Claims (11)
- 第1の屈折率を有する基板と、
前記基板上に形成され、第2の屈折率を有するグレーティング層とを備え、
前記第2の屈折率が前記第1の屈折率より大きいことを特徴とする共振反射光フィルタ。 - 前記第1の屈折率は、1.24ないし1.38であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共振反射光フィルタ。
- 前記基板は、MgF2、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン(PTFE)、ポリメチルメタクリレート(PMMA)、下記化学式1ないし化学式6のような構造を有する単量体をそれぞれ重合して得た高分子樹脂、下記化学式7ないし10の反復構造をそれぞれ有する高分子物質、下記化学式9の反復構造と下記化学式10の反復構造とがブロック共重合されている高分子物質、及び下記化学式10の反復構造として相異なるR値を有する反復構造がブロック共重合されている高分子物質からなる群の少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共振反射光フィルタ:
- 前記第2の屈折率は、1.4ないし2.5であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共振反射光フィルタ。
- 前記グレーティング層は、第2の屈折率を有する物質で形成される薄膜層と、前記薄膜層と同じ物質で形成される回折格子層とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共振反射光フィルタ。
- 前記薄膜層の厚さは、0nmないし300nmであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の共振反射光フィルタ。
- 標的バイオマテリアルの捕獲物質は、前記グレーティング層の表面に固定化されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共振反射光フィルタ。
- 前記回折格子層のリセスの深さは、100nmないし500nmであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の共振反射光フィルタ。
- 共振反射光フィルタにより反射された反射光のスペクトルが対称形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共振反射光フィルタ。
- 前記グレーティング層のグレーティングの間隔は、共振反射光フィルタに照射される光源の平均波長より短いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の共振反射光フィルタ。
- 請求項1に記載の共振反射光フィルタを備えるバイオセンサー。
