前記孔を通って前記液体排出室内へ流入することを特徴とする請求項1記載の容器。
- 前記液体排出室は、一側がほぼ垂直でかつ他側が外方に傾斜した外壁を有することを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか1項記載の容器。
- 前記容器によって小出しにされる液体の所定量が5ミリリットルと20ミリリットルとの間であり、前記液体貯留室と前記液体排出室との間の壁が随意的に真空空間またはその他の断熱材を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1から8の何れか1項記載の容器。
- 請求項1から9の何れか1項記載の容器を用いて所定量の液体を小出しする方法であって、
a.前記容器が逆さにされたときに、前記底蓋を取り外して前記液体貯留室を開口させる工程、
b.前記液体貯留室内に液体を容れる工程、
c.前記容器を逆さにして直立位置に戻し、これにより、所定量の液体を前記液体排出室内に小分けにする工程、および
d.前記液体貯留室を密封するように前記底蓋を再度取り付ける工程、
を含むことを特徴とする、所定量の液体を小出しする方法。
