Claims (29)
- システムであって、
少なくとも1つの第1状態を検出し、前記第1状態が検出されたかどうかに関する情報を含む応答性トリガー信号を出力するように適合された植え込み型トリガー事象検出器と、
被検者において虚血を示す1つまたは複数の生理的心臓血管事象を示す第2状態を検出するように適合された植え込み型虚血検出器であって、前記虚血検出器は、トリガー事象検出器に結合して前記トリガー信号を受信し、前記虚血検出器は、前記第1状態が検出されたことを示す前記トリガー信号によってイネーブルされる、植え込み型虚血検出器と
を備えるシステム。 - 前記トリガー事象検出器と通信する植え込み型心臓信号検知回路をさらに含み、前記虚血検出器は、心拍数が所定の心拍数閾値を越えることを示すトリガー信号によってイネーブルされる、請求項1に記載のシステム。

前記被検者の姿勢に関連する電気信号を生成するよう構成される植え込み型姿勢センサとを含み、
前記虚血検出器は、前記被検者の姿勢に関連する前記第1電気センサ信号を傾向付けするよう構成される、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記虚血検出器は、
