Claims (31)
- 流動層反応器の温度を制御するための装置であって、
第1の固体粒子を前記流動層反応器から分離するための分離器手段(16)と、
前記第1の固体粒子の第1の部分を前記流動層反応器に戻すための戻りダクト(30)と、
前記第1の固体粒子の第2の部分を除去するための排出ダクト(50)と、
第2の固体粒子を第2の流動層反応器(44)から前記流動層反応器へ運ぶための入口ダクト(52)と
を有する装置において、
前記戻りダクト(30)および前記入口ダクト(52)が、前記第1の固体粒子の前記第1の部分と前記第2の粒子とで形成される固体粒子の混合物を前記流動層反応器(10)に運ぶための共通の端部(54)を共有することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第1の固体粒子の前記第1の部分を前記第2の固体粒子と混合するための混合装置(58)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記混合装置(58)が、前記第1の固体粒子の前記第1の部分および前記第2の固体粒子を流動化するための手段(56)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記排出ダクト(50)が、前記第1の固体粒子の第2の部分を前記第2の流動層反応器(44)に案内するように接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記戻りダクト(30)が、前記第1の固体粒子の前記第1の部分の質量流量を制御するための第1の制御手段(34)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記排出ダクト(50)が、前記第1の固体粒子の第2の部分の質量流量を制御するための第2の制御手段(40)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記入口ダクト(52)が、前記第2の固体粒子の質量流量を制御するための第3の制御手段(56)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の制御手段が、流動化された上昇流路(36)を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第1および第2の制御手段が、流動化された上昇流路(36、42)を有し、どちらも共通のダウン・レッグ(32)に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項5および請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記第3の制御手段が、流動化された上昇流路(58)を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記第1または第2の制御手段がコンベヤ・スクリューを有することを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記第3の制御手段がコンベヤ・スクリューを有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記戻りダクト(30)および前記入口ダクト(52)の前記共通の端部(54)が、前記固体粒子の混合物の温度を測定するための温度センサ(62)を有することを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記固体粒子の混合物の温度に基づいて、前記第1または第2の制御手段(34、40)を案内するための手段を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記流動層反応器の上部の温度に基づいて、前記第3の制御手段(56)を案内するための手段を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記分離器手段が、前記流動層反応器の煙道ガス流路中に配置されたサイクロン(16)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記流動層反応器(10)が熱分解器であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の流動層反応器(44)が循環流動層ボイラであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の流動層反応器が沸騰層ボイラであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 流動層反応器の温度を制御する方法であって、
第1の固体粒子を前記流動層反応器から分離するステップと、
前記第1の固体粒子の第1の部分を戻りダクト(30)に沿って運び前記流動層反応器に戻すステップと、
前記第1の固体粒子の第2の部分を除去するステップと、
第2の固体粒子を、入口ダクト(52)に沿って第2の流動層反応器(44)から前記流動層反応器へ運ぶステップと
を含む方法において、
前記第1の固体粒子の前記第1の部分と前記第2の固体粒子とが互いに混合され、それにより形成された混合固体粒子が、前記戻りダクトと前記入口ダクトとの共通の端部(54)に沿って前記流動層反応器(10)へ運ばれることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1の固体粒子の前記第1の部分と前記第2の固体粒子とが、流動化された混合チャンバ(58)内で互いに混合されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の固体粒子の前記第2の部分が、排出ダクト(50)に沿って前記第2の流動層反応器(44)へ移されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記戻りダクト(30)中に配置された第1の制御手段(34)が、前記第1の固体粒子の前記第1の部分の質量流量を制御するために使用されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記排出ダクト(50)中に配置された第2の制御手段(40)が、前記第1の固体粒子の前記第2の部分の質量流量を制御することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記入口ダクト(52)中に配置された第3の制御手段(56)が、前記第2の固体粒子の質量流量を制御することを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記固体粒子の混合物の温度が、前記戻りダクトと前記入口ダクトとの前記共通の端部(54)内に配置された温度センサ(62)によって測定され、前記第1または第2の制御手段(34、40)が、前記混合固体粒子の前記温度に基づいて制御されることを特徴とする請求項23または請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記流動層反応器の上部の温度が測定され、前記第3の制御手段(56)が、前記流動層反応器の前記上部の前記温度に基づいて制御されることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の固体粒子が、前記流動層反応器の前記煙道ガス流路中に配置されたサイクロン(16)によって分離されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記流動層反応器が熱分解器であることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の流動層反応器(44)が循環流動層ボイラであることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の流動層反応器が沸騰層ボイラであることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の方法。
