Claims (17)
- 股関節手術の一部を実施するための方法であって、
大腿骨頭の形状を示すデータを得るステップと、
第1の開口を画定し、得られたデータに基づいて、前記大腿骨頭上に取り付けるように形成されているモールドを準備するステップと、
前記大腿骨頭上に前記モールドを位置付けるステップと、
前記第1の開口を通じてドリルビットを挿入するステップと、
前記大腿骨頭内に開口部をあけるステップと、
を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記大腿骨頭における前記開口部内にピンを配置するステップをさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ピンに表面置換る工具の中央開口を位置付けるステップと、
前記大腿骨頭の周囲に新しい表面を形成するために大腿骨頭の表面の一部を取り除くステップと、
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記新しい表面は、円筒形状の表面を含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記表面置換工具及びピンを取り除くステップと、
前記大腿骨頭に表面置換装置を固定するステップと、
をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記表面置換装置が、前記大腿骨頭の前記新しい表面と一致するように適合された一部分を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記表面置換装置が、前記大腿骨頭の前記開口部内に装着するために適合された突出ピンを有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記モールドは、位置付けピンのための第2の開口を画定し、
前記位置付けピンは、前記第2の開口を通じて前記大腿骨頭内へ配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記モールドは、切断装置を案内するためのスロットを画定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記スロット内へ切断装置を位置付けるステップと、
ガイドとして前記スロットを使用して、前記大腿骨頭内で切断するステップと、
をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 - 大腿骨頭におけるピン配置を決定するための装置において、
前記大腿骨頭の形状を示すデータから形成されたモールドであって、前記大腿骨頭と接触するための輪郭を描く接触表面を含み、第1の開口を画定しているモールドを備えていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記輪郭を描く接触表面は、独特の位置で、前記大腿骨頭の露出した部分に取り付けるように適合されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記輪郭を描く接触表面は、独特の位置で、前記大腿骨頭の露出した部分に取り付けるように適合され、それによって、前記第1の開口は、大腿骨頚と一直線状とされる大腿骨頭における軸と実質的に位置合わせされることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記モールドは、切断装置のためのガイドを画定し、
前記大腿骨頭内への切断のための角度及び位置を画定するように、前記ガイドは、前記大腿骨頭と位置合わせされることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。 - 前記大腿骨頭に前記モールドを固定するために、第1のピンを位置付けるための第2の開口をさらに画定していることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
- 前記大腿骨頭に前記モールドを固定するために、第2のピンを位置付けるための第3の開口を画定していることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記モールドは、プラスチックからなることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の装置。
