Claims (18)
- ある素材の試験片(P)の表面に液体を接触させ、試験片に吸収された液体の量を算出する素材の液体吸収能を測定する方法において、
−一方の面が前記表面によって制限された液体チャンバーユニットにある特定の第1の量の液体を供給し、試験片によってある量の液体が液体チャンバーから吸収され、
−液体チャンバーユニット内の液体の量の減少率を表示することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記表示が液体チャンバーユニット内の液体レベルの変化を表すものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記素材の液体吸収能を示す値が算出されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 試験片(P)の前記表面が液体チャンバーユニットの主要チャンバー(10)の実質的に硬質の透水性壁(16)の主要チャンバーとは反対の方の面に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 試験片(P)が前記壁(16)に対して押圧されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- センサーチャンバー(11)中の液体レベルが感知されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 試験片がハウジング部(7)に対して密閉式に留められることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記表示が連続的に、または間隔をおいて、または所定の期間経過した後に行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7いずれか1項記載の方法。
- 試験片に吸収された液体の量に関する最終的な値の予測値が算出されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8いずれか1項記載の方法。
- ある素材の試験片(P)の表面に液体を接触させて試験片に吸収された液体の量を算出する手段を含む素材の液体吸収能を測定する装置において、
−ある特定の第1の量の液体を供給するために設けられ、試験片によって液体が液体チャンバーから吸収されるように一方の面が前記表面によって制限されて配置されている液体チャンバーと、
−液体チャンバーユニット内の液体の量の減少率を表示する測定手段(11、12、19、20)とを含むことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記測定手段(11、12、19、20)が液体チャンバー内の液体レベルの変化を表示するために配されていることを特徴とする請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記素材の液体吸収能を示す値(4)を算出するために手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10または11記載の装置。
- 液体チャンバーユニットが硬質の透水性壁(16)を有する主要チャンバーを含み、この壁に対して試験片(P)の前記表面が接触することを特徴とする請求項10乃至12いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 試験片(P)を前記壁(16)に押圧するためのプレス手段(17)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項13記載の方法。
- 前記液体チャンバーがセンサーチャンバー(11)を含み、そこで液体レベルが浮き、音響センサー、光学センサー、電磁センサー、これら2つ以上を組み合わせたものから選択される手段によって感知されることを特徴とする請求項10乃至14いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記液体チャンバーが第1のハウジング部を含み、これに試験片(P)が密閉式に留められることを特徴とする請求項10乃至15いずれか1項記載の装置。
- 前記第1ハウジング部と共に試験片(P)を留めるために相互作用する第2のハウジング部(8)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項16記載の装置。
- 試験片によって吸収された液体の量に関する最終値の予測値を算出する手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項10乃至17いずれか1項記載の装置。
