Abstract
Description
このため、本発明は、熱交換器シェル内に取り付けるためのバッフルとシールとの集合体であって、前記集合体が
複数の長手バッフルと、
少なくとも1つの長手シールとを備え、
前記集合体が、取付け後に前記熱交換器シェルと二重壁を形成するように、間隔をおいて離れて配置された前記長手バッフル間に延びるよう配置された壁部材を更に備え、前記少なくとも1つの長手シールは、取付け後に前記壁部材が前記熱交換器シェルに密封係合するように、前記長手バッフルから離れて前記壁部材上に配置される、前記集合体を提供する。
− 熱交換器シェルを準備する段階と;
− 複数の長手バッフル、少なくとも1つの長手シール、及び壁部材を備えるバッフルとシールとの集合体を準備する段階、特に本発明による集合体を準備する段階と;を含み、
− 前記壁部材が間隔をおいて離れて配置された長手バッフル間に延び、前記少なくとも1つの長手シールが前記長手バッフルから離れて前記壁部材上に配置されると共に、積層の長手バッフルの装置が得られるように前記熱交換器シェルの外側でバッフルとシールとの集合体を組み立てる段階と;
− 前記壁部材が前記少なくとも1つの長手シールを介して前記熱交換器シェルに密封係合されるように、前記装置を前記熱交換器シェルに入れる段階と;
を更に含む熱交換器の組立方法を更に提供する。
以下、添付図面を参照して本発明をさらに詳しく説明する。
図1は本発明によるバッフルとシールとの集合体1の三次元図を概略的に示す。明確にするため、熱交換器シェル4の一部をこの集合体の周りに示したが、一般にシェル4は必ずしも集合体の一部を形成する必要がないことが分かる。

Claims (13)
- 熱交換器シェル内に取り付けるためのバッフルとシールとの集合体であって、前記集合体が
複数の長手バッフルと、
少なくとも1つの長手シールとを備え、
前記集合体が、取付け後に前記熱交換器シェルと二重壁を形成するように、間隔をおいて離れて配置された前記長手バッフル間に延びるよう配置された壁部材を更に備え、前記少なくとも1つの長手シールは、取付け後に前記壁部材が前記熱交換器シェルに密封係合するように、前記長手バッフルから離れて前記壁部材上に配置される、前記集合体。 - 前記長手シールが前記壁部材から半径方向外向きに延び、前記長手シールが、前記壁部材から垂直に延びる長手ストリップ上に取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の集合体。
- 2つの長手シールが、取付け後に前記熱交換器シェルとの密閉された内部空間を形成するように、前記壁部材上に配置される、請求項1又は2に記載の集合体。
- 前記集合体が前記2つの長手シールの間に圧縮された金網材料を更に備える、請求項3に記載の集合体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの長手シールが、前記壁部材から延びるストリップを受け入れるためのU字形フランジを備える、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の集合体。
- 前記少なくとも1つの長手シールが、反対方向外向きに延びる弾性フランジから形成される壁シーリング部材を備える、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の集合体。
- 前記集合体が、管束を支持するための複数の横バッフルを更に備え、特に前記横バッフルがエキスパンデッドメタルからなる要素を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の集合体。
- 前記熱交換器シェルの入口と出口の間でn回のパスの曲がりくねった流体の流路を形成するために長手バッフルの数がn−1であり、ただしn>2であり、前記横バッフルがn個の部分から形成され、特に、隣り合った長手バッフル間の横バッフルの前記部分が、前記隣り合った長手バッフルの対向した二重壁間の断面に対応した断面を有する、請求項6又は7に記載の集合体。
- 管が管板から前記横バッフルと横端バッフルとを通って管端板まで延び、前記壁部材が一方の端にて前記管板に連結され、もう一方の端にて前記端バッフルに連結される、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の集合体。
- シェルのパス間で前記端バッフルの周りを流体が通り抜けるのを防止するために、前記端バッフルがシールを備える、請求項9に記載の集合体。
- 前記集合体が前記熱交換器シェル内に配置される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の集合体。
- − 熱交換器シェルを準備する段階と;
− 複数の長手バッフル、少なくとも1つの長手シール、及び壁部材を備えるバッフルとシールとの集合体を準備する段階と;
− 前記壁部材が間隔をおいて離れて配置された長手バッフル間に延び、前記少なくとも1つの長手シールが前記長手バッフルから離れて前記壁部材上に配置されると共に、積層の長手バッフルの装置が得られるように前記熱交換器シェルの外側でバッフルとシールとの集合体を組み立てる段階と;
− 前記壁部材が前記少なくとも1つの長手シールを介して前記熱交換器シェルに密封係合されるように、前記装置を前記熱交換器シェルに入れる段階と;
からなる熱交換器の組立方法。 - 熱交換器シェルを準備する前記段階が、前記熱交換器シェルから前の熱交換器内部構造物を取り出すことを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
