Abstract
【解決手段】一局面では、装填装置は外側管部材および内側管部材を備えている。外側管部材には、その一方端ではカテーテルを受容し他方端では収縮自在な移植片を受容する構成の、幅が逓減する通路が設けられている。内側管部材は、外側管部材の内側を滑動自在で尚且つ同軸方向に移動する形状である。内側管部材は運搬ピンを備えており、斯かる運搬ピンは、内側管部材が外側管部材の中に滑り込むにつれて、幅が逓減する通路の内側を移動する形状になっている。内側管部材が滑動して外側管部材の中に入ることで、幅が逓減する通路の中を移植片が移動してカテーテルの遠位端に入ると、運搬ピンに搭載されている移植片が圧搾される。もう1つ別な局面では、外側管部材は、カテーテルを安定化させて収縮自在な移植片を受容するように図った把持装置を更に備えている。

Claims (23)
- 収縮自在な移植片を搬送カテーテルに装填する装置は、
遠位端および近位端を有しており、幅が逓減する通路が設けられて、前記通路の一方端でカテーテルを受容し他方端で前記収縮自在な移植片を受容する構成の外側管部材を備えており、前記搬送カテーテルは遠位端が設けられており、前記移植片を装填する装置は、
前記外側管部材の内側を滑動自在に移動する構成にされ、運搬ピンを有している内側管部材を更に備えており、前記内側管部材が前記外側管部材の中に滑り込むにつれて前記運搬ピンは幅が逓減する前記通路の内側を移動する形状であり、
前記内側管部材を前記外側管部材の中に移動させることで、前記運搬ピンに搭載されている移植片は、幅が逓減する前記通路の中を移動してカテーテルの前記遠位端の中に入ると圧搾されることを特徴とする。 - 前記運搬ピンに搭載された移植片を更に備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記移植片が前記カテーテルに装填されていることを使用者が視覚的に検証することができるようにした構成であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は少なくとも一部が透明な素材を含んでいることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は視認用ポートを備えていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記外側管部材は、前記カテーテルを安定化させて収縮自在な前記移植片を受容するように図った把持装置を更に備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記内側管部材の内径は少なくとも或る部分で放射方向に他より小さく、前記内側管部材を前記外側管部材の中に入れることで前記把持装置を圧縮させることにより、把持装置に前記カテーテルを掴ませてカテーテルを安定化させるようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記内側管部材の内径は少なくとも或る部分で放射方向に他より大きく、前記内側管部材を前記外側管部材の中に更に入れることで前記把持装置を張出させることができるようにすることにより、把持装置に前記カテーテルを放出させるようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の装置。
- 搬送システムにおいて、前記搬送システムはその中に収縮自在な移植片を装填するのに好適であり、前記搬送システムは、
2本の細長い円筒部材が互いの内側に嵌合する設計で設けられており、いずれの円筒部材であれその内側に幅が逓減する通路と運搬ピンが配置され、前記円筒部材のうちの一方の少なくとも一部は搬送カテーテルを受容するのに適した構成であり、前記円筒部材のうちの一方は他方の内側に滑動自在に移動するのに適した構成である装填装置と、
搬送カテーテルとを備えており、
前記装填装置を圧縮させることにより、前記円筒部材のうちの一方が他方の内側に滑動自在に移動し、運搬ピンに収縮自在な前記移植片を案内させて幅が逓減する前記通路の中に通し、移植片を圧搾し、移植片を前記カテーテルの中に挿入するようにしたことを特徴とする。 - 前記移植片は肺移植片であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の搬送システム。
- 収縮自在な移植片を搬送カテーテルに装填する装置は、
遠位端および近位端を有している外側管部材と、
遠位端および近位端を有しており、前記外側管部材の内側を滑動自在に移動する構成の内側管部材とを備えており、
前記内側管部材の内径はその近位端から遠位端に向けて放射方向に逓減してゆき、前記外側管部材の内径はその遠位端から近位端に向けて放射方向に逓減してゆき、外側管部材が内側管部材に沿って滑動するにつれて内側管部材と外側管部材の間に設置された収縮自在な移植片を放射方向に圧搾するようにしたことを特徴とする。 - 収縮自在な肺移植片を治療部位まで搬送するカテーテルは、
管腔と、
前記管腔の内側に滑動自在に収容され、収縮自在な肺移植片に付着して前記肺移植片を前記管腔の中に引張り入れる取付け部材が設けられたロッドとを備えている。 - 前記取付け部材には、収縮自在な前記肺移植片の一方端を受容するための溝が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記取付け部材にはバネが装填された球部材が更にもうけられており、収縮自在な前記肺移植片に対する掴み部を大きくしたことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記取付け部材にはラッチ機構が設けられており、収縮自在な前記肺移植片を放さないようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記取付け部材にはループワイヤが設けられており、収縮自在な前記肺移植片の一方端の周囲で輪を描く形状にしたことを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のカテーテル。
- 前記ループワイヤは形状記憶材料を含んでおり、ループワイヤの弛みを増すことにより、前記カテーテルが収縮自在な前記肺移植片を放出することができるようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載のカテーテル。
- 収縮自在な移植片を装填するのに適したキットであり、前記キットは、
2本の互いに同軸の円筒部材が設けられており、前記2本の円筒部材のうちの一方の内側には幅が逓減する通路および運搬ピンが配備されており、円筒部材の一方の少なくとも一部は搬送カテーテルを受容するのに適した構成であり、円筒部材の一方は他方の内側を滑動自在に移動するのに適した構成である装填装置と、
搬送カテーテルと、
自己拡張型の収縮自在な移植片と、
前記装填装置、前記移植片、および、前記搬送カテーテルを無菌状態で保有する梱包材とを備えている。 - 一連の段階を通して従うように使用者に指示する使用手引きを更に備えており、前記使用手引きにより収縮自在な前記移植片が前記カテーテルに装填されるようにしたことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載のキット。
- 前記一連の段階は、前記搬送カテーテルを前記装填装置の遠位端の中に設置する工程と、前記2本の円筒部材のうち内側のものを外側のものの中へ圧縮させて入れる工程とを含んでいる、請求項19に記載のキット。
- 前記自己拡張型の収縮自在なステントは、前記装填装置の内側に圧搾していない状態で配備されることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載のキット。
- 前記梱包材としては、前記装填装置、前記搬送カテーテル、および、前記移植片を全て保有する箱または袋があることを特徴とする、請求項21に記載のキット。
- 前記カテーテルは前記梱包材の中の無菌容器の中に置かれ、前記移植片および前記装填装置はもう1つ別の無菌容器すなわち第2の無菌容器の中に置かれていることを特徴とする、請求項22に記載のキット。
