- 頸部組織に損傷を付与するステップを含む、移植片を受容する頸部組織を調製するための方法。
- 前記頸部組織に損傷を付与するステップは、該頸部組織に熱エネルギーを付与するステップを含む、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記熱エネルギーは、移植片を移植する前に加えられる、請求項7に記載の方法。

- 外方圧力を前記多孔性材料上に置くステップは、前記移植片内の膨張性のコアを膨張させるステップを含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記子宮組織から前記多孔性材料内への成長を刺激するステップは、内部成長を促進する所望の多孔性材料奥行を選択するステップを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
