Abstract
【解決手段】HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat request)を用いるデータ伝送方法は、アップリンクデータを伝送する段階、前記アップリンクデータに関するACK/NACK信号を受信する段階、前記ACK/NACK信号がACK信号である場合、HARQバッファに前記アップリンクデータを保管する段階、及び前記アップリンクデータの再伝送のためのアップリンクスケジューリング情報が受信される場合、前記アップリンクデータを再伝送する段階、を含む。

Claims (10)
- HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat request)を用いるデータ伝送方法において、
アップリンクデータを伝送する段階;
前記アップリンクデータに関するACK/NACK信号を受信する段階;
前記ACK/NACK信号がACK信号である場合、HARQバッファに前記アップリンクデータを保管する段階;及び、
前記アップリンクデータの再伝送のためのアップリンクスケジューリング情報が受信される場合、前記アップリンクデータを再伝送する段階;
を含むデータ伝送方法。 - 前記アップリンクスケジューリング情報は、PDCCH(Physical Downlink Control Channel)を介して伝送される、請求項1に記載のデータ伝送方法。
- 前記アップリンクデータは、MAC PDU(Medium Access Control Protocol Data Protocol Data Unit)である、請求項1に記載のデータ伝送方法。
- 前記アップリンクスケジューリング情報は、新規データ指示子(New Data Inidicator;NDI)を含み、前記新規データ指示子は、再伝送を指示する、請求項1に記載のデータ伝送方法。
- 前記アップリンクスケジューリング情報は、重複バージョン(Redundancy Version;RV)を含み、前記重複バージョンは、再伝送バージョンを指示する、請求項1に記載のデータ伝送方法。
- 新規アップリンクデータのための前記アップリンクスケジューリング情報が受信されると、前記HARQバッファをフラッシ(flush)する段階をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のデータ伝送方法。
- 前記HARQバッファが空いていない、或いは前記アップリンクデータの再伝送のための如何なるアップリンクスケジューリング情報も受信されない場合、前記アップリンクデータの現在伝送回数を増加させる段階をさらに含み、
前記アップリンクデータの現在伝送回数は、前記HARQバッファに現在存在する前記アップリンクデータに対して発生する伝送の回数を指示する、請求項1に記載のデータ伝送方法。 - 前記HARQバッファをフラッシングした後、前記現在伝送回数を0に初期化する段階をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のデータ伝送方法。
- 前記現在伝送回数が最大伝送回数と同一である場合、前記HARQバッファをフラッシする段階をさらに含む、請求項7に記載のデータ伝送方法。
- HARQを用いるデータ伝送方法において、
アップリンクデータを伝送する段階;
前記アップリンクデータに関するACK/NACK信号を受信する段階;
前記ACK/NACK信号を受信した後、前記アップリンクデータをHARQバッファに保管する段階;及び、
もし、前記ACK/NACK信号がACK信号であり、如何なるアップリンクスケジューリング情報も受信されないと、前記アップリンクデータの再伝送を保留(suspend)し、もし、前記ACK/NACK信号がNACK信号であり、如何なるアップリンクスケジューリング情報も受信されないと、前記アップリンクデータを再伝送する段階;
を含む、データ伝送方法。
