Claims (8)
- 1つの交流電圧端子(3)と少なくとも1つの直流電圧端子(p、n)とを有する少なくとも1つの相モジュール(2)を備えた電流変換装置(6)であって、電流を開閉するための半導体バルブが直列回路の半導体モジュール(7)を有して交流電圧端子(3)と各直流電圧端子(p、n)との間に設けられ、電気エネルギを蓄積するための少なくとも1つのエネルギ蓄積部(5)が設けられている電流変換装置において、
各半導体モジュール(7)が相互に並列接続された半導体素子群(8a、8b、8c)を有し、半導体モジュール(7)の各半導体素子群(8a、8b、8c)が個別の半導体素子群電流路(10a、10b、10c)を介してエネルギ蓄積部(5)の少なくとも1つと結合されている電流変換装置。 - 各半導体素子群電流路(10a、10b、10c)が少なくとも部分的に特殊鋼から成る請求項1記載の電流変換装置。
- 各エネルギ蓄積部(5)が相互に並列に接続されたサブエネルギ蓄積部(11a、11b、11c)から成り、各サブエネルギ蓄積部(11a、11b、11c)が個別の半導体素子群電流路(10a、10b、10c)を介して半導体素子群(8a、8b、8c)と結合されている請求項1又は2記載の電流変換装置。
- 半導体素子群電流路(10a、10b、10c)が対称インピーダンス(12)を介して互いに接続されている請求項3記載の電流変換装置。
- 対称インピーダンス(12)が抵抗(13)、インダクタンス(14)および/又は抵抗とインダクタンスとの組合せを含む請求項4記載の電流変換装置。
- 半導体素子群電流路(10a、10b、10c)がインダクタンス(14)を介して互いに接続されている請求項3から5の1つに記載の電流変換装置。
- 中央エネルギ蓄積部(5)が直流電圧端子(p、n)と接続されている請求項1から6の1つに記載の電流変換装置。
- 半導体バルブがサブモジュールから成る直列回路を含み、各サブモジュールが少なくとも1つの半導体モジュールと1つのエネルギ蓄積部とを有する請求項1から6の1つに記載の電流変換装置。
